Air Intake Snorkel Assembly For Avoiding Direct Rain Water/Snow Ingress In To The Engine
Abstract: The present invention discloses an air intake snorkel 100 for avoiding direct rainwater/ snow ingress in to an engine of a vehicle. The air intake snorkel includes a snorkel duct (102), a snorkel cap (104) and a snorkel cover (106). The snorkel duct (102) has an operative top end portion (120) and an operative bottom end portion (122), the operative bottom end portion (122) is functionally connected to the engine. The snorkel cap (104) has a plurality of holes (110) configured on at least one surface thereof and connected to the operative top end portion (120) of the snorkel duct (102). The snorkel cover (106) is adapted to cover the plurality of holes (110) of the snorkel cap (104). Fig, 4a, 4b.
