Abstract: ABSTRACT AI AND IOT BASED INNOVATIVE APPROACH TO SERVE THE EDUCATIONAL NEEDS OF THE WEAKER SECTION OF SOCIETY DURING PANDEMIC In this invention is to develop an effective way to provide education to the economically weaker sections of the country during the challenging situation of the Pandemic. While school closures seem to present a logical solution to enforcing social distancing within communities, prolonged closures tend to have a disproportionately negative impact on the most vulnerable students. They have fewer opportunities for learning at home, and their time out of school may present economic burdens for parents who may face challenges finding prolonged childcare, or even adequate food in the absence of school meals. To serve the educational needs of the weaker section of society during this challenging situation of COVID-19, the Government, and educational institutions will have to work collectively. Therefore, when universities/colleges are open for admission to any course. Then, if at the end of the selection process, there are some seats left. Then, the university and government can take the initiative to give opportunities to students from the weakest section of society. The selection of students will consider only those students who have shown an excellent track record in their 10th, 11th, and 12th.

US20190197486A1: Techniques for calculating probability of hire scores in a streaming environment are described. In an embodiment, a system accesses a candidate stream definition comprising a hiring organization and a role. Additionally, the system accesses, based on the candidate stream definition, one or more stream-related information sources, and extracts attributes from the stream-related information sources. Moreover, the system identifies similar organizations based on the attributes, the role, and features of the hiring organization. Then, the system accesses historical data regarding hiring patterns at the similar organizations for the role. The system calculates, based on the historical data and interactions by the hiring organization with member profiles of an online system (e.g., hosting a social networking service), a probability of hire for the role. Next, the system presents the probability of hire. In some embodiments, the system identifies the similar organizations by identifying related roles based on the attributes and the role.

None of the prior art indicate above either alone or in combination with one another disclose what the present invention has disclosed. Present invention is AI and IoT based innovative approach to serving the educational needs of the weaker section of society during the Pandemic.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
This summary is provided to introduce a selection of concepts, in a simplified format, that are further described in the detailed description of the invention. This summary is neither intended to identify key or essential inventive concepts of the invention and nor is it intended for determining the scope of the invention.
To further clarify advantages and features of the present invention, a more particular description of the invention will be rendered by reference to specific embodiments thereof, which is illustrated in the appended drawings. It is appreciated that these drawings depict only typical embodiments of the invention and are therefore not to be considered limiting of its scope. The invention will be described and explained with additional specificity and detail with the accompanying drawings.
The application of AI in this situation will be very advantageous as it will promote more intelligent decision-making, more effective data analysis, management of repetitive operations, and a decrease in data handling errors. Therefore, an AI module can be used which will use the data of Aadhar Card stored by UIDAI. The AI would do a preliminary filter to find the families which are unable to earn enough to support their children’s education. Then, a second filter will be done, which it would separate teenagers under the age of 15 and those who are 15. The examiner will be carrying a portable device with Wi-Fi connectivity, a display, a keyboard, and a QR code scanner for any identity card. The data will be retrieved by the QR code scanner from a government institution's database like UIDAI, which houses all national identity information. To further this goal, an online portal will be built where parents who are unable to support their children will register their children. Then the student will have to upload his/her 10th, 11th, and 12th exam result letters, recommendation letters from their teachers in school, and a Statement stating their motivation, aim, and their experience to be considered for support during COVID-like situations
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

The following description is intended only by way of example, and simply illustrates certain selected embodiments of devices, systems, and methods that are consistent with the subject matter as claimed herein, wherein:

The examiner will be carrying a portable device with Wi-Fi connectivity, a display, a keyboard, and a QR code scanner for any identity card. The data will be retrieved by the QR code scanner from a government institution's database like UIDAI, which houses all national identity information. To further this goal, an online portal will be built where parents who are unable to support their children will register their children. Then the student will have to upload his/her 10th, 11th, 12th exam result letters, recommendation letters from their teachers in school, and a Statement stating their motivation, aim, and their experience to be considered for support during COVID-like situations. Then based on these submitted details an interview session will be conducted to select the student who will receive the scholarship, and other benefits figures depict embodiments of the present subject matter for the purposes of illustration only. The COVID-19 Pandemic has affected educational systems worldwide, leading to the near-total closures of schools, early childhood education and care (ECEC) services, universities, and colleges. Most governments decided to temporarily close educational institutions in an attempt to reduce the spread of COVID-19. New online programs have shifted the labour of education from schools to families and individuals, and consequently, people everywhere who relied on schools rather than computers and home life have had more difficulty accessing their education. The impact was more severe for disadvantaged children and their families, causing interrupted learning, compromised nutrition, childcare problems, and consequent economic cost to families who could not work. In response to school closures, UNESCO recommended the use of distance learning programs open educational applications, and platforms that schools and teachers can use to reach learners remotely and limit the disruption of education. Smart classrooms have been an extremely innovative idea in improving the ways of educating the newer generation. However, with the onset of COVID, the very premise of school education has gone for a toss. Many schools have come up with technological solutions for distance learning and several online education platforms have been offering a plethora of courses at premium prices. Although, the affluent classes of society may choose to opt from these options the economically weaker section has nothing affordable for their children. The main objective of this research is to develop an effective way to provide education to the economically weaker sections of the country during the challenging situation of the Pandemic.
ADVANTAGES OF THE INVENTION:
• Students who receive a high-quality education can reach their full potential and become financially independent. In addition, it is essential for attaining social justice and an end to poverty. Education plays a pivotal role in getting higher-paying jobs and in reducing child labor.
• The proposed system can help enable students from weaker sections of society to receive an education which is a powerful tool to break free from generational poverty.
• Students with good academic and educational backgrounds tend to get well-paid jobs. The higher their education and accomplishments, the better employment options they get. People who grew up poor but educated themselves have a high chance to transform their lives, thus contributing to a decrease in society’s poverty rates.
• Educated people understand how valuable it is to live in a stable and secure community. They are more prone to taking part in projects that help improve not only their neighborhood but society, as well. In addition, when people are able to afford their own homes, they are more likely to take part not only in improving their homes but in solving local problems, as well.
• Digital education helps connect with people and organizations around the world. Borders are no longer there. Being able to communicate and share opinions with people from other countries and cultures, widens horizons and helps us understand and appreciate each other.
