Abstract: Disclosed herein is an adjustable clamping tool adjustable clamping tool (100) for holding elbow pipes on a lathe machine chuck is disclosed. The adjustable clamping tool (100) includes a lathe machine attachment part fixable onto a lathe machine. The adjustable clamping tool (100) further includes a clamp part with a rotating clamp head, adjustable height, jaws with soft grips, and a swivel base. The rotating clamp head is designed to grip elbow pipes at various angles. FIELD OF DISCLOSURE
[0001] The present invention relates to clamping tools, more specifically, relates to an adjustable clamping tool for various sizes of elbow pipes for clamping on lathe machine. The present invention relates to a specialized clamping tool designed for holding elbow pipes on a lathe machine chuck during machining processes.

BACKGROUND OF THE DISCLOSURE
[0002] In the process of manufacturing pipes, Elbow pieces are welded to pipelines, collars, or fixed flanges on both sides. Typically, there is a slight mismatch of 2-4 mm in terms of diameter and length. To ensure compatibility with other attachments like collars or flanges, the Elbow often requires manual grinding or machining.
[0003] However, manual grinding is labour-intensive and consumes significant time and material. The more efficient alternative is machining the collar on a lathe machine, saving time.
[0004] The primary challenge lies in securely holding the Elbow on the lathe without causing distortion due to its shape. The solution to this problem is a specially designed clamp that not only permanently addresses the distortion issue but also offers adjustability for various sizes of Elbows, making it an elegant and effective solution.
[0005] Conventional methods involving manual grinding for matching surfaces of elbow pipes are time-consuming. Lack of existing tools for efficiently clamping elbow pipes on lathe machines, especially with angular surfaces.
[0006] The invention provides a novel and effective solution for clamping elbow pipes on a lathe machine, eliminating the need for manual grinding and saving valuable time during machining processes.

1. An adjustable clamping tool adjustable clamping tool (100) for holding elbow pipes on a lathe machine chuck, the adjustable clamping tool (100) comprising:
a lathe machine attachment part fixable onto a lathe machine;
a clamp part with a rotating clamp head, adjustable height, jaws with soft grips, and a swivel base,
wherein the rotating clamp head is designed to grip elbow pipes at various angles;
an adjustable locking mechanism for securing the rotating clamp head at a specific angle.
2. The adjustable clamping tool (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the jaws are adjustable to fit various sizes of elbow pipes securely.
3. The adjustable clamping tool (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein a swivel base that allows rotation and locking of the entire clamping tool.
4. The adjustable clamping tool (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rotating clamp head is designed to grip elbow pipes at various angles, providing flexibility for machining operation.
5. The adjustable clamping tool (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lathe machine attachment part includes a mounting mechanism with multiple attachment points, facilitating secure and stable fixation on various lathe machine models.
