Abstract: Provided is an air-fuel ratio control device that improves availability by extending a yield temperature range in the feedback control of an excess air factor. The air-fuel ratio control device comprises an activity determination unit (53) that allows the execution of feedback control via a PI control unit (50) or a PD/PID control unit (49) when a temperature T of a sensor element (12a) is higher than a first temperature t1 and lower than a fourth temperature t4. If the activity determination unit (53) allows the execution of the feedback control, a control-unit selection unit (51) selects PD/PID control as feedback control when the temperature T is higher than a second temperature t2 and lower than a third temperature t3, and selects the PI control unit when the temperature T is lower than the second temperature t2 or higher than the third temperature t3.
