Specification

The prime objective of the present invention is to provide an actuator valve of one-piece body or one unit to reduce the chances of leakage and made easy in configuration.
Another objective of the present invention is to provide the valve with a design mechanism where taper mandril is pushing against spring force with a handle to use the whole circumference area of mandril, increasing the operating life of the valve.
Another objective of the present invention is to provide the actuator valve configured between main valve mounted on cylinder and quick coupling connector to check the flow and restrict the flow for the purpose of handling LPG.
Another objective of the present invention is to provide the valves for the cylinders with the concern of increasing safety.
Another objective of the present invention is to provide the valves for the cylinders which are cost effective and also saves time in manufacturing.

These and other objectives of the present invention will be apparent from the drawings and descriptions herein. Every object of the invention is attained by at least one embodiment of the invention. However, no embodiment necessarily meets every object set forth herein.
Brief Description of Drawings
The drawings described herein are for illustrative purposes only of selected embodiments and not all possible implementations, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present disclosure.
Figure 1 represents an actuator valve of the present invention.
Figure 2 represents a valve body (1) of actuator valve.
Corresponding reference numerals indicate corresponding parts throughout the several views of the drawings.
Detailed description of the invention:
The following is a detailed description of exemplary embodiments to illustrate the principles of the invention. The embodiments are provided to illustrate aspects of the invention, but the invention is not limited to any embodiment. The scope of the

invention encompasses numerous alternatives, modifications and equivalent; it is limited only by the claims.
Numerous specific details are set forth in the following description in order to provide a thorough understanding of the invention. However, the invention may be practiced according to the claims without some or all of these specific details. For the purpose of clarity, technical material that is known in the technical fields related to the invention has not been described in detail so that the invention is not unnecessarily obscured.
An aspect of the present invention is directed towards an actuator valve which includes a valve body (1) in a single unit made up of brass, a plurality of springs (5 and 14), a plurality of sealing parts, and a design mechanism where a taper mandril (8) is pushing against spring force with a handle (16) to use the whole circumference area of mandril (8), increasing the operating life of the valve.
All parts of the valve are made up of brass and this makes the thermal expansion same during withdrawal of LPG. Brass is the most competent material for LPG equipment particularly in LPG filing plants. The present invention is formed considering the International Standard for manufacturing and testing. The robust design of present actuator is safe and tested in high pressure up to 45 Bar. With the design mechanism of the present invention, actuator valve has tightened or loosen through the special tool only to avoid malfunction or tempering.

Figure 1 of the present invention is an actuator valve comprising the main valve body (1) made of brass, machined after forging, then fitted & assembled with different components or parts. Further, it includes rubber components (3, 9, 12 & 19) and support nut (11) which are used for sealing purpose to avoid leakages in any operating conditions, spring components (5 & 14) which are fitted in the valve body assembly (1) for controlling and restricting the flow of LPG, mandril (8) which moves up and down against spring (14) with the help of handle (16) which tighten with the body (1) and a screw (17), to give reciprocating motion to a plunger (13), guide plate (15) which holds and guide the plunger. The plunger (13) moves against spring force which finally push and operate the valve for LPG withdrawal.
Further, it includes gland (10) which gives perfect sealing and cushioning effect in the connection between cylinder valve and actuator body. NRV poppet (2) moves forward and backward as and when engage with withdrawal equipment. NRV Poppet gets sealing effect from rubber pad (3), pad holder (.4) holds the spring (5) from one side and rubber pad (3) from the other side to give perfect sealing effect between valve body (1) and NRV poppet (2). Support bush (6) locked with circlip (7) fitted on valve body (1) and support bush (6) holds the spring (5) which gives locking effect to NRV poppet (2). Breathing valve body (18), pad holder (20), and rubber pad (19) all parts are assembled to have bleeder valve to operate whenever vacuum is created during withdrawal of LPG from cylinder as there are vent holes in breathing valve body, which can be operated manually by pad holder. Figure 2 represents a valve body (1) of actuator valve.

Although preferred embodiments of the invention have been illustrated and described, it will at once be apparent to those skilled in the art that the invention includes advantages and features over and beyond the specific illustrated construction. Accordingly, it is intended that the scope of the invention be limited solely by the scope of the hereinafter appended claims, and not by the foregoing specification, when interpreted in light of the relevant prior art.
