Specification

An open stand (Active position) are increases the probability of accident. This
technology helps to provided safety and comfort to the rider. Now, Today . . .
Mechanical operated side stand mainly used to activate (standing position) and
deactivate (ideal and initial position) in either position it's operated manually
and a spring is used to attained the side stand to their deactivate (ideal and
!nitial position) and this spring also help to hold the stand in the-ideal position
Now, the new automatic b9sed SEMI AUTOMATIC SELF STAND technology are
changes this principal and operate the mechanism by semi- automatic way.
Many of peoples forgotten to deactivate the side stand because when the .
driver (rider) sit on the two wheeler vehicle than the vehjcle attain the position
near 90 Degree and the air gap is made in between the road surfacesand the
side stand. And during the driving when the driver takes turn in left hand side . .
(Side stand may be fitted on right hand side But side stand are mainly in left
hand side of driver). And pther conditions like irregularities, Bumps, Breakers
·the side. stand strike the road surfaces and misbalance the vehicle and
increases the probability of accident and also breaks the side stand .
. With the uses of this SEMI-AUTOMATIC SELF STAND technology we can 100%
protect the riders due to open stand accidents and increase the life of side
stand also.
From the Automotive technology (Semi automatic Self stand) we can minimize
100% protect the accidents which occurred due to open-stand (Active mode). In
this new technology the mechanical operated side stand is replaced by
automatic (Semi-automatic Self stand).Now In practically rylany people's ·uses
the side stand because its takes less time and also takes less effort and
children's, Woman, Senior citizen and physically handicap etc these peoples
are not be able to stand their two wheeler vehicles on double stand So these
peoples mainly uses the side stand and this New innovated Technology of
Automatic operated Side Stand help to these peoples.
There are some other objectives of SEMI-Operated Self Stand are:

MAIN PARTS WHICH IS USED IN THIS TECHNOLOGY ARE:
Figure pt HOLLOW SIDE STAND: This is main supporting member of the
two wheeler vehicles.
. '
Its moves in upward direction. when we press any one of the lever
(Brake/clutch/accelerator).
.,
1) Clutch lever attachment is used in case of motorcycle and Moped or
clutch operated scooters etc.
2) Brake lever attachment is used in case of scOoters.
. '
3) It can be operate by accelerator of any type of 2 wheeler vehicie.
. . .
And if we release the force over the pressed lever (Brake/clutch/accelerator)
than the lever come back to its initial position with the help of spring
arrangements at the 2"d end ofits ~ire and the attached tapper leve~ moves in·
forward direction after than it's capable to lock the side stand when the side
stand is activates.
prl
. A circular bar is welded at the rear side of stand corner. This bar is locked with
the flat side of tapper lever and holds the stand in Active position and can't
give permission to mover (return)·back to its initial position.
The strength of hollow SIDE STAND is very good and it is able to bear the load
of vehicles.
Figure· 2"d:;.When the side stand extreme upward position than its hold at this

side stand and 2"d end of this spring is to be fitted with .the hollow stand. When.·
the side stand in active position than the fixed spring is extend (stretch) and
the side stand is locked byflat surface of tapper lever arid if the tapper lever
moves backward than the side stand unlock and return back to its initial
position with the help of attached spring and this same spring also hold the
side stand at deactivate position (upper position).
The fixed member of this side stand is attached with the frame of the vehicle.
The side stand moves or rotates over one lower portion of this fixed member.

Finally when the locking/unlocking tapper lever is its extreme forward position
and after that when we push the side stand with foot than the side stand push
the tapper lever inside its arrangements and cross it and just after cross the
side stand of tapper lever. The tapper taper comes out with in
locking/unlocking arrangements with the help of fitted compressed spring of
spring arrangement and lock the side stand so quickly due to its flat surface
feature at the rear end of the locking/unlocking lever. The flat surface of
tapper lever locked or holds the circular bar which is fitted behind the rear side
of the side stand and locked the side stand in active position.
And when the side stand is its extreme forward direction and locked by
locking/unlocking lever than the side stand of the 2-wheeler is capable to
support or hold the vehicle.
Note: -As per today vehicle rules (scooters). It designed in such a way its
compulsory to press any brake lever (left or right side) before ignition On of
