Actuating Drive For Driving A Movably Mounted Furniture Part

Abstract: The invention relates to an actuating drive (1) for driving a movably mounted furniture part (2), comprising at least one actuating arm (3) for connecting to the furniture part (2), wherein the at least one actuating arm (3) is designed to be movable between a first and a second end position, a damper (4) for damping a movement (14) of the at least one actuating arm (3) into the first end position and a movement (15) of the at least one actuating arm (3) into the second end position, wherein the damper (4) performs a damping stroke during the damping, and a coupling mechanism (5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10) for coupling the at least one actuating arm (3) or an actuating part (11) connected or connectable thereto to the damper (4) at least in the event of the movements (14, 15) of the at least one actuating arm (3) into the two end positions, wherein the coupling mechanism (5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10) has an actuator (10) for performing the damping stroke of the damper (4), wherein the actuator (10) acts on the damper (4) in the event of the movement (14) of the at least one actuating arm (3) into the first end position and in the event of the movement (15) of the at least one actuating arm (3) into the second end position in order to perform the damping stroke.

1. Actuating drive (1) to drive a movably mounted furniture part (2),comprising at least one actuating arm (3) to be connected to the furniture part(2), wherein the at least one actuating arm (3) is formed to be moveable between a first and a second end position, a damper (4) for damping both a movement (14) of the at least one actuating arm (3) into the first end position and a movement (15) of the at least one actuating arm (3) into the second end position, wherein the damper (4) carries out a damping stroke and a coupling mechanism (5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10) for coupling the at least one actuating arm (3) or an actuating part (11) connected to said actuating arm to the damper (4) at least in the case of the movements (14, 15) of the at least one actuating arm (3) into the two end positions, wherein the coupling mechanism (5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10) has an actuator (10) for carrying out the damping stroke of the damper (4), characterised in that the actuator (10) acts on the damper (4) both in the movement (14) of the at least one actuating arm (3) into the first end position and in the movement (15) of the at least one actuating arm (3) into the second end position to carry out the damping stroke.

Actuating drive (1) according to claim 1, wherein the actuating drive (1) has an end position force store (12) for applying a force to the at least one actuating arm (3) both when the at least one actuating arm (3) moves (14) into the first end position and when the at least one actuating arm (3) moves (15) into the second end position.
3. Actuating drive (1) according to claim 2, wherein the coupling mechanism (5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10) has a force transmission element (13) that is preferably pivotably mounted, wherein the end position force store (12) acts on the force

transmission element (13) both when the at least one actuating arm (3) moves (14) into the first end position and when the at least one actuating arm (3) moves (15) into the second end position.

Actuating drive (1) according to claim 3, wherein the end position force store (12) when it is charged is releasably lockable by the force transmission element (13) and a swivelling lever (9) which can move relative to said force transmission element (13) and which can engage with the force transmission element (13) in a force-locking or form-locking manner, or vice versa.
5. Actuating drive (1) according to any one of claims 2 to 4, wherein the end position force store (12) can be charged both when the at least one actuating arm (3) moves from the first end position and when the at least one actuating arm (3) moves from the second end position.
6. Actuating drive (1) according to any one of claims 2 to 5, wherein the damper (4) and the end position force store (12) are arranged essentially in parallel to one another.
7. Actuating drive (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the actuator (10) is implemented to be rotatable.

Actuating drive (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the at least one actuating arm (3) carries out a first swivel movement (14) when moving into the first end position and a second swivel movement (15) when moving into the second end position, which second swivel movement is opposite to the first swivel movement (14), and the coupling mechanism (5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10) has a swivelling lever (9) and a rectification mechanism (5, 6, 7, 8) for converting the two swivel movements (14, 15) of the at least one actuating arm (3) into a

swivel movement (16) of the swivelling lever (9) carried out in the same direction.

Actuating drive (1) according to claim 8, wherein the rectification mechanism (5, 6, 7, 8) has at least a first and a second control curve (7, 8) and at least a first and a second control element (5, 6), wherein the two control elements (5, 6) are coupled to the at least one actuating arm (3) in terms of movement, the first control element (5) in the first end position of the at least one actuating arm (3) engages with the first control curve (7) and the second control element (6) in the second end position of at least one actuating arm (3) engages with the second control curve (8), wherein preferably the two control curves (7, 8) are arranged on the swivelling lever (9) and/or the two control elements (5, 6) are arranged on an actuating part (11) that is or can be connected to the at least one actuating arm (3).
10. Actuating drive (1) according to claim 9, wherein the two control curves (7, 8) essentially run in a linear manner and/or are aligned in an essentially rectangular manner relative to one another and/or the two control elements (5, 6) are implemented to be pin-shaped.
11. Actuating drive (1) according to any one of claims 8 to 10, wherein the actuator (10) is arranged on the swivel lever (9) and/or a contact means (17) for contacting the force transmission element (13) according to claim 3 is arranged on the swivelling lever (9).
12. Actuating drive (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 11, wherein the actuating drive (1) comprises a housing (18) and the damper (4) and/or the end position force store (12) on an end (19, 20) is mounted directly or indirectly on the housing (18), preferably fixed.

13. Actuating drive (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 12, wherein the damper (4) is implemented as a linear damper.

Actuating drive (1) according to claim 13, wherein the linear damper (4) has a cylinder and a piston that can move relative thereto, the linear damper (4) can be acted on by the actuator (10) both in the event of a movement (14) of the at least one actuating arm (3) into the first end position and in the event of the movement (15) of the at least one actuating arm (3) into the second end position in such a manner that essentially only the piston moves and the cylinder is immobile or vice versa and the piston or the cylinder each move in the same direction during both movements (14, 15) of the at least one actuating arm (3).

Actuating drive (1) according to any one of claims 13 or 14, wherein the linear damper (4) has a damper housing (21) and a plunger (22) that can be pushed in relative to the damper housing (21), the linear damper (4) can be acted on by the actuator (10) both during the movement (14) of the at least one actuating arm (3) into the first end position and during the movement (15) of the at least one actuating arm (3) into the second end position such that essentially only the plunger (22) moves and the damper housing (21) is immobile or vice versa and the plunger (22) or the damper housing (21) each move in the same direction during both movements (14, 15) of the at least one actuating arm (3).
16. Actuating drive (1) according to any one of Claim 1 to Claim 15, wherein the actuating drive (1) has a main drive force store (23) to apply a force to the at least one actuating arm (3) or an actuating part (11) which is or can be

connected to said actuating arm (3), preferably by means of a transmission mechanism (24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 37).

Furniture (29) with a furniture body (30) and at least one furniture part (2), preferably in the form of a flap, mounted in a moveable manner, preferably about a horizontal axis, and at least one actuating drive (1) according to any one of claim 1 to 16 arranged on the furniture body (30), wherein the at least one actuating arm (3) of the actuating drive (1) is connected to the at least one furniture part (2).

Furniture (29) according to claim 17, wherein the at least one moveable furniture part (2) is connected to the furniture body (30) by means of at least one hinge (32), wherein preferably the at least one moveable furniture part (2) is implemented in the form of a folding flap consisting of a first and a second partial flap (34, 35), the first partial flap (34) being pivotably mounted on the furniture body (30) and the second partial flap (35) being pivotably connected to the first partial flap (34) by means of a central hinge (33) and the actuating arm (3) of the actuating drive (1) being connected to the second partial flap (35).

Furniture (29) according to any one of claims 17 or 18, wherein the at least one moveable furniture part (2) has an open position and a closed position and the closed position of the furniture part (2) corresponds to the first end position of the at least one actuating arm (3) and the open position of the furniture part (2) corresponds to the second end position of the at least one actuating arm (3), preferably wherein the at least one moveable furniture part (2) carries out a swivelling movement (15) in an upwards direction when the furniture (29) is in

the use position and in the event of a movement from the closed position to the open position.
