, Description:TITLE: AN AGRICULTURAL GROUND WORKING TOOL FOR A CULTIVATOR
FIELD OF INVENTION
The present invention relates to an agricultural working implement. More particularly, the present invention relates to an agricultural ground working tool for a cultivator, which uproots the weeds, prevents making clods, and cut off said uprooted weeds in a single implement during inter-culture operation.

BACKGROUND OF INVENTION
Generally, weeds can compete with productive crops or pasture, or convert productive land into unusable scrub. The weeds are also often poisonous, distasteful, produce burrs, thorns or other damaging body parts or otherwise interfere with the use and management of desirable plants by contaminating harvests or excluding livestock. Mechanical weeding is done with use of tillage implements like harrows, weeders, and cultivators driven by animals or engine. These implements rely on burying and uprooting weeds grown between crop rows which are wide enough to facilitate movement of the implements without significant injury to crops.
Conventionally, weeding is done through a inter-culture implement with sweep tynes, which consists of 'V' shaped shovels with bevel edged wings, said ā€˜V’ shaped shovels are held by tynes fixed to a frame work by means of clamps. However, working with sweep make soil clods, which cause to accumulate soil, weeds and other substances around the tynes. This leaves the field more undulated and less pulverized because of accumulation hence reduces productivity and cause improper aeration which is seen in conventional tynes also. These clods and weeds accumulate around the tyne which requires frequent cleaning and cause to uprooted weeds grow again, hence reduces weeding efficiency.
Some of the prior arts are:
CN204408864U discloses a work-saving and efficient combined deep scarification plough which comprises a stand, a soil cutting disc plough and a deep scarification plough shovel, wherein the soil cutting disc plough and the deep scarification plough shovel are arranged in the same axis and are sequentially arranged on the stand; the deep scarification plough shovel comprises a deep scarification shovel handle and a deep scarification shovel arranged at the front end of the deep scarification shovel handle; the deep scarification shovel has a penetrating angle of 30-38 degrees, the working length of 250-400mm and the thickness of 20-60mm; the angle formed by the deep scarification shovel handle and the ground moving forward direction is 60-80 degrees; the upper surface of the deep scarification shovel is higher than the upper surface of the deep scarification shovel handle by 20-60mm; the horizontal distance between the center of the soil cutting disc plough and the tip of the deep scarification shovel in the deep scarification plough shovel is 260-600mm; the distance between the tip of the deep scarification shovel and the deep scarification shovel handle is 500-800mm; the soil cutting disc plough extends into the surface of the earth by 10-15cm in a working state.
US7410005B2 discloses an agricultural ground working apparatus includes a mounting bracket adapted for attachment to an implement frame. A shank is pivotally attached to the mounting bracket about a shank pivot axis and extends downward from the mounting bracket to a lower end thereof adapted for engaging the ground. Right and left disc arms are pivotally attached at upper portions thereof to the mounting bracket such that the disc arms pivot about arm pivot axes independent of the shank. The disc arms extend rearward and downward from the mounting bracket on each side of the shank, and right and left discs are rotatably attached to lower portions of the corresponding right and left disc arms.

However, in conventional agricultural working inter-culture implement, disk and plough are on same axis, therefore soil and other substance gets accumulated around the tyne during inter-culture operation.
Therefore there is need in art to provide an agricultural ground working tool for a work vehicle which is simple and efficient where it an address the technical problem involved in cleaning of the tyne due to clods and weeds accumulation around the tyne. This present invention is about the agricultural ground working tool for a cultivator, which uproots the weeds, prevents making clods, and cut off said uprooted weeds in a single implement during inter-culture operation which is more technically advanced with existing prior arts.
The information disclosed in this background of disclosure section is only for enhancement of understanding of the general background of the invention and should not be taken as acknowledgement or any form of suggestion that this information forms the prior art already known to person skilled in the art.

Yet another objective of the invention is to provide an agricultural ground working tool for a cultivator, which scour the soil while implement working in the field.

Yet another objective of the invention is to provide an agricultural ground working tool for a cultivator, which pulverizes the clods, simultaneously scour the soil and cuts off the uprooted weeds.
