It is not an admission that any of the information provided herein is prior art or relevant to the presently claimed invention, or that any publication specifically or implicitly referenced is prior art.
[0003] Social anxiety is a mental health disorder that affects people of all ages and backgrounds worldwide. It is characterized by excessive fear and self-consciousness in social situations, which can range from mild discomfort to debilitating panic attacks. Individuals with social anxiety often avoid social situations altogether, leading to social isolation, decreased self-esteem, and even depression.
[0004] Traditional treatments for social anxiety include therapy and medication, but these methods may not always be accessible or effective for everyone. Therapy can be expensive, time-consuming, and may not be available in all areas. Medication can also have side effects and may not work for everyone. Additionally, individuals may feel stigmatized or embarrassed about seeking treatment for their social anxiety, which can prevent them from seeking help altogether.
[0005] In recent years, chatbots have emerged as a promising tool for addressing mental health concerns, including social anxiety. Chatbots are computer programs designed to simulate human conversation, and they can provide information, support, and guidance to individuals struggling with social anxiety in a private and non-judgmental environment. Few of the prior arts employing the chat bots are listed below.
[0006] The US11551804B2 (By: MICROSOFT TECHNOLOGY LICENSING) relates to method and apparatus for assisting psychological cure in automated chatting.
