Abstract: Advanced cloud-based HR techniques for managing the human resource is the proposed invention. The invention will implement techniques to monitor the cloud-based aspects of human resource department. The proposed invention integrates the techniques of artificial intelligence to cloud to achieve efficacy in terms of management and task handling capabilities.
