Abstract: ABSTRACT The present application relates to amorphous solid dispersion of LCZ-696 with one or more pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. Specifically, the present application relates to amorphous solid dispersion of LCZ-696 with one or more pharmaceutically acceptable carrier selected from a group of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose phthalate, povidone, silicon dioxide (syloid) and mixtures thereof. The present application also relates to process for preparation of amorphous solid dispersion of LCZ-696 with one or more pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. Further the present application relates to pharmaceutical composition comprising amorphous solid dispersion of LCZ-696 with one or more pharmaceutically acceptable carrier
