3. PREAMBLE TO THE DESCRIPTION
The following specification particularly describes the invention and the manner in which it is to be performed : -
Field of the Invention:
The present invention relates to amusement device. More particularly it relates to an amusement article being used in water parks.
Prior Art:
Amusement and theme parks are terms for a group of entertainment attractions and rides and other events in a location for the enjoyment of large numbers of people. An amusement park is more elaborate than a simple city park or playground, usually providing attractions meant to cater to children, teenagers, and adults.
A water park is an amusement park that features water play areas, such as water slides, spray grounds (water playgrounds), lazy rivers, or other recreational bathing, swimming, and bare footing environments. Water parks in more current states of development may also be equipped with some type of artificial surfing or body boarding environment such as a wave pool or Flow Rider.
Some of the water park amusement systems are referred herein below.
Patent publication WO2007019278 (A2) discloses a water amusement ride system. The system may include a first channel of water. The first channel may function to convey participants in a first direction. The system may include a second channel of water. The second channel may function to convey participants in a second direction. The second direction may be different from the first direction. The system may include a first adjustable flow controller positioned in the first channel of water. The system may include a third channel coupling the first channel, upstream of the first adjustable flow controller, to the second channel. The first adjustable flow controller may function at least in part to control the flow of water through the third channel. The system may be part of a continuous water ride.
Patent publication US2010009767 (Al) discloses a rotating ride for use in water parks and other settings to provide ride passengers or park guests with an interactive water experience. The ride includes a structural system with a drive that rotates a support structure such as a wheel frame about a central axis or hub. The ride includes a plurality of vehicles that each includes a body with seating for passengers and that is connected to the support structure and rotates with it. The vehicle assembly includes a water release mechanism that is passenger operable to release water from the vehicle as it is moved through the ride path. The vehicle body may include a water storage reservoir storing a volume of water that then can be selectively released by the passenger. The stored water may be caught as it pours over the vehicle or the vehicle may pass through a pool to scoop up the water.
Patent publication WO9845006 (Al) discloses a water ride for use in a leisure park comprising an inclined hollow rotating tube having an internal screw thread. The first end of the tube is at a lower water level and the second end of the tube is at a higher water level Accordingly, a user entering the tube at one level can be carried to the other level by a body of water moving along the internal screw thread as the tube rotates about its axis.
The conventional water parks are having full of thrill and fun in terms of the water rides. However they are still lacking in thrill and fun in the area of water pool and its related amusement attractions. Hence there is a need of development in the area of water pool related amusement attractions in water parks.
Object of the Invention:
The main object of the present invention is to provide an amusement article being used in a pool in water parks which can be easily installed in the pool.
Another object of the invention is to provide an amusement article being used in a pool in water parks which can increase amusement level in the pool.
Another object of the invention is to provide an amusement article being used in a pool in water parks which is safe.
Summary of the Invention:
Accordingly to achieve the aforesaid objects the present invention provides an amusement article being used in a pool in water parks, the amusement article comprising:
a container for accommodating a large quantity of water, the container having closed bottom and a open top;
a platform being fixed at certain height in the pool;
a support cum water supply structure for filling of the container with water, the support cum water supply structure comprises an water outlet being situated over the open top of the container;
a shaft being fixed in the support cum water supply structure, the shaft is passing through the container in such a way that the container can tilt through the shaft,
wherein fixing of the shaft in the support cum water supply structure and the fixing of the container through the shaft is in such a manner that when the water in the container achieves a predetermined level, the center of gravity of the container shifts slowly and the container tilts about its axis in forward direction so that inside water falls on the platform and splashes on the platform creating a wow experience to the guest in the pool.

Referring to figures 1 and 2, an amusement article (1) being used in a pool (2) in water parks includes a container (6), a platform (3), and a support cum water supply structure (5).
The container (6) accommodates a large quantity of water. The container (6) is closed at bottom and open at top. Mainly container (6) is made of hard plastic material or the like. It can be made of any other durable and water resistant material. The container (6) can be of any shape including shape of bucket, human face, carton face, monster face etc.
The platform (3) is fixed in the water pool (2). The platform (3) is fixed at certain height in the water pool (2) with help of supporting pillars (4). The platform (3) is made of hard plastic material or the like. It can be made of any other durable and water resistant material.
The support cum water supply structure (5) fills the container (6) with water. The support cum water supply structure (5) includes an water outlet (8) which is situated over the open top of the container (6) for the purpose of filling the water in the container (6). The shaft (7) is fixed in the support cum water supply structure (5) using the bearings (9). The shaft (7) is passing through the container (6) in such a way that the container (6) can tilt through the shaft (7). The shaft (7) is mainly made of stainless steel material or like.
The fixing of the shaft (7) in the support cum water supply structure (5) and the fixing of the container (6) through the shaft (7) is in such a manner that when the water in the container (6) achieves a predetermined level, the center of gravity of the container (6) shifts slowly and the container (6) tilts about its axis in forward direction so that inside water falls on the platform (3) and splashes on the platform (3) creating a wow experience to the guest in the pool (2).
Working of the invention:
The center of gravity about the axis of the container (6) is measured when the container (6) is empty. The container (6) is stable when there is no water inside the container (6). Water is allowed to flow in the container (6) via the water outlet (8) provided on the support cum water supply pipe. Once the water is filled in the container (6) the center of gravity of the container (6) shifts slowly and the container (6) tend to tilt about its axis in forward direction. The water splashes out of the bucket on the platform (3) creating a wow experience to the guest in the pool (2).
