The following specification particularly describes the nature of the invention and the manner in which it is to be performed : -

A WATER INLET PIPE WITH DIVERTER
The invention relates to water inlet pipe and diverter. The conventional diverters are provided with inlet pipe through which the water comes and having a diverter provided below the water pipe made from ceramic cartridge which divert the water at 90°. Therefore the path of water is changed at 90° , therefore there is a reduction of water pressure due to the bending of path of water . It was observed that the water through the diverter which divert the water path looses pressure .
There was a knob provided over the diverter valve for off and on of the diverter valve . Therefore the water can be stopped or inlet of the water starts . The existing conventional diverter is bulky in design, its knob is used only for " on - off " function. The water gets diverted by 90° both to the right and left side respectively. The left side water then moves in circular path through 180° and joins the right side flow. This rotation develops turbulance on right side flow causing reduction in water pressure. In the existing conventional diverter , the faucet size required is also bigger. Therefore for supplying the water to the higher altitude has became difficult due to the reduction of water pressure . Therefore there is a need to develop a device to obviate the aforesaid drawbacks .

Still further object of the invention is to provide a device which is used to carry water at a higher altitude.
Accordingly there is provided a water inlet pipe (1) with a support (2) and a ceramic disc cartridge (3) which is mounted by threads with an on - off knob (4) and held by a lock knob (5) , said on - off knob moves in a circular manner wherein the water path has not been changed for diversions.
The invention will now be described with reference to Figures. 1 and 2 in the accompanying drawings.

Fig. 2 :- is a sectional allevation of the ceramic cartridge of a water inlet pipe with a diverter.
The existing diverter is having some of the following advantages like :-
1) It is compact in design,
2) The knob used is for the " on - off " function and at the
same time , the water comes out through the knob.
3) The direction of water "inlet & outlet " is also the
same.

4) In the existing diverter , the drop in water pressure
is negligible.
5) It is useful for top floor flats and ground floor structure too.
6) In the existing diverter , the faucet size required is
small.
Therefore there is provided a water inlet pipe (1) with a support (2) and a ceramic disc cartridge (3) which is mounted by threads with an on - off knob (4) and held by a lock knob (5) , said on - off knob moves in a circular manner wherein the water path has not been changed for diversions.
This is an embodiment of the invention . Several modifications are possiblewhich may be considered within the ambit and spirit of this invention . Since many modifications , variations and changes in detail may be made to the above described embodiments. It is intended that all matters described in the foregoing description is as described in the accompanying specification.

WE CLAIM :-
1. A water inlet with diverter (1) with a support (2) and a ceramic disc cartridge (3) which is mounted by threads with an on - off knob (4) and held by a lock knob (5) , said on off knob moves in a circular manner.
2. A water inlet pipe with a diverter as claimed in claim 1 and substantially herein described.
