FIELD OF INVENTION
This invention relates to an airless front wheel.
BACKGROUND AND PRIOR ART
Agricultural tractor is generally classified as two-wheel drive, two-wheel drive
with front wheel assist, which is used for following functions:-
1. Supporting Vehicle Weight (Characteristics of Supporting Load).
2. Transferring Traction & Braking forces to the Road Surface
(Characteristics of traction & braking).
3. Changing & Maintenance Direction of Travel (Characteristic of steering &
Stability).
4. Absorbing Road shocks (Characteristics & comfortable driving).
Thus, a tire supports the weight of the tractor, reduces the impact from the
road and at the same time, transmits the power to propel, brake and steer on
the road. It also maintains a tractor's movement.
A thick rubber is attached to the parts meeting the road to withstand exterior
damage and wear. Tread patterns are chosen according to car movement and
safety demands. A solid structure is necessary to make sure the tires are
securely assembled onto rims.
However, the disadvantage associated with the known wheel with tube is that,
it is associated with the risk of puncher leading to deflation. Further, it involves
comparatively higher cost of manufacturing and maintenance. Again, it
requires more maintenance and supervision.

Hence, there is a requirement of developing an improved wheel which can
address the aforementioned drawbacks.
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION
The primary object of the present invention is to provide an airless front wheel
to avoid failure or breakdown of vehicle.
Another object of the present invention IS to provide an airless front wheel
which requires less maintenance with comfortable riding.
Further object of the present invention is to provide an airless front wheel
which is simple in construction.
Yet further object of the present invention is to provide an airless front wheel
which is burst proof.
STATEMENT OF INVENTION
According to this invention, there is provided an airless front wheel comprising
of a rim connected to a metallic strip supporting tyre, wherein the connection is
established by means of a connecting means.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION WITH REFERENCE TO THE
ACCOMPANYING DRAWINGS
The present invention is directed to an airless front wheel as shown in fig. 1.
Now, reference may be made to fig. 2-6.
The wheel comprising of a rim (fig. 3) connected to a circular metallic strip (fig.
4), wherein the metal is preferably steel. Said rim is provided in connection
with the strip by means of a connecting means (fig. 5). Said connecting means
is such as bolt surrounded by a resilient material such as spring.
The wheel and rim assembly supports tyre (fig. 2) which does not require filling
of air. Tread of the tire is shock absorbing.
Further, the rim and strip are provided with a plurality of holes for
accommodating said connecting means.
Thus, the invention of the proposed application leads to a wheel with sprmg
loaded tyre, which does not require filling of air.

It is to be noted that the present invention is susceptible to modifications,
adaptations and changes by those skilled in the art. Such variant embodiments
employing the concepts and features of this invention are intended to be within
the scope of the present invention, which is further set forth under the
following claims:-

WE CLAIM:
1. An airless front wheel comprising of a rim connected to a metallic strip
supporting tyre, wherein the connection is established by means of a
connecting means.
2. An airless front wheel as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rim and strip
are provided with a plurality of holes for accommodating said connecting
means.
3. An airless front wheel as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the connecting
means is such as bolt surrounded by resilient means such as spring.
4. An airless front wheel as claimed in any of the preceding claims, wherein
said tyre is having shock absorbing tread, which does not require filling
of air.
5. An airless front wheel as claimed in any of the preceding claims, wherein
the metallic strip is circular strip preferably made of steel.
6. An airless front wheel as claimed in any of the preceding claims, 1s
associated with the advantageous features such as herein described.
7. An airless front wheel substantially as herein described with reference to
the accompanying drawings.
