Abstract: ABSTRACT AI BASED VIRTUAL TRIAL ROOM It is consists of control unit (CU), battery, body scanner, app, AI, timer, WIFI, Apparel Detector, choice of customer, payment module. First machine will replace trial room so that people can virtually see themselves on their mobile screen. When people enter this trial room they have to scan a QR code (fig. 101) so that it will activate room sensors to scan body of the customers (102). After scanning the body, customers can see their 3d body on mobile app (103), where customer can check out vast collection of cloths and accessories on their body that will reduce their time consumption on cloths trial with help of AI(fig 111). Because of that QR customer can access their body for only 30 minutes (104) after that this data will be deleted from server that will secure privacy of customer. A person can even select oversized and loose clothes (fig 109). After selection of their favorite clothes customer can add these items in cart and can pay online (fig 107 & 108) and will get their delivery directly after verifying cloths quality. This app will give reminders of new stocks on customer’s profile.
Description:Title of The Invention
AI BASED VIRTUAL TRIAL ROOM
Field of the Invention
This invention relates to AI based virtual trial room
Background of the Invention
US9881334B2: Methods for generating and sharing a virtual body model of a person, created with a small number of measurements and a single photograph, combined with one or more images of garments. The virtual body model represents a realistic representation of the users body and is used for visualizing photo-realistic fit visualizations of garments, hairstyles, make-up, and/or other accessories. The virtual garments are created from layers based on photographs of real garment from multiple angles. Furthermore the virtual body model is used in multiple embodiments of manual and automatic garment, make-up, and, hairstyle recommendations, such as, from channels, friends, and fashion entities. The virtual body model is sharable for, as example, visualization and comments on looks. Furthermore it is also used for enabling users to buy garments that fit other users, suitable for gifts or similar. The implementation can also be used in peer-to-peer online sales where garments can be bought with the knowledge that the seller has a similar body shape and size as the user.
US9773274B2: A system and method for virtually fitting an article of clothing on an accurate representation of a user's body obtained by 3D scanning of the user in minimal clothing and in standard garments of known properties. A graphical user interface allows the user to access a database of garments and accessories available for selection for the virtual fitting simulation for which each garment's physical and material properties are known. A finite element analysis is applied to determine the shape of the combined user body and garment and an accurate visual representation of the selected garment or accessory on the proportional model of the user's body based on the analysis is generated. Means are also provided for the user to solicit custom garments or accessories from a participating designer or retailer, purchase selected garments or accessories from the participating designer or retailer, and communicate his or her preferences with participating designers, retailers, or other users.
None of the prior art indicate above either alone or in combination with one another disclose what the present invention has disclosed. Present invention is basically a trial room from which you can check clothes on your body without actually wearing it. This is kind of advance trial room which will save time of buyer and it will increase sales of seller.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
This summary is provided to introduce a selection of concepts, in a simplified format, that are further described in the detailed description of the invention. This summary is neither intended to identify key or essential inventive concepts of the invention and nor is it intended for determining the scope of the invention.

The invention will be described and explained with additional specificity and detail with the accompanying drawings.
Everyone is busy in their life and in this busy schedule people invest lot of time to buy cloths and it is difficult to check each and all cloths and accessories while doing some other work at same time even it is difficult for seller to show their stacked stock to buyer. And after investing lot of time people have to wait for long line to do billing. And also maintaining privacy is difficult in trial room. And within 10 min only some people can use trial room. The control unit (CU), battery, body scanner, app, AI, timer, WIFI, Apparel Detector, choice of customer, payment module.
