The present invention relates to a web based system to provide solution for matrimony-related services or online wedding service in order to check any kind of fraud in matrimonial related matter .Further the web based system comprises a premiums module adapted to access data regarding details of bride and bridegroom and missing person as well as their present status regarding engagement/marriages and divorce.
BACK GROUND OF INVENTION-
Finding a suitable alliance for marriage is like a gamble, if luck favors, you find a good match else marriage becomes an ordeal because of incompatibility with the partner. Marriage is one of the most important decisions one takes in his/her life as a marriage can make or break a person. Since early days the importance of finding a suitable alliance was felt and therefore parents only got their child married after doing a thorough background check. Mostly, match making was done in earlier times through recommendations received from relatives and friends. Later newspaper matrimony classifieds became a very popular means for finding a suitable match; here parents posted the advertisements for their children in leading newspapers and in turn also read the special matrimony classified section for finding a suitable alliance. The newspaper classifieds though effective, involved a very time consuming process, as uploading the advertisement and sending an interest for a bride/broom was done by postal service. Also, the medium was restricted by a word count i.e. tfiS charge for posting a marriage biodata was charged on the basis of words, larger the advertisement

the more the cost. Moreover, the medium did not provide a means for displaying the photographs of the candidate bride/broom. Later, with the evolution of the World Wide Web many websites came up with matrimonial services. These website provided profile's with facilities like uploading his/her picture, providing detailed information about oneself including educational background, family background, salary details and expected qualities and/or preferences in their alliance including complexion, height, weight, educational qualification, religion and the like. However, the websites did not provide the guarantee of the authenticity of the profile database. No profile background checks were done and nor was any check performed to see if the profile data was up-to-date. As a result, old un-used profiles were seen on the website, the pictures uploaded were not recent and most of the times using technology and camera tricks the photographs were tampered thus misleading the users of the matrimonial service. Moreover, looking at the picture and reading the profile information, users did not get the confidence if the profile will turn out to be a suitable alliance. There was therefore, felt a need for a system which will provide users especially parents and/or guardians with an assurance that the profile database is authentic and up-to-date and in addition put forward in the front of the parents the real person so that parents can evaluate arid only then show interest in the candidate bride or groom. Moreover, there was felt a need for a system which will make the process of approaching the candidate groom/bride easier and faster as disclosed in AU2009101325A4[3]

A system and method provides for convenient and effective interaction between matrimonial alliance seekers, irrespective of any particular community, in a homogeneous group and in particular, to allowing users seeking matrimonial alliances to interact with each other as a homogeneous group in a convenient, private and safe environment, to expedite the life partner seeking process in a cost effective and technically sound manner has been disclosed in IN-CHE-2010-00711A.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
Accordingly the present invention depicts a web based system for online matrimonial services for easy and secured process of searching and contacting a suitable candidate (bride/groom). The instant invention also provides a system to check the court case details as well as divorce history details of any registered user by providing the required inputs. Further the instant invention provides a system to access data regarding details of bride and bridegroom and missing person as well as their present status regarding engagement/maniages and divorce in order to check any kind of fraud in matrimonial related matter.

OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION
The present invention has been developed in response to the present state of the art, and in particular, in response to the problems and needs in the art that have not yet been fully solved by currently available techniques and processes.
Accordingly, the present invention has an object to, provide a user-friendly web based system for providing online matrimonial services to stop the fraud.
It is another object of the present invention to provide an error free web based system for online matrimonial services.
It is yet another object of the present invention to provide a user friendly web based system for online matrimonial services to update the profile data in real time manner.
It is still another object of the present invention to provide a web based .system for online matrimonial services for easy and secured process of searching and contacting a suitable candidate (groom/bride).
Further the instant invention is to provide a user friendly web based system for online matrimonial services to verify and access the engagement, marriage as well as divorce details of both bride and grooms.

In another embodiment the present invention, Figure 1 discloses web based online system for providing online matrimonial services through registration on this web based system by providing the details like name of the interested user, aadhaar verification details, name of the father and mother of the interested user along with their, aadhaar details, both residential as well as official address of the interested user and his or her registered mobile number. Further in this web based system the registration is completed after the submission of the otp received on the registered mobile number.
In another embodiment the instant invention discloses web based online system for providing online matrimonial services by registration on this web based system stored the information including demographic details, professional experience, educational qualifications, family background, government authorized identity proofs, and preferences from interested user for enrollment. In addition to above embodiment, in the present invention, Figure 2 discloses the schematic diagram of web based system for registration and uploading of document in engagement and marriage purpose, where in the registered user, after completion of the requisite procedure can contact the interested bride or grooms and as per their convenience they can fix a date for the engagement once all the formalities and rituals completed.
In this embodiment, Figure 2 further discloses, once both the party completed their engagement/Marriage, they are now eligible to upload

their documents as well as pictures details of their engagement/Marriage, which includes minimum five photo of their engagement/Marriage must be clearly visible; two photo with their respective parents in a single frame along with their aadhaar details; two sets of photo with their respective brother and sister in a single frame along with their aadhaar details; two sets of photo with their relatives in a single frame along with their aadhaar details. In other embodiment, Figure 2 further discloses, once both the party completed their engagement/Marriage, the document of their engagement/Marriage got uploaded once the otp of both the party got cross verified.
In another embodiment the present invention, Figure 3 discloses the schematic diagram of web based system for viewing the complete details of a registered person, wherein the interested person can view the details of the registered bride/groom after paying the requisite amount and providing the required documents.
The given invention developed discloses web based online system for providing online matrimonial services, where in the data base stored the divorce detail of the registered users, court marriage details along with the registration certificates, witness details along with their aadhaar registration details. .
In another embodiment the presen't'invention, Figure 4 discloses the process of registration and creation of ID by all persons by

providing theirs details like aadhaar number, gender, name, date of birth, registered mobile no, registered email id and address. Further in the given process registration is completed once the uploading of aadhaar and photo is done along with the otp verification.
In this embodiment, Figure 5 discloses about the login details of a registered person, wherein the registered person have nine options to choose whether he/she wants to upload the bio data or enquire the status of other person with documents or about the missing person, further in this given embodiment the registered person is having option to upload the engagement as well as the marriage details, in another option the registered user also having choices to submit the divorce details (both pending and final status) along with other documents.
In another embodiment the present invention, Figure 6 discloses the process of uploading of bio data by a registered person by providing details like aadhaar no, name, photo along with other requisite documents, further the above process is completed once the registered person is done with otp verification along with the deposition of requisite fee.
In addition to the above embodiment of the present invention, Figure 7 discloses the process of enquiring the status of other person with or without documents by using option 2 and 3 respectively, wherein a person can obtained the status like (married,unmarried,divorce pending or divorce final ) of any registered person by giving the name and aadhaar no of the registered person by making the

In another embodiment of the present invention, Figure 8 discloses

the flow diagram of uploading the Sagai (engagement) documents of both male and female person, wherein the registered user have to give the aadhaar number and name of male and only the aadhaar number of female, which is ultimately show the name of the female, further the registered user can upload the engagement documents by providing details like name , aadhaar no, engagement pictures, aadhaar details of father, mother, brother, sister, guardian, relatives along with their photograph, further the above process is completed once the registered user is done with cross otp verification^.e submission of otp received with the mobile number of female if a male is submitting the engagement details and vice versa) along with the deposition of requisite fee. Once the documents are successfully uploaded it must be visible with the ids of both bride and groom.
In addition to the above embodiment of the present invention, Figure 9 discloses the flow diagram of uploading the Shadi (marriage) documents of both male and female person, wherein the registered user have to give the aadhaar number and name of male and only the aadhaar number of female, which is ultimately show the name of the female,further the registered user can upload the marriage documents by providing details like name , aadhaar no, marriage pictures, aadhaar details of father, mother, brother, sister, guardian, relatives, religious person/registrar of court marriage and social person along with their group photograph with both bride and groom and related document, further the above process is completed once the registered user is done with cross otp verification(i.e submission of otp received with the mobile^dumber of female if a male is submitting the marriage details and vice versa) along with the

deposition of requisite fee. Once the documents are successfully uploaded it must be visible with the ids of both bride and groom.
In another embodiment of the present invention, Figure 10 discloses the process of uploading the divorce (both pending and final) documents of both male and female person along with other supporting documents by using the option 6,7 and 8 respectively, wherein the registered user can upload the divorce (both pending and final) documents by providing details like name ,photo and court orders and provisional application number ,wherein the administrator has to cross check the provisional application number as well as court detail ,which is visible to the id of registered user once it cross checked, further the above process is completed once the registered user is done with simple otp verification along with the deposition of requisite fee. This process is same for both male and female registered user.
In addition to the above embodiment of the present invention, Figure 11 discloses the uploading of missing persons details by a registered user by providing missing persons details like photograph, aadhaar no, name, date of birth, address with nearest police station and pincode, further the registered user is required to provides aadhaar no, name, mobile number and address of 3 person to whom one can contact to give the details of the missing person once he got found. Further the above process is completed once the registered user is done with simple otp verification along with the deposition of requisite fee and the details of the missing person will be auto deleted once the package is oyer or the registered user have the option to delete the detail of missing person once got found .

Further in the above invention, registered user cannot upload the documents of second engagement/second marriages once the final divorce documents with the first once is not deposited with cross match with the court records in case of divorce .further in case of non-divorce cases registered user cannot upload the documents of second marriages once the no objection certificates, legal document and related documents from the first party is not deposited.

1. A web based system to provide solution for matrimony-related services or online wedding service in order to check any kind of fraud in matrimonial related matter comprises the" steps of
i. registration and creation of ID by all persons by providing theirs details like aadhaar number, gender, name, date of birth, registered mobile no, registered email id and address,
ii. entry of the login details of a registered person, wherein the registered person have nine options to choose,
hi. uploading the bio data of a registered person by providing details like aadhaar no, name, photo along with other requisite documents,
iv. enquiring the status of other person with or without documents by using option 2 and 3 respectively,
v. Providing and uploading the Sagai (engagement) documents, marriage documents as well as the divorce details and others documents of both male and female person,
vi. Uploading the details of the missing person's.

A web based system to provide solution for matrimony-related services as claimed in claiml, wherein the registered user having the option to upload the Sagai (engagement) documents and marriage documents by providing details like name, aadhaar no, marriage pictures, aadhaar details of father, mother, brother, sister, guardian, relatives, religious person and social person along with their group photograph with both bride and groom.

A web based system to provide solution for matrimony-related services as claimed in claiml,wherein the uploading of the Sagai (engagement) documents and marriage documents is completed once the registered user is done with cross otp verification^.e submission of otp received with the mobile number of female if a male is submitting the engagement/marriage details and vice versa).
6. A web based system to provide solution for matrimony-related services as claimed in claiml, wherein the registered user having the option to upload the divorce (both pending and final) documents by providing details like name, photo and court orders and the above process is completed once the

registered user is done with simple otp verification along with the deposition of requisite fee.

A web based system to provide solution for matrimony-related services as claimed in claiml, where in the registered user cannot upload the documents of second engagement/second marriages once the final divorce documents with the first once is not deposited in case of divorce and no objection certificates, legal document and related documents from the first party in case of non-divorce case.

A web based system to provide solution for matrimony-related services as claimed in claiml, wherein the registered user having the option to upload the missing persons details like photograph, aadhaar no, name, date of birth, address with nearest police station and pin code and details of 3 person to whom one can contact to give the details of the missing person once he got found and the details of the missing person will be auto deleted once the package is over or the registered user have the option to delete the detail of missing person once got found.
