Abstract: The present subject matter related to a two wheeled vehicle and more particularly to a battery holder disposed below a seat assembly. The vehicle has a frame assembly (105) including a pair of railings (105C) extending inclinedly rearward from a fear portion of said down tube. An engine assembly is mounted to said frame assembly (105). A seat assembly is hingedly supported by said frame assembly (105) and disposed above said pair of railings (105C). A storage compartment (205) is mounted to said. pair of railings (105C). The storage compartment (205) comprising a front portion (205A), an intermediate portion (205B) and a rear portiofi (205C) sequentially disposed in a longitudinal direction (L-L) of said"vehiclegThe storage compartment (205) is provided with a receiving portion (215) on said rear portion (205C) and said battery holder (310) is positioned adjacently rearward of said intermediate portion 205B)
