Abstract: The present invention relates to improvements in structure of rashes free absorbent Article. The disposable absorbent Article of the invention may include an outer layer and an inner layer. The inner layer has better absorption properties by gel technology and defines an opening, which may be in the form of a slit or aperture or wings located in an internal position to the inner layer perimeter. The inner layer perimeter may be bonded to the outer layer. The layer between inner and outer layer made up fibrous cottony slit which is prevent rashes on the connected body part.
