The present disclosure relates, in general, to an adjustable furniture. More
particularly, it relates to an easy to lift and adjustable work chair.
BACKGROUND

[0003] Furniture structures of varying diverse constructions convertible between seating
and bed configurations are well known and in widespread use. Most common problems which
we face in our daily life are 1) There are times when we become lethargic but still have pending
work or education task to do. 2) When we want to get our legs to rest by sitting on the bed but at
the same time wants to keep an eye on our child. 3) Some people live on the top floor of their
building where rooms are very hot during summer time even though fans could not prevent the
humid temperature and at the same time just got air conditioner present in one room which is bed
room so to avoid that we get to our bed room and lay on mattress to do our work and in couple of
minutes we feel asleep.
[0004] To prevent all the above-mentioned problems we buy wooden tables, chairs to work
in a room, we even buy chairs on which we sit and make a bed as a table to do our work and to
adjust chair with another size bed. We need to buy different size chair which eventually are
costly and even buying study table is also an expensive deal and the table takes much area of our
room.
[0005] There are many know art in the industry, regarding adjustable backrest chair and
they include motor parts, such things are usually expensive and leads to make the product more
expensive. Even horizontal sitting parts includes things which are expensive and cannot help us
solve all the desired problems as mentioned above. To even carry adjustable chairs from one
room to another or from one floor of the building to the different floor of the same building is

difficult for old age people or small age children to carry it which younger person manages to do
so.
[0006] Therefore, there is a need to provide an adjustable means to carry chairs by any age
group people and can be used anywhere effectively.
OBJECTS OF THE PRESENT DISCLOSURE
[0007] An object of the present disclosure relates, in general, to an adjustable furniture.
More particularly, it relates to an easy to lift and adjustable work chair.
[0008] Another object of the present disclosure provides a furniture that includes a backrest
that can be adjusted easily without the requirement of any motor or spring. The furniture can be
used by any age group and can be used anywhere.
[0009] Another object of the present disclosure provides a furniture that includes one or
more seat sections, the seat sections can be made of soft foam, which can make the person
comfortable and can even stretch the legs of the person.
[0010] Another object of the present disclosure provides a cost-effective furniture.
[0011] Yet another object of the present disclosure a furniture whose functionality can be
performed easily. The person can easily attach table with the base or use bed as a table as per the
requirement of the user.
SUMMARY
[0012] The present disclosure relates, in general, to an adjustable furniture. More
particularly, it relates to an easy to lift and adjustable work chair.
[0013] In an aspect, the present disclosure provides an adjustable furniture, the furniture
including: a base adapted to be placed on a floor; a vertical frame coupled to the base, the
vertical frame positioned at an angle to the base to provide back support to a user sitting on the
furniture; a first seat section rigidly fixed to the vertical frame in a generally horizontal
orientation; a second seat section having one side that is adapted to pivotally couple with a
forward side of the first seat section by at least one hook; and multiple holes configured in each
of an upper portion and a lower portion of the vertical frame, the multiple holes adapted to
receive and hold one or more rods, wherein at least two sliding rods are arranged between the
gaps of the one or more rods such that moving the at least two sliding rods adjusts the hight level

of the vertical frame, and wherein the second seat section is aligned horizontally with the first
seat section, and at least one handle configured in the second seat section is adapted to hold a
table.

can facilitate the adjusting of a chair from a bed to a chair configuration. The furniture includes a
base 104, a frame 102, and a seat assembly (106, 108). The convertible furniture structure 100 in
accordance with a preferred embodiment of the present disclosure is indicated generally in a
fully folded condition suitable for seating use. Basically, the furniture structure 100 includes
furniture base 4, within which is mounted the frame mechanism 102.

[0046] In an embodiment, the frame 102 includes a backrest that may be made of steel or
any combination thereof. The vertical frame 102 can be coupled to the base 104. The vertical
frame 102 positioned at an angle to the base 104 to provide back support to a user sitting on the
furniture. The vertical frame 102 includes upper portion and lower portion. The upper portion
and lower portion can be provided with multiple holes 112. The holes 112 adapted to receive and
hold one or more rods 114. The two sliding rods 114 can be arranged between the gaps of the
one or more rods such that moving the at least two sliding rods adjusts the hight level of the
vertical frame 102.

100 can be performed easily. The person can attach table with the base104 or use bed as a table
as per the requirement of the user.

include foam cushion, attached to the surface from the base 104.

We Claim:
1. An adjustable furniture (100), said furniture comprising:
a base (104) adapted to be placed on a floor;
a vertical frame (102) coupled to the base, the vertical frame positioned at an
angle to the base to provide back support to a user sitting on the furniture;
a first seat section (106) rigidly fixed to the vertical frame in a generally
horizontal orientation;
a second seat section (108) having one side that is adapted to pivotally couple
with a forward side of the first seat section by at least one hook; and
a plurality of holes (112) configured in each of an upper portion and a lower
portion of the vertical frame, the plurality of holes adapted to receive and hold a plurality
of the rods (114),
wherein at least two sliding rods (114) are arranged between the gaps of the
plurality of the rods such that moving the at least two sliding rods adjusts the hight level
of the vertical frame, and
wherein the second seat section is aligned horizontally with the first seat section,
and at least one handle (116) configured in the second seat section is adapted to hold a
table.
2. The adjustable furniture as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first seat section is a
combination of rectangular shape.
3. The adjustable furniture as claimed in claim 1, wherein the second seat section is a
combination of half oval cylinder shape.
4. The adjustable furniture as claimed in claim 1, wherein the base comprises a thin iron
plate;
5. The adjustable furniture as claimed in claim 1, wherein the vertical frame is made of
materials such as metals, non-metals, alloys and a combination thereof.
6. The adjustable furniture as claimed in claim 5, wherein the material is steel.
7. The adjustable furniture as claimed in claim 1, wherein the at least two sliding rods
arranged between the gaps of the plurality of the rods is adjusted in upward and
downward direction.

8. The adjustable furniture as claimed in claim 1, wherein at least one handle is configured
with first seat section and the second seat section, and adapted to move the furniture
