Additionally, the database administrator will ingest data to operate the chatbot via the admin panel. Students can inquire about admission, courses, seats available for the course, the syllabus, hostel amenities, the process for finding a job, etc. when you are a new student. Student in college: All of the data that will be accessible to new students, such as their grades, fee receipts, course materials, exam dates, etc. Administration and timeliness are greatly simplified by rapid and easy access to the knowledge base required for the academic, placement, and admissions procedures.
