Abstract: Abstract:- Around the world, gloves are used as a gripping the things and also used as a safety equipment. Works are affected by sweating effects and it is inside the gloves due to humidity and hot weather condition. So many peoples are lost their concentration and focus towards work and finally lost their grip. So my idea of innovation is birthing for providing solutions of heating related problem.  Takes example of sports industry, as a cricket; cricket matches are faced hot weather and heated air as humidity inside the ground and hence produced difficult situations for batsman and wicketkeeper for making grip. Results of this, batsmen and wicketkeeper has been remove gloves on regular basis and take fresh air from outside and relax by doing this. With my new idea of innovation, I want to solve this problem. My new device “Air flow energy control structure for dividing air into two directions for gloves and person” will be providing fresh air inside the gloves and also give fresh air to the players who wear my gadget. My device claimed the wide uses, suitable and providing these heating related problems not only to the cricket industry but also suitable for all work types inside any type of industries. In these industries, gloves are compulsory to utilize as grip of the things and as a hand protector.

Field of Invention:-
[001] This invention related to gloves and for person who wear it. My invention is not only providing fresh air into the gloves but also gives fresh air to person who wear glove and overall my device claimed the wide uses in any type of industries where the gloves are utilized as grip of the things and as a hand protector. Some of the common industries are Chemical, Steel, Sports, Automobile, infrastructure, manufacturing, Metals and mining, oil and gas, railway and other. Thus I am confident to say that my device is the only one in the market which is focused sweating problem inside the gloves when work are happened which is due to humidity and heating problems.
The Objective of the Invention:-
[002] The principal of this invention is to provide fresh air into a hand gloves which faced from heating and humidity when doing work by them inside any field or industries.

[003] The further object of this invention is to provide fresh air for those people who suffered from heat and humidity and doing work by them when wear the gloves inside any field or industries.
[004] The further object of this invention is to avoid any changes in the design of the gloves.
[005] The further object of this invention is that it is a lightweight device which is made by lightweight material.
[006] The further object of this invention is that it is easy to wear and simple to use and means it's wearable by nature.
[007] The further object of this invention is to work continuously with help of battery bank.
[008] The further object of this invention is to enhance working habit to person when feel fresh air during their works by wearing my device.
[009] The further object of this invention is to enhance more grip and control over to gloves when person wearing it with my innovation during their work for any industry.
[010] The further object of this invention is that my device would work for longer in time and would be not changed frequently doing their work in an industry.

[Oil] The further object of this invention is to use this device as a hand protector during the work in any industry.
Background of the Invention:-
[012] Around the world, gloves are used as a gripping the things and also used as a safety equipment (hand protector). Gloves are part of the human life because not only its utility are important for common purposes but also all type of industries in which it is used by peoples. Works are affected by sweating effects and it is inside the gloves due to humidity and hot weather condition and right now if any one faces this problem, they are just removing gloves and take fresh air by surrounding. At present not a single solution for common people who face this heating problem during their working. Thus confident about to say this, not a single gadget is available in the market for providing heating solutions of this problem.
[013] My appliance is to provide heating solutions as a fresh air, to the gloves as well as the person who wear this. Now for better explanation about my invention and device's work, I want to take one example of the sports industry and it is called "cricket". Cricket is known as Gentleman game and of course this game is above all in India.

[014] But I found that some challenges are inside gentleman game "Cricket". Humidity and heating, Works are affected by sweating effects and it is due to humidity and hot weather condition by surrounding. These problems are for both the team and players.
[015] Now, firstly I am talking about batting side team. Along with hot and moisture air, received extra heating by wearable items, gloves are sweat and so it is affected the gripping of the bat as well as batting of the batsman. Thus batsman is removing gloves and helmet on regularly and takes fresh air from the surrounding. Idea of new innovation is comes in my mind for solving this problem. With help of my wearable appliance, we will remove the heating problem of the batsman's gloves and also provides fresh air for them too!
[016] Secondly I am talking about fielding side team. Along with hot and moisture air, received extra heating by wearable items, gloves are sweat and so it is affected the gripping of the wicketkeeper's gloves and playing of the wicketkeeper. Thus wicketkeeper removes gloves on regular basic so that he or she takes extra fresh air by surrounding. Idea of new innovation is comes in my mind for solving this problem. With help of my wearable appliance, we will remove the heating problem of the wicketkeeper's gloves and also provides fresh air for them too.

Summary of the Invention:-
[017] My innovation, title "Air flow energy control structure for dividing air into two directions for gloves and person", is suitable and workable for those industries where person wear gloves for conducting various type of works like cricket industry (cricket games), construction industry and many more.
[018] The main benefit of doing this by my device is not only consistency of their work for the people in the industry but also maintain the grip of the things and thus the fluency of working are enhanced with help of my device.
[019] The following distinguishing novel features of the invention are that used one special designed box and in this I have used one plastic sheet which was fitted with an angle of 45 degree inside the box thus it can divert air into two direction, for the gloves and for the person who wear it. Next highlighting of this innovation is that this device is suitable for long running with help of battery backup. Also it is wearable in hand and lightweight device. It is suitable for all type of industries who wear the gloves.
[020] Now as explain with the example of cricket industry, it's not only providing fresh air inside the gloves of Batsman and Wicketkeeper but also to the player during playing cricket. My appliances is wearable in hand and its continues working

for throwing fresh air in all format of cricket games, like 20-20 or One day game or Test match because its powered by power bank. "Power on" & "Power Off" all these nearby control are available in player's hand.
[021] Batsman is now more active when he or she is wearing my innovated appliance, thus he or she makes more scores during match.
[022] Wicketkeeper is now more active when he or she is wear my innovated appliance, thus he or she takes more wickets, catches and stumping during match.
[023] My ideal "lightweight" and "wearable" device is suitable for any industries and it is running more time duration. Finally as name gives full information that it's provide fresh air for the players as well as their gloves.

A Detailed description of the Invention:-
[041] Now I want to explain a detailed description of the Invention which is easy to view in this figure 1 & 2. So start with First "Fan", Fan has 4 numbers and its having important part like motor (8), On & Off switch (6), and Power input pin for fan (5) and handgrip for fan (9). Its working is simple, With help of motor (8), fan (4) takes fresh air from nature and gives to the device which is control by easy switch (6) feature "on & off" and its operated directly by player. This fan motor takes non¬stop power from PCB circuit board (17) enable battery (20) via cable (7). Now I want to add one more important thing about this "handgrip for fan" (9). It is very useful thing for holding gadget or appliance for moving here and there and with help of this, players would be easily wear it or removed it from hand (1).
[042] In this box (24), for achieving two direction flow by air, I have developed one unique design, plastic sheet (25) which fitted inside the box at the angle of 45 degree. When air is generated from fan (4) and moving towards the plastic sheet (25), its divert air automatically into two directions, first is toward player and second is toward glove via lightweight pipes (10,11 & 12) and it is fix with help of glue gun on the

box (24) which are connected with holes (32, 33 & 34). See "figure 18".
[043] Now I want to discuss more about this "Special designed plastic Box" (24). Now please see figure 3, 4, 5 and 6 which shows the four sided. In this box (24), first hole (35) is mounted on top of the box's cover (28) because fan (4) is fit with help of glue gun and provide fresh air into it which is set (36) with locked & open system (26 & 27). Next hole (32, 33 & 34) are put on left side, it is responsible to flow air towards gloves (2 & 3). Next holes (29 & 30) are created at the bottom side of box (24), just behind the plastic sheet (25) which was fit at the angle of 45 and it is kept battery (20) inside it. Next hole (31) is built for keeping charging wire (7) of PCB circuit board (17). Please see figure 7 and 8.
[044] Next I want to explain about PCB circuit board (17) and it's battery (20) which is mounted on the box (24) with help of glue gun. This is the same working feature like power bank because PCB circuit board (17) is having IC's and other equipment and it is capable to generate DC into AC power. It is like a modern device. Now in this device, one more important part is battery (20) and its capacity is 4000mAh which is more than sufficient for running 6 to 8 hours fan (4) running time. Means my device is capable to give services in

any form of cricket and it's like 20-20 match or one day match or test match. Now I am saying that this device would be uses for globally and it should be adopted by in India and in the world too. In this device two pins are available, one is (14), for charging battery (pin is used as "power in") and other (15) for power supply to our device, fan (pin is used as "power out"). So I am used two USB power cable one for fan (7 & 14) and other for PCB's battery (15 & 16). LED indicator (18) is used for give indication about the charging level of battery. Two wires (19 - 'a' & 'b') are using to connect PCB's board (17) to battery's positive and negative terminals.
[045] Now I want to explain about one more important point and it's "wearable device". We know that my invention is wearable for player's hand. According to figure- 9,10 and 13, used hook & loop tape (23 a and b) on the both side of box (24) which is pasted and fit by glue gun. Also other important part is elastic band (13) and having same hook & loop tape (22 a & b) on the two corners of this band. Overall these tape (22 & 23) are used to hold and wear this box in hand.
[046] Now I want to discussed the main working area of this invention. According to the Figure 14 & 15, with help of battery (20) and PCB circuit board (17), successfully given non-stop power to Fan (4). Thus easily saying that, fresh air

are supply to player's gloves (2 & 3), via pipes (10, 11 & 12) which is attached with three different holes (32, 33 & 34).
[047] Air flow into two directions is achieved by this plastic sheet (25), for the player (person who wear these gloves) and for gloves. Thus easily saying that, my appliance is ready to use and it is about to flow air into two direction, for turn back via fan and for continue to flow other direction. Thus each player or person are feel fresh when air is reached him (for both direction) then the results are positive: For better gripping the things and for remove heating effect.
[048] This device can be used as a protector of hand. Because overall weight of this innovative gadget is 256 grams (approximately) only. Now I want to share batsman's gloves weight is about 300 grams (Note: different gloves with different design are having different weight) and wicketkeeper's gloves weight is about 500 grams. (Note: different gloves with different design are having different weight). After weight comparison, our newly innovative appliance is more suitable and comfortable to wear because it is lightweight.
[049] Now I am talking about the temperature and humidity during the match, As in June - July, stadium having the 42 to 46 degree Celsius temperature and as in Nov and Dec, it's 28 to 34 degree Celsius. We can easily conclude that all players are

playing the cricket match. All are facing more temperature because during match they are exercise and moving here and there. Due to this humidity and temperature, temperatures are increasing inside the glove and it is approximate 4 to 7 Celsius more than temperature of stadium. After using my modern device, would be reduce the glove's temperature from 2 to 6 degree Celsius.
[050] This gadget is give freshness for that player or person who wear this unique device in hand because this device is give not only back side air and also gives air to forward direction.

Claims

[1] Air flow energy control structure for dividing air into two
directions for gloves and person, comprising:
a special design box (24), holes are created for air flow to
gloves (2 & 3) and for purpose of store battery (20) and wire
and one plastic sheet (25) was fitted inside the box at the
angle of 45 degree; and
a fan (4) (source of air), fitted on the top of said special design
box (24); and
a PCB circuit board (17), configured on one side of said special
design box (24); and
a battery (20), configured on inside of said special design box
(24); and
a plastic pipes (10, 11 & 12), set up on hole of said special
design box (24); and
a Hook & Loop tape (23 a & b), fitted on both side of said
special design box 924); and
a elastic band with Hook & Loop tape (22 a & b), used for hold
the said special design box(24); and

a glove (2 & 3), used for receiving air from fan which fitted on
said special designed box (24).
[2] The structure according to claim 1, is overall uniquely
designed for providing fresh air to person’s gloves and person
who wear this.
[3] The structure according to claim 1, wherein the fan (4) is
configured on the top of the cover (28) of the said special
design box (24).
[4] The according to claim 3, wherein the fan (4) is configured
such a way that the whole structure is handled by one hand
and thus it is easily to wear in hand by person.
[5] The according to claim 3, wherein the fan (4) is the main
energy source of air flow is having the on and off switches (6)
thus it could be controlled easily by the person who wear
this.
[6] The according to claim 3, wherein the fan (4) is having one
part, called motor (8) which is runs silently and fast with two
speed.
[7] The according to claim 3, wherein the fan (4) is having one
part, called hand grip (9) and so whole structure can be easily
moved here and there and also easily wearable and remove
from hand by that person.

[8] The according to claim 3, wherein the fan (4) is having one
power input pin (5), so that it is run smoothly when we
supply power via cable (7 & 14) which was connected to PCB
circuit board (17) in this structure .
[9] The structure according to claim 1, wherein the special
designed box (24) is achieving said purpose for this structure.
[10] The according to claim 9, wherein the special designed box
(24) is a lightweight plastic material and it can be open with
help of cover (28).
[11] The according to claim 9, wherein the special designed box
(24) is having various important holes like top (35), left side
(29, 30 & 31), right side (32, 33 & 34), so please see picture
“figure 3 to 8”. With help of cutter these holes are created
successfully inside the box.
[12] The according to claim 11, wherein the hole (35), is created
for achieving to fit the fan (4) on top cover (28) of the special
designed box (24). With help of glue gun these external fan
(4) is fitted successfully on the top of the box (24).
[13] The according to claim 11, wherein the hole (29) is created for
achieving to kept the power cable for charging PCB circuit
board (17) on left side of the special designed box (24). With
help of glue gun these external PCB circuit board (17) is fitted
successfully on the box (24).

[14] The according to claim 11, wherein the holes (30 & 31) is
made for achieving to kept the battery for PCB circuit board
(17) on both side of the special designed box (24). With help
of glue gun these external battery (20) is fitted successfully
inside of the box (24) on these two holes (30 & 31).
[15] The according to claim 11, wherein the holes (32, 33 & 34) are
made for achieving the flow of air inside the gloves via
lightweight pipes (10, 11 & 12). With help of glue gun these
external lightweight pipes (10, 11 & 12) are fitted successfully
outside of the box on holes.
[16] The according to claim 9, wherein the special designed box
(24) is having one beautiful creation and it is a plastic sheet
(25) which was fitted at the angle of 45 degree inside the box.
[17] The according to claim 16, wherein the plastic sheet (25) is
fitted inside the box (24) only when cover (28) is opened.
With help of glue gun this external plastic sheet is fitted
successfully inside of the box.
[18] The according to claim 16, wherein the plastic sheet (25) is
fitted for the purpose of diving air into two direction, one for
the gloves and second for the person who wear this gloves (2
& 3) during any type of industry and industries work purpose.
This plastic sheet (25) is working undoubtedly fine.

[19] The structure according to claim 1, wherein the Hook & Loop
tape (23 a & b) are fixed successfully on the both side of the
box (24) with help of glue gun.
[20] The structure according to claim 1, wherein the Hook & Loop
tape (22 a & b) are fitted successfully on the both side of
Elastic band (13) with help of needle and the thread.
[21] The structure according to claim 1, the box (24) is tightly
fitted in the hand with help of hook & loop tape (22 and 23 - a
& b) and elastic band (13), see figure 14 and 15.
[22] The structure according to claim 1, it is wearable device and
suit to all type of work under any industries.
[23] The structure according to claim 1, it is lightweight device
(260 grams) because of all materials are used as a plastic.
[24] The structure according to claim 1, it would be used as hand
protector during any type of works under any industries.
[25] Addition with claim 24, my invention is working nonstop with
help of 4000 mAh battery (20). Thus players or persons are
tension free about its working and its running time.
[26] The according to claim 25, it's a unique designed innovation
which is suitable, not only for cricket format like 20-20 or one
day or test match but also for other format of the game, like
golf, boxing, driving a sports vehicle etc.

[27] The structure according to claim 1, it has the PCB circuit board
(17) which converted continuously from DC to AC power and
retains to power of fan (4) whenever necessary.
[28] Addition with claim 27, the PCB circuit board (17) has LED
indicator (18) about the charging level of the battery (20) and
hence player or person is known this fan (4) will continue
running or not.
[29] The structure according to claim 1, special designed box (24)
has special holes, first for battery bank (20) and second for
power cable (7-1 & 15-16). It’s placed behind the plastic sheet
(25) which was fitted at the angle of 45 degree.
[30] The structure according to claim 1, successfully used light
weight plastic pipe (10, 11 & 12) for taking fresh air from the
fan (4) and give up air towards player or persons gloves (2 &
3).
[31] Addition with claim 30, after using fan (4), I am succeeded to
reduce the gloves temperature from 2 and up to 4 or 6 degree
Celsius as compared by extra heated temperature which was
generated by heat & humidity.
[32] Addition with claim 31, I am succeeded to provide fresh air to
the player or person due to reverse side air flowing from my
innovation. All because of the special designed box (24) and
fan (4).

[33] Addition with claim 32, the uniqueness of this device is that
all parts are easy to maintain and repair.
[34] Addition with claim 33, overall my innovation is to avoid any
changes in the current design of the gloves (2 & 3).
[35] Addition with claim 34, overall my device claimed the wide
uses, suitable and providing these heating related problems
not only to the cricket industry but also suitable for all work
types inside any type of industries. In these industries, gloves
are compulsory to utilize as grip of the things and as a hand
protector.
[36] Addition with claim 35, when person having with my device
then it enhanced more grip and control over to gloves when
the good amount of cooled air (as compared by surrounding
air) reaches inside the gloves.
[37] Addition with claim 36, my invention is to enhanced more
works habit to the person when he or she feel cool air (as
compared by surrounding air) during their work by wearing
my device.
