Abstract: Provided is an air-fuel ratio control device that makes it possible to avoid the occurrence of over-lean states in cylinders. This air-fuel ratio control device comprises: a directionality verification unit (37) that verifies whether the open-close direction of a throttle valve (3) and the fluctuation direction of torque generated by an internal combustion engine have the same directionality of change; and an air-fuel ratio feedback restriction unit (38) that, if it has been verified that the directionalities of change have a different relationship, restricts changes in an air-fuel ratio feedback coefficient K (MHG) to the same side as the direction in which the generated torque is changing.
