BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Field of the invention, in particular, relates to an advanced wall-mounted toothpaste dispenser for hotels for solving a problem hereof: Dispensing traditional methods problems with Toothpaste Normal Disbursement process at Hotel Bathrooms. These methods often result in inefficiencies, including wasted toothpaste, variable hygiene levels, and logistical challenges to ensure guests are adequately provided for.
Wasteful: Toothpaste tubes and other common dispensers dispense excessive amounts of toothpaste, costing hotel management a waste and cost. This could result in guests dispensing more toothpaste than required, resulting in the wastage of valuable resources. Implausible human error causes unnecessary consumption.
Hygiene management: Keeping hotel washrooms clean is critical to their sense of wellbeing and satisfaction. Due to the lack of proper hygiene measures in traditional dispensers, multiple users get contaminated touching those every time or while keeping toothbrushes that are not stored properly. To address these challenges, it provides automatic monitoring on the actual toothpaste usage of all guest rooms and public washrooms in real-time so that refilling can be undertaken promptly.
One of the chief challenges is simply keeping each dispenser properly packed with toothpaste at all times, a logistically challenging prospect, especially during high occupancy seasons. The wall-mounted toothpaste dispensers of today have come a long way in improving these issues by adding just about every modern convenience imaginable, such as UV sterilization, touchless operation, and smart monitoring. These new features are designed to reduce toothpaste wastage, improve hygiene levels via automated sterilization and increase operational efficiency through real-time monitoring of the amount of toothpaste being dispensed. In doing so, the invention aims to enhance guest experience and cut operational costs while keeping hygiene levels at hotels always in check.

In summary, our team is pleased to present a brand-new wall-mounted toothpaste dispenser that incorporates sophisticated design elements and state-of-the-art technology for hotel restrooms. It guarantees labor productivity and increases guest pleasure by having standard cleanliness, simplicity of use, and convenience of operation.
An advanced wall-mounted toothpaste dispenser specifically designed for use in hotels is a major development beyond restroom realms, geared towards the improvement of bathroom hygiene and user convenience. It embeds cutting-edge technologies to solve the main pain points of using and maintaining toothpaste within a hotel environment. Instead of fussing about bacteria landing in the toothpaste and having to press on some metallic plate with one hand, why not simplify everything for the end-user? Touchless operation is also available on the highly developed dispenser, thanks to infrared sensors. It enables people to squeeze toothpaste into their hands directly without making any physical contact with the nozzle - a function that enhances hygiene because it decreases potential germ transfer. A hygienic cap mechanism is also a part of the dispenser, which automatically places a cover on the dispensing nozzle when inactive and cleans down the same with an additional spray system along with some hygiene solution. With these features in place, you can expect a consistently clean and secure experience while using the app.
Technology: The dispenser is misnamed as this device only functions at a central point, hence the dispensing capabilities are quite limiting to just UV sterilization. It features dual UV lights used to sterilize the toothbrushes that are placed in its integrated holders, along with the actual toothpaste loaded within and cleansed by these entries - ensuring bacteria does not breed. With built-in LED lighting around the dispensing nozzle, visibility has been enhanced greatly, making it ideal for use at night or in low-light conditions. This integration of technology helps the comfort of users and makes hotel bathroom operations more efficient, reducing maintenance requirements.
Simply that when the toothpaste was running low, a smart monitoring system detected this and notified preselected staff via an app (everything comes down to the App). The proactive approach makes sure that all stocks are replenished on time without any guest service interruptions and results in improved operational efficiency across hotel facilities.
R & D: Though there are many emerging ideas regarding an automatic and hygienic way to dispense toothpaste, the research is continuing for developing optimum performance in different environmental conditions as well as user groups. Further developments will see the further optimization of dispenser mechanics, used to make them more reliable and effective as well as giving consideration to variables in toothpaste viscosity and user experience.
The hotel-focused wall-mounted toothpaste dispenser is a next-generation product with many features that enhance hygiene, convenience, and efficiency. Each toothpaste dispenser (TD) unit in individual hotel rooms, such as room 1, room 2, and room 3, includes a toothpaste container (30), dispensing nozzle (60), infrared sensors, UV sterilization (80), and a brush holder (as shown in Figure 1). Infrared sensors pick up movements within a certain range of your hand and can stream the toothpaste on demand without ever actually touching any part of it. The contactless mode makes the touchpoint more hygienic by reducing physical contact for users.
A self-closing sanitary cap mechanism (40) covers the nozzle (60) between uses, while a spray system (55) cleans the nozzle with a sanitizing solution and reduces cross-contamination (as shown in Figure 2). An 80-faceted UV light system integrated into the brush holder sterilizes toothbrushes between uses to ensure they remain bacteria-free. Additionally, LED lighting at the dispensing nozzle enhances visibility, increasing ease of use when using the dispenser in poor light.
Each TD unit has a Bluetooth module to connect to a central router for smart monitoring. This system processes alerts into an app, where the units must be constrained for a specific amount of time before re-usage. After collecting data from all TD units, such as usage or maintenance demands, it gives alarms to allow hotel staff to manage through a smartphone. This intelligent monitoring system guarantees timely maintenance and replenishment, significantly reducing the risk of the toothpaste dispenser running out and providing convenience for hotel staff to manage.
The advanced wall-mounted toothpaste dispenser is a complete solution for a safe, efficient, and user-friendly journey for hotel guests. With touchless control, UV sterilization, and LED lighting coupled with smart monitoring, the vending machine enhances guest satisfaction while simplifying maintenance tasks for hotel staff, vastly increasing overall operational efficiency. Figures 1 and 2 present detailed diagrams of the system and components, clearly demonstrating connectivity between dispensing units and the intelligent monitoring system
ADVANTAGES OF THE INVENTION
Improved hygiene: It has a touchless control and UV sterilization technology, this wall-mounted hotel dispenser is perfect for keeping hotel bathrooms absolutely clean. The device is readily wall-mounted and comes with a hands-free automatic press to dispense toothpaste without cross-contamination. The built-in UV acts to sanitize the toothpaste and sanitizes with every use. Double-sealed distributor prevents flooding.
Convenience and guest experience: A naturally more convenient touchless operation to be used by guests, paired with a sleek design. You can squeeze the toothpaste directly and infrared sensors will detect your hand movement faster. Additionally, the dosing nozzle is given an integrated LED light in low-light conditions. This guest-forward approach is intended to be more satisfying and convenient.
Ease: It assists by notifying the key operational staff on their phone that now it's time to refill the toothpaste. Such a sophisticated notification system enables proactive restocking, reduces operational downtime, and keeps staff efficient. This prevents guests from the awkwardness of running out of toothpaste by providing consistent service, and a comfortable stay.
Why is this helpful, other than the fact that it saves money on toothpaste waste and maintenance? (Click for full-size photo: wall-mount above sink) The toothpaste squeezer dispenses just the right amount for a single use, which saves from using excessive quantities. The toothbrushes save plastic waste on replacing toothbrushes and give sustainability with their UV sterilization feature that ensures they last a long time.
Made to be soft: The dispenser embodies the signature luxury spa experience that today's hotel guests crave while being simply adaptable for use in various restrooms. The flexible design makes it retrofit and maintenance-friendly for different hotel operating modes. The boiler mixer tap is designed to work with standardized hotel infrastructure and maintenance practices, providing an effective solution for improved hygiene without compromising when it comes to operating standards.
