Agricultural Multipurpose Mini Vehicle(nano Tractor).

Abstract: The present invention is related to the Agriculture Applications more particularly this invention is related to the agriculture Nano Tractor Having Multiple application such as Harrowing, Cultivating, Seed Sowing, and ploughing, spraying applications. This Consist of power source engine and rechargeable Battery. The engine mounted on frame the wheels is used for propelling of vehicle. The handle is for guiding the nano Tractor. The controlling Mechanism includes controlling hand lever, Stopper, accelerator lever and pulley. The power Transmission system includes three axles out two is including driving axle and power is transmitted through it by using belt drive, Gear drive and chain drive respectively from engine towards driving wheels. Two tool posts are provided for mounting of specific tool for specific operation invidiously. For harrowing operation harrowing tool is provide which is detachable and fitted at bottom of handle below the frame at tool post. For cultivating operation cultivator tool unit is provided. To perform seed sowing operation in addition with cultivator unit seed feeding mechanism is provided. To perform ploughing operation plough is provided. While performing spraying operation sprayer is mounted on tool post which is above frame at a certain height. For wounded grass fodder cutting operation cutter is mounted on same tool post of spraying operation by alternatively.

Field of invention -
The present invention is related to the Agriculture Applications more particularly this invention is related to the agriculture Nano Tractor Having Multiple application such as Harrowing, Cultivator, Seed Sowing, and ploughing, spraying etc applications.
Background Of invention-
The number of Agriculture application in world is increasing day by day. From small Farmer to Larger landlord the major problem of labour is continuously increases this is problem statement identified the inventors and they are come up with the nano Tractor multiple applications.
Through this invention inventers are implementing Nano tractor. The implement Nano tractor of this invention able to do all operations generally this Nano tractor two wheel drive Agricultural vehicle. The Nano tractor is an multipurpose vehicle designated for straight inline crop tilling processes. It has medium power engine with a belt drive, gear drive & chain drive having specific mechanism which transmit & control power without using gear box &also clutch assembly which reduce cost. While our invention is designated for a small farmers development.
In the Two wheeler tractors as mentioned of application ser. No: 197,751, filled Nov.ll, 1971 the engine is locate totally in the front portion of tractor but with many engines & particularly weight. Which becomes cause to unbalancing of weight? It also create a problem of heating because engine & operator having less distance between each other & noise problem also critical. But in the present invention the engine is located slightly forward from drive axel which also kept small space for easily removable battery with lightning system. Operation tools having a fitment at the rear end of tractor chassis frame foundation. It also work as dead weight to balance engine weight for avoiding problem of lifting handle or tail portion of tractor suddenly. In present invention vehicle having minimum wheel track & so engine location is fixed at the centre line of the vehicle because of it rolling or tilting of vehicle problem is avoided.
This invention has specific mechanism which avoids use of clutch even good power transmission is done by this mechanism & it reduces the cost of vehicle. As the overall consideration the invention is useful, affordable to use for poor or rich farmers also. It is user friendly to new operators also with safety because driver is at rear of vehicle by holding handle so in accidental condition he can control otherwise leave vehicle if it gone out of control and keep safe himself.
But none of prior art educating that in such way nano tractor having multiple applications in cost effectively for small landholder. Therefore, The present inventors has dedicated himself in development of efficient and cost effective Nano Tractor with multiple applications.

Objective of present Invention
The main object of the present invention is to eliminate the conventional costly agriculture tractor by replacing it on two wheeler fuel operated nano tractor. Behind this invention inventor try to achieve technical, economical and social objectives as follow.
The object of this invention is to produce Nano tractor which required the minimum space that can use in very compact space between two crop lines.
The object of the present invention is to achieve minimum cost estimation of agricultural equipment.
The object of present invention is to do multi operations on single nano Tractor.
The Object of invention is avoiding use of specific vehicle only for one operation and also save the labour cost and Time of Farmers.
The object of invention is to make the affordable to buy for small farmers instead of more costly tractors present in market for multi operations.
The object of invention is to design and construction of this Nano Tractor is user friendly and unskilled person can be drive and make the suitable required operations.
Still further object of the present invention is make nano tractor with fuel efficient and less costly maintenance of nano Tractor.
Statement of Invention
The NanoTractor having component such as engine (101),Frame Structure (102), wheels (103),controlling Mechanism (104), Handle (105), Small Third wheel (106), driving axle (107), journal Bearing (108), Gear Drive (109), Belt Drive (110), Chain Drive (111), Shaft 112, Shaft 113 , Pulleys (114 Pl),(114 P2), (114 P3), Stopper (115), Accelerator Lever (116), Cutter/Sprayer Foundation (117),Tool Post (118), Controlling Hand Lever (119).
The engine (101) is used as measure power source. This engine has a sufficient power which is able to perform multi operations which we have to perform by using this vehicle .Pulley (114P3) is a main engine crankshaft pulley which is work as driving pulley in every operations.
When nano tractor have to be propelled without operations then power is transmitted from engine pulley (114P1) to pulley (114P3) in between these two pulleys o e tension pulley (114P2) .This pulley is mounted on the fork and lever linkage that is in the vehicle it's a tension fully mechanism 104 .The belt (110) is oversize then original size .It produces slipping of belt on pulley (114P1) of belt which is helpful to stop or propelled vehicle. When

we want to drive vehicle pull lever (119) the fork (104) also moves backward and pulley (114P2) touches the (110) and make it tighten then torque will transmit from engine (101) to shaft (112) and then through gear drive (109) to shaft (113) then through chain drive (111) it is transmitted up to driving axle (107) and then it distributed for two wheels (103), Finally vehicle is propelled. Same action have to be done when we want to control the vehicle push hand lever (119) at its initial position, tension pulley (114P2) will detach from belt 110 contact and because of slipping and applying normal brakes vehicle will stop.
This whole construction mounted on a main frame foundation (102), which is placed on driving axle (107) with the help of journal bearings (108).These bearing are used at the end of all shafts that is shaft (112), (113) and driving axle (107).Vehicle handlelOS for turning on this handle stopper (115) of engine (101),hand lever (119),accelerator lever (116) and supporting or height adjusting wheel (106) is mounted.
On the frame there are two tool post (118) is at the bottom of the rear end of frame it is use to attach tools like Harrow, Cultivator, Plough. Tool post (117) is use to place sprayer and grass fodder cutter. This tool post is at certain height above frame (102). At the front of the vehicle there is battery (120) and head lamps (121) are provided for light during night work.
There are simple two conditions when there is operations to be perform using too post (118) then vehicle will be in running and when by using tool post tool bed (117) operations to be perform then vehicle would be at steady condition while engine and tools in working.
By using of this invention frames can do various agricultural application such as Harrowing, Cultivating, Seed sowing, Ploughing, Grass fodder cutting, Spraying, Sand wider.

Detailed Description of the present invention
Referring to fig.l .of the drawing the two wheel drive Nano tractor (100). Is shown with a two tool post (118) and bed(l 17). Installed on a chassis frame (102). On the chassis frame all mounting are their which needs to do work properly and smoothly. The light weight and small size Nano tractor (100) is particularly useful on small farms or for a form of micro-agriculture utilizing intensive crop methods with minimum soil compaction.
Although originally design for tilling of farm and operations like Harrowing, Cultivating, Seed sowing, Spraying, Grass fodder cutter and Sand wider. The tractor also shows suitability particularly in the tracking alignment while lift of tractor manually for use with agriculture implement by using height adjusting as well as supporting wheel (106) and drive wheels (103) able to accurate control of vehicle in soft soil.
In chassis system. Engine (101) is mounted on rectangular frame (102) at a certain height above this engine is the mother power source to all operations of vehicle. It has pulley (114P1) of small diameter which use to belt drive power transmission to (112) having pulley (114P3).End of shaft (112) & shaft (113) are mounted on frame in journal bearings (108).In this belt drive the tension pulley mechanism used which operated by hand lever (11.9).It has linkage from hand lever which is mounted on handle (105) to the tension pulley arm (104).On the tension pulley (114P2) is mounted. This arm moves forward & backward then it gives tension & relaxation to belt (110) for propelling and controlling of vehicle.
The Power transmission done through shaft (112) to shaft (113) as shown in fig.l by using gear train and then from shaft (113) to driving axle (107) via chain drive to drive axle (107) for distribute to both driving wheels. These linkages are able to flexibility and simplicity of vehicle structure.
As shown in fig.la on handle 105 there is accelerator lever (116.) stopper (115).Our vehicle having two tool post. Cutter or sprayer bed tool post (117).And tilling tool post (118) on which specific tool or accessories will attached for specific operation. Vehicle has battery (120) and light (121) for night working.
When Nano tractor (100) is adapted to perform harrowing operation (fig.2) shows assembly in fig.2a and 2b. In fig 2a side view of harrow displayed having harrowing blade (201) is assembled on 203(1), 203(3) with the help of nut bolt. The auxiliary implement (203) are to in number for harrowing operation and they are fastened with (202) which is channel foundation. It is assembled with the tool post (118) of vehicle by using shear pins. In this operation power transmission of tractor is same as

shown in fig.l and 2 that is from engine pulley (114pl)to pulley (114p3) of shaft (112) and then on shaft (113) and again it transmitted to drive axle (107).
While during cultivating operation (fig.3) the assembly of tool with tractor is such as shown in fig.3a and 3b. Fig.3a shows a side view of cultivating tools( auxiliary implements)203 with small plough 301(1), 301(2) and 301(3) fitted with the help of nut bolts on auxiliary channels 203(1),203(2) and 203(3) respectively. Engagement of channel foundation (202) with tool post (118) same as harrowing assembly the power transmission is same as harrowing operation and vehicle structure is also same as figl.
While performing seed sowing operation (fig.4) assembly is as showing fig.4a and fig 4b side view and top view respectively. Generally assembly is same as cultivator and seed feeding box (401) in which seeds are stored and it falls down automatically in tubes while vehicle is propelling. Three seed tubes 402(1), 402(2), 402(3) transfer seeds through itself up to the pipe opening 403(1,2,3) which are welded to cultivating tools 301(l,2,3)respectively. This operation is use to seed sowing of grain crops like Bajara, Jawar, Wheat, Corn etc. The power transmission of vehicle is same as previous operations.
While performing Ploughing operation (fig.5) only Plough(501) is assembled instead of cultivating tools. With the help of'C foundation (502) as shown in top view fig.5b with the help of shearing pins (503a) ,(503b) and (503c).
When we have to perform spraying fig.6 the vehicle is not propelling it is at steady condition but engine(lOl) is in running conditioned . In this operation bed tool post (117) is use to mount sprayer (601).The power of engine is transmitted to sprayer (601) through pulley (114P1) to pulley (603) of sprayer pump by using belt ( 604).Sprayer pump having three pipes 602(a, b, c).From this (602a) is fluid return pipe, (602b) is suction pipe and (602c) is discharge pipe.
While performing the wounded grass fodder cutting fig.7 the power transmission is same as spraying operation from pulley (114P1) to cutter pulley(701).This pulley (701) and cutter or blade (704) are mounted on shaft (702) which is assembled on bed tool post (117) by using journal bearings(703a) and (703b).(706) is a sheet metal on bed to avoid falling down of cut grass on ground. Power is transmitted in this operation is from engine pulley(l 14P1) to cutter pulley (701) same as sprayer. At the bed end (705) we can attach sheet metals for safety and neat fodder collection after cutting.
Advantages of Present Invention
The main advantage of the present invention it is eliminate the conventional costly agriculture tractor by replacing it on two wheeler fuel operated nano tractor.
The advantage of present invention is to produce Nano tractor which required the minimum space that can use in very compact space between two crop lines.
The advantage of the present invention is to achieve minimum cost estimation of agricultural equipment.
The advantage of present invention is to do multi operations by using single nano Tractor.

It is to be understood that the present invention is not limited in its application to the details of the construction and to the arrangement of the components as mention in the above description or illustrated in drawing. However, it is to be taken as preferred example of the invention and that various changes in the shape, size and arrangements of parts considering the space constraint may be restored to without departing from the spirit of the invention. The invention is capable of other embodiments and of being practiced and carried out in various ways. Also, the terminologies used herein are for the purpose of description and should not be regarded as limiting.

We Claim
1. The two wheeler drive Nano tractor (100). with a two tool post (118) and bed(l 17). Installed on a chassis frame (102). On the chassis frame all mounting are their which needs to do work properly and smoothly. The light weight and small size Nano tractor (100) is particularly useful on small farms or for a form of micro-agriculture utilizing intensive crop methods with minimum soil compaction. Although originally design for tilling of farm and operations like Harrowing, Cultivating, Seed sowing, Spraying, Grass fodder cutter and Sand wider. 3. While during cultivating operation the assembly of tool with tractor. The cultivating tools (203) with small plough 301(1), 301(2) and 301(3) fitted with the help of nut bolts on auxiliary channels 203(1),203(2) and 203(3) respectively. Engagement of channel foundation (202) with tool post (118) same as harrowing assembly the power transmission is same as harrowing operation and vehicle structure.
4. Generally assembly is same as cultivator and seed feeding box (401) in which seeds are stored and it falls down automatically in tubes while vehicle is propelling. Three seed tubes 402(1), 402(2), 402(3) transfer seeds through itself up to the pipe opening 403(1,2,3) which are welded to cultivating tools 301(l,2,3)respectively. This operation is use to seed sowing of grain crops like Bajara, Jawar, Wheat, Corn etc. The power transmission of vehicle is same as previous operations.
5. While performing Ploughing operation only Plough(501) is assembled instead of cultivating tools. With the help of'C foundation (502) as shown in top view fig.5b with the help of shearing pins (503a), (503b) and (503c).

6. To perform spraying fig.6 the vehicle is not propelling it is at steady condition but engine(l0l) is in running conditioned . In this operation bed tool post (117) is use to mount sprayer (601).The power of engine is transmitted to sprayer (601) through pulley (114P1) to pulley (603) of sprayer pump by using belt ( 604). Sprayer pump having three pipes 602(a, b, c).From this (602a) is fluid return pipe, (602b) is suction pipe and (602c) is discharge pipe.
7. While performing the wounded grass fodder cutting. The power transmission is same as spraying operation from pulley (114P1) to cutter pulley(701).This pulley (701) and cutter or blade (704) are mounted on shaft (702) which is assembled on bed tool post (117) by using journal bearings(703a) and (703b).(706) is a sheet metal on bed to avoid falling down of cut grass on ground. Power is transmitted in this operation is from engine pulley(l 14P1) to cutter pulley (701) same as sprayer. At the bed end (705) we can attach sheet metals for safety and neat fodder collection after cutting.
