Abstract: An actual deceleration acquisition device (51) is provided with a speed acquisition unit (53) and a determination unit (54). The speed acquisition unit (53) acquires a speed of a railroad vehicle, which receives at least one of an electric brake force and a mechanical brake force to decelerate, over a target period in a state in which the railroad vehicle receives not the electric brake force, but only the mechanical brake force out of the electric brake force and the mechanical brake force to decelerate. The determination unit (54) determines an actual deceleration of the railroad vehicle in the target period from a change in the speed acquired by the speed acquisition unit (53).
