Abstract: The present invention is related to the AI-assisted online interview system, more particularly, a method or system to detect the right candidate for the right job in the short span of time, with the help of an Edge device camera, which evaluates the performance or the replies given by the interviewee or the candidate during the interview. The evaluation process of the candidate’s reply for the panel expert asked question has been done on the basis of the prior data fed in the Camera Edge device. The Edge device evaluation output will then be presented through the mode of a report generated by the printer. Also, the final judgment will be based on the panel expert’s decision which is based on their prior experience and expertise in the concerned field for which the interviews are conducted.
This invention relates to AI-assisted online Interview monitor system.
Background of the Invention
US8156051B1 Employment recruiting system discloses Recruiting or the process of locating and qualifying potential candidates for employment is largely a manual process consuming significant resources. The employment recruiting system automates many of the services related to employment recruiting. Position advertisements and candidate resumes are stored in computer searchable data bases. A data processing device automatically searches the data base containing candidate resumes in response to a search parameter associated with a position advertisement. The system automatically contacts screens candidates.
Research Gap: The inventor developed a Data processing device that evaluates the database of the candidate’s resumes. The system for the candidate performance evaluation can also be developed.

The invention will be described and explained with additional specificity and detail with the accompanying drawings.
Recruiting is not that simple process at the time when so many potentials of the related field come together as a candidature for the interview. It is a time-consuming process and it is difficult to finalize the one candidate from the rush.
The online employment interview is to locate and qualify candidates to satisfy the needs of employers as evidenced by open employment positions. Generally, the availability of a job opening must be communicated to persons who may be interested in the position, contact must be established between potential job candidates and the employer, and a group of candidates must be screened and interviewed to identify the candidate most suited for the position. Locating and screening the right candidate for employment is a labor, time, and, cost-intensive process when only going through the expert panel reviews.
To reduce the cost and time of employment for this process, an AI-based online Interview monitor system can be developed.

The Edge device evaluation output will then be presented through the mode of a report generated by the printer. Also, the final judgment will be based on the panel expert’s decision which is based on their prior experience and expertise in the concerned field for which the interviews are conducted.
Best Method of working:
The following mentioned the details about AI-assisted online Interview monitoring system:
A.
1. AI-assisted Edge device camera (100)- is fetching the responses given by the candidate and processes data fed in the device.
2. Computing Unit (200)- carried out all decision-making operations of several interconnecting programs.
3. Mike (201)- is the input device through which the voice of the candidate is recorded to the computing unit.
4. Power supply (202)- all devices are connected to the power supply.
5. Machine Learning- is a type of AI which is used for predicting outcomes based on feed input.
B. Expert Panel (101)- An expert panel is a group of people having expertise in the related field for which the interviews are conducted. The candidate’s performance is judged by the expert’s decision.
C. Printer (102)- is a device that accepts text and graphic output from a computer and transfers the information to a paper for printing documents. The decision taken by the Edge device, in turn, generates a report through the printer which explains the level and performance of the interviewee.
The final decision will be taken by the expert panel (101) based on the judgment of the edge device (100) as well as the expert panel decision.
In IoT, large amounts of data are collected at the edges of the network. Edge computer (100) performs processing near where the data came from. A computer-enabled or AI-enabled computer system can quickly detect whether the candidate response is worthwhile or not or send it to a data center for analysis.
ADVANTAGES OF THE INVENTION:
1. The scoring about the interviewee performance or responses identified by said search as a function of this invention.
2. With the help of fed data in the device the performance of the candidate can be easily evaluated by the output given by the printer, also, the printer is providing the performance evaluation results to the expert panel.
3. The expert panel with the help of printer outputs can easily evaluate the performance of the candidate and can reach the final results for the selection of the candidate.
4. Through this invention, the remote area interview can be implemented.
5. Interview information can be timely aggregated and efficiently used for the final results for the selection of interviewees.
