The following specification particularly describes the nature of the invention and the manner in which it is to be performed.
FIELD OF THE INVENTION:-
The present invention relates to a configurable fence gate for the fencing system, to prevent entries of animal and unauthorized user in the agricultural field or farmland. More particularly this novel gate is framed for the use by line walker for regular checking of the pipeline in the field of oil transporting pipelines established in the oil industry.
BACK GROUND AND PRIOR ART:-
In the modern society, man has employed many types of fences having different characteristics to indicate property lines, ensure privacy, segregate activities, and provide barriers for property, people and animals. For example, fences made of stones, bricks, and concrete have long service life, Wood fences have low initial cost, are flexible to alter, but have shorter life when exposed to severe climate or pest infestation however all above fencing system shall have a exit and entry point is said to be a gate.
A Gate was developed and or improved for the cross country oil pipeline for security and safety of pipelines. In Oil Industry, there is long distance cross country pipeline for the transportation of oil from one place to another crossing farmland, forest, river, roads, canals etc. For regular checking or inspection of oil pipeline area a novel gate called "Y" shaped gate developed for entry and exit for security guard in farmland.
In the conventional gates, there are metal fences having insert able panels are durable, pest resistant and have good service life, but have other problems. For example, the manufacturing tolerances necessary to assemble the metal fences make them vulnerable to vibration and noise generation in wind. One metal fence has lateral stiffeners to hold corrugated sheet metal panels, but the stiffener is a fixed width which limits its application to one width of corrugated sheet metal panel. Another metal fence uses a molded polyvinyl chloride (PVC) interlocking sleeve to hold the fence panels. The interlock sleeve is a fixed width, however, which again restricts flexibility in panels that can be used. In addition, sun exposure degrades the molded PVC interlocking sleeve over time destroying the integrity of the fence.
The cross country pipeline crosses many farmlands, firms, rivers, lands canals, most of farmlands or firm grow hedges for protection of the land from animals. The security guard or supervisor who walks near the pipeline either walks outside the fences of farmland or enters the farmland through the door of the farmland and then to area where pipeline passes and checks the pipeline area and then come back out of farmland via door of farmland.
US patent no. 20040075089, which teaches a fence cap for covering the openings between two sides of a fence at the top of the fence and/or the end of the fence. The fence cap includes a first recess adapted to receive a first component of a fence. This first recess is defined by a first wall, a second wall, and a third wall. The first wall and the third wall are substantially parallel one to another, and the first wall and the third wall are each substantially perpendicular to the second wall. The cap further includes a second recess adapted to receive a second component of the fence. This second recess is defined by a fourth wall, a fifth wall, and a sixth wall. The fourth wall and the sixth wall are each substantially parallel one to another, and the fourth wail and the sixth wall are each substantially perpendicular to the fifth wall. In the fence cap, the third wall and the sixth wall are substantially parallel one to another.
US patent No. 20090032790 describes an electric fence is provided. The electric fence includes a plurality of panels that are releasably connected to one another to form at least a partial enclosure. Each of the panels has a frame that includes a top horizontal member, a bottom horizontal member, and two side vertical members. The panels are arranged side by side such that the vertical members of adjacent panels are releasably connected to one another. The frame carries a wire member that is electrically conductive for use in delivering an electrical shock to livestock that comes into contact with the wire member.
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION:-
The primary objective of the present invention is to safeguard or secure the cross country pipeline by providing full and easy access of pipeline area to security guards.
Further object of the present invention is that the many fanners or land owners normally prohibited their unauthorized entry into the farmland to protect their crops from animal and cattle's etc which may leads to inaccessible of pipeline at many places making it susceptible for pilferage. Security guards sometime needs to travel around the farmland from one end to another, an alleged invention shortens travelling distance in less time solves the problems associated in conventional fencing system.
Further important object of the present invention is that the arms of the frame effectively restrict the entry of the animals /cattle allows only line walker to enter or exit the farmland with ease.
Further very important object of the present invention is that the invented frame also acts as warning maker as it carries warning message, emergency number and toll free number.
More important object of the present invention is that it gives a hindrance free path to line walker.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a fence gate and system. In an embodiment, the system includes a pair offence posts connected by two fence stringers forming a fence framework wherein a post ends of fences connects with "Y" shaped gate. The system also includes a pair of extended part called limbs over the base part. This is designed in such a manner to create hindrance for animals at entry point. These limbs have provisions for writing a password on the limb. The structure also comprises of a provisions having emergency call numbers, warning message and toll free number. The two limbs have a provision for writing password which is issued by pipeline control room. The limbs which are parallel to each other are attached at post end point of base structure of fence framework, and define the thickness of the panel to be made as per the requirement. The limbs are mounted on the surface of the base either face-to-face or back-to-back forming a "Y" shaped frame.

Brief description of the invention
The present invention describes a "Y" shaped gate frame for fencing system to prevent animals and / or unauthorized entries in the farmland. The fence and gate system is moderate in cost, easy to install, reconfigure, maintain and repair, and is strong, durable, able to withstand severe climate conditions, pest resistant, and attractive in appearance. In an embodiment, the fence and gate system is made of preformed and pre-coated galvanized steel metal, steel structures and extrusions tubing which is readily available and is strong, rigid, corrosion resistant, durable, flexible in style, easy to install and reconfigure, and have long service life. Not limited to above the gate frame can be manufactured using RCC (design mix of 25) with reinforcement of materials MS, and from base to joint and reinforcement in each limb of Y frame to strengthen the frame.
Said frame comprises a with or without self drill base (1) as shown in figure. This base gives a good strength to the structure and is of length approximately 4.4 feet or as per required length. Out of 4.4 feet, 2.2 feet can be in underground and remaining half is on above ground. Its dimensions can be selected as per requirement (5 inch X 5 inch). From end part of the base a parallel extended two parts (limbs) having dimension of approximately 3 feet length from the center of the warning marker. . The topmost part the limb is of dimension 4 inch X 4 inch (square shape). The extended length of limb can be constructed in any shape preferably rectangular. The above described part is called limb (4). A message tile acting as a ROU warning marker is used for the display of emergency message, emergency number and toll free number. The message tile (2) having square shape of approximately Sinch X 8 inch is being placed exactly in the middle of the base end. The two tiles for writing password is also used in dimension is 2inch X 12inch. Two password tile (3) is being fixed in the arm by fixing means, which will contains different passwords which is issued by the supervising person or pipeline control room to the line walker on daily basis during start of his line walking. The joint between base and arms contains 9-10 horizontal reinforcement (3mm diameter) of length 11-12 inches to further strengthen the structure.
