An Adhesive Binder Composite, An Electrode Composite And Preparation Thereof

Abstract: ABSTRACT AN ADHESIVE BINDER COMPOSITE, AN ELECTRODE COMPOSITE AND PREPARATION THEREOF The present disclosure provides an adhesive binder composite, comprising: a fibrous carbon; 5 and a fibrillating binder, wherein the fibrous carbon is partially decorated with the fibrillating binder in a range of 25 to 50% of the surface of the fibrous carbon; and wherein the fibrous carbon and the fibrillating binder are in a weight ratio range of 1:1 to 1:3, wherein fibre length of the fibrous carbon and primary particle size of the fibrillating binder is in a ratio range of 25: 1 to 20: 1. The present disclosure also provides a process for preparing the adhesive binder 10 composite, an electrode composite, and a process for preparing the electrode composite. Furthermore, the present disclosure provides an electrochemical cell.
