Abstract: An improved all-in-one integrated conferencing system for corporate and education/training applications, is disclosed herein. An integrated all-in-one conferencing system comprising of a projection unit (e.g., an optical engine) capable of connecting to any external network devices and servers, seamlessly share content with respect to a conference/meeting to ensure continuity in discussions.

[0001]The present invention generally relates to the field of data processing systems and methods. The present invention also relates to conferencing tools for corporate and education organizations. The present invention further relates to an integration of hardware components into an all-in-one conferencing system. The present invention more particularly related to an improved all-in-one integrated conferencing system for corporate and education/training applications.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0002]With the advent of globalization and virtual reality, conferencing systems play a vital role in corporate communication. Conferencing tools and systems can be effective in conducting meetings between multiple remotely located users of the organization and can achieve substantial saving of time and travel expenses. Most of the modern businesses have offices/operations across a wide geographical area where employees from different office locations have to work together on a common project.
[0003]It is therefore the need of the hour for employees of enterprises to interact, share and communicate information between team members. Using tools such as conferencing tools, multiple employees can collaborate on a single task as if they were in the same room, regardless of their geographic location. While commonly referred to as conferencing, it is to be understood that some collaborative conference systems may allow conferencing via typed text, such as a chat room, audio, such as a phone conference, or even video, such as a video conference.
[0004]Conventional conferencing systems used in corporate and training applications utilize a wide range of conferencing applications. Such conventional conferencing systems comprises a main terminal device, one or more sub terminal devices, an image display unit to displaying images or pictures (hereinafter referred to as a projector) in a conference room, and a server. The conferencing system may include a function for allowing a participant to access data captured by a projector or a server using a participant PC, or to capture images being projected by a projector.
[0005]New age organizations tend to recruit their employees as free-lancers and consultants to hire the best and to minimize infrastructure requirements. A fully equipped conference room with all required hardware would be a costly affair for such organizations to enable interaction with team members. Therefore, there is a need for a new kind of hardware integration technique which brings all the components of conference room into a single unit.
[0006]In view of the above, need therefore exists for an improved hardware integration technique for developing advanced conferencing systems. A need also exists for an improved cloud based unified collaboration system to seamlessly share content/information. Also, a need exists for an improved all-in-one integrated conferencing system for corporate and education/training applications, as described in greater detail herein.

An improved all-in-one integrated conferencing system for corporate and education/training applications, is disclosed herein. An integrated all-in-one conferencing system comprising of a projection unit (e.g., an optical engine) capable of connecting to any external network devices and servers to seamlessly share content with respect to a conference/meeting to ensure continuity in discussions with respect to the users in the network.
[0012]The all-in-one conferencing system proposed herein is capable of storing and retrieving the content that results in content sharing in the conference/meeting wherein the projection unit can be user friendly and seamlessly interact with cloud for sharing contents.

[0014]The present invention relates to a system that have all-in-one conferencing system with a projection system and android based computing unit that connects to any back-end system or server to share the content in conference, meetings and in a seamless manner. The all-in-one conferencing system further comprises a webcam, microphone, speakers and interactivity module that can make any surface interactive.
[0015]The all-in-one conferencing system also has the communication interfaces such as for example, but not limited to, USB, HDMI, Audio in-out and SIM slot..
[0016]The webcam is placed in a rotating swivel that helps in adjusting it to cover all the users in the conference room. On one side, the system projects the content and on the other side captures the audience/users through the webcam during the conference. A microphone is used to capture the conversation of the audience and the speaker provides sound output.
[0017]Such an advanced all-in-one conferencing system with projection unit provides seamless information exchange between the participants and also optimized quality of the communication through improved hardware components. Also, the conferencing system allows participants to engage in the conference/meeting who do not require any additional hardware for interacting with other team members at various locations.
[0018]Such a cloud based conferencing system can be advantageous in a corporate or education system/setup with minimized use of office space. Also, the conferencing system is able to provide mobility where the users of the system can use the device from any location.

1. An improved all-in-one integrated conferencing system for corporate and education/training applications, said system comprising:
an integrated projection unit capable of connecting to any external network devices and servers to seamlessly share content with respect to a conference/meeting. to ensure continuity in discussions with respect to the users in the network.
2. The system of claim 1 wherein the integrated projection unit is a compact projection system comprising a computing unit, a webcam, microphone, speakers and interactivity module that can make any surface interactive.
3. The system of claim 1 wherein the all-in-one conferencing system is capable of storing and retrieving the content that results in content sharing during conference/meeting.
4. The system of claim 1 wherein the projection unit can be user friendly and seamlessly interact with cloud for sharing contents.
5. The system of claim 1 wherein the all-in-one conferencing system comprises a conferencing management application for projection and conferencing with users.
6. The system of claim 5 wherein the conferencing management application provides seamless conferencing experience to the users.
7. The system of claim 1 wherein the all-in-one conferencing system seamlessly connects to any back-end system or server to share data and content in conference and meetings which ensures continuity in discussions for the users.
8. The system of claim 1 wherein the all-in-one conferencing system comprises at least one of the following communication interfaces: USB, HDMI, and SIM slot.
9. The system of claim 1 wherein the all-in-one conferencing system comprises a DTH receiver to receive live television channels and stream the content based on the user needs.
10. The system of claim 1 wherein the projection unit of the all-in-one conferencing system comprises an optical engine which makes any surface interactive.
