DESCRIPTION
The present invention relates to a wall bracket system for holding the attachment in a fixed position. The wall bracket is not only wee style, is in a position to bear sufficient load, and is based on the cantilevers principal. It is also handy and easy to fix to the desired sealing or wall.
PRIOR ART
Conventionally wall brackets are known which are made of either metal or wood and are not study in nature and within the passage of time give way to the display devices hey are suppose to handle they also lack in the aesthetic look and are heavy in nature.
US Patent No. 4516751
Field of the Invention
The present invention relates generally to systems for wall mounting objects, and more particularly to a vertically adjustable bracket, which is slidably mounted in a track secured to the wall or other vertical surface.
Electronic equipment such as biomedical monitoring equipment, television receivers, and other equipment having visual displays, which must be located to provide convenient visual access for the user, are usually mounted on shelves or tables, which may or may not be specially designed to support the equipment. Often the equipment is not fastened to the surface of the shelf or table and is prone to falling off because of accidental pushing, vibration caused by nearby equipment, and the like. Moreover, placement on a shelf often limits visual access to the equipment and the ability to reposition the equipment on the shelf is usually very limited. Even in the case of mobile tables or carts, it is usually difficult or impossible to vertically adjust the height
of the equipment over a wide range. For these reasons, it would be desirable to provide a wall-mounting system for objects, usually electronic equipment, where the vertical position of the object is easily adjustable and where the object may be easily aligned with the line of sight of the user.
Statement of the invention
According to the present invention a wall bracket system for holding the attachment in a fixed position comprises a Z shaped structure made of ABS plastic having a central elongated portion, two end portions provided at right angle to the said central portion wherein the central portion is having vertical upright projection provided with a channel on the top and means for rigidly fixing the said channel with the attachment, means are provided at the rear and of the said middle portion for fixing the attachment with the said projected portion, means are provided at the two ends of said bracket for rigidly fixing the bracket to the wall or necessary fixed structure.
According another embodiment of the invention wherein the ratio of the central portion to the side portion is in the ratio of 1:2.
According another embodiment of the invention wherein the channel provided in the projection is having a slanting projection wherein the top end is narrow then the bottom end top provides a grip to the attachment.
According another embodiment of the invention wherein the projection is having at the least three equidistance fixing arrangement to rigidly fix the attachment with the bracket.
According another embodiment of the invention wherein the means provided at the two ends of the said brackets having cylindrical cavity having the projection at the bottom end for holding the fixing screws or rivet rigidly.
According another embodiment of the invention wherein a vertical projections, are provided around of the Z shaped structure to provide a suitable desired cavity.
According another embodiment of the invention wherein the said central elongated projection is having a cross-linked support to provide the desired strength to the central elongated portion.
The invention is described is reference to the accompanying drawings without limitations. Wherein,
Fig. 1, shows the side view of the device.
Fig 2, shows the device in the reverse position,
Fig. 3, shows the cross-sectional view of the device.
The wall bracket system for holding the attachment in a fix position comprises a Z shape structure made of ABS plastic or any other suitable material having the characteristic of ABS plastic.
The device as central portion to and side portion 1 and 1(a) wherein, the thickness of all the portions are in uniformity with each other and they are moulded as a single piece thus avoiding the wear and tear and breaking of the depend arms from each others.
The control portion is having a vertical projection equalling to the width of the central portion moulded along with central portion in a die having the special configuration of the device.
The whole device is a one-piece moulded part from the ABS plastic thus leaving no room for any wear and tear; the central portion projection (7) is having a cylindrical cavity appearing at the top end of the bottom and is provided at the rear portion of the device.
The cylindrical cavity is equidistance from the two corners and of the device to render suitable desired strength to the cavity and rendering it a desired gripping strength.
The central projected portion is having at the least 3-fixing device (8) to rigidly fix or tighten the display devices with the bracket holder, the fixing devices (8) are a through holes provided in the said projection adopted to rigidly fix the bolds and rivets passing through the display devices.
The sides to fixing devices are equidistance from the central devices.
The two arms (1) and 1(a) forming part of the attachment are having means to fix it with the permanent support in the form of a wall or any fixed structure.
The device is having on the rare side a support (5), having diagonal weans (6) to give proper strength to the central portion when fixed with the permanent structure. The 2 side portion 1 and 1 (a) are in 2 portion (10, 11) and (12, 13) respectively, provided with a supporting strength in the form of a weans (14) and (15) respectively.
The two side arms of the device are having two vertical holes with a small channel protruding towards the back portion to enable the fixing devices to hold the wall bracket rigidly.
We claim:-
