DESC:FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to the antimicrobial filter. More particularly present invention relates to the water filter by herbal way with natural members. In which manufacturing of herbal filter and method for cleaning of water removes bacteria and viruses from the water at a level of Filter Bacteria Log Removal of greater than about approximately 2 logs, and as the principle a Filter Viruses Log Removal of greater than about 1 log.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Human health is under constant threat due to emerging and reemerging viral and bacterial infections. When infection from a new or reemerged disease spreads across a large geographical area, for example multiple countries or even worldwide, it is deemed a pandemic. Throughout human history there have been several, devastating pandemics of diseases such as smallpox, tuberculosis and influenza. The most fatal pandemic in recorded history was the Plague which killed an estimated 75-200 million people in the 14th century. Currently, the world is experiencing the COVID-19 pandemic.

The main aspect of the present invention comprising potable water filter that includes passing water and removing bacteria and viruses from the water. The filter body constructed by terracotta soil with the Polymer or Stainless-Steel inlet and an outlet.

Another aspect of the present invention comprising of the filter material formed in four consecutives assemblies from a plurality like as of
1. Cow’s night soil (pasteurized dunk) bowl cartridge,
2. Basil coating bowl cartridge,
3. Pepper mint coating bowl cartridge, and
4. Mesoporous wood activated carbon bowl cartridge.

Other aspect of the present invention comprising the filter cartridge materials are procured from the laboratory approved group consisting of qualitative farming and supply chain certified Vendor system.

Another aspect of the present invention comprising Mesoporous wood filter cartridge coated entirely with a non-toxic cationic polymer and mixtures thereof. Processes for forming a filter material that includes coating a filter particle with a coating comprising a lignosulfonate, carbonizing the coating, and activating the coating.

The main embodiment of the present invention comprising Filtration process, wherein A sum of mesopore and macropore volumes of the filter particles may be between about 0.2 mL/g and about 2 mL/g, wherein mesopore means an intra-particle pore having a diameter between 2 nm and 50 nm, and macropore means an intra-particle pore having a diameter greater than 50 nm, a total pore volume of the filter particles is greater than about 0.4 mL/g and less than about 3 mL/g, and a ratio of the sum of the mesopore and macropore volumes to the total pore volume of the filter particles is greater than about 0.3mL/g. The filter removes bacteria and viruses from the water at a level of Filter Bacteria Log Removal of greater than about approximately 2 logs, and as the principle a Filter Viruses Log Removal of greater than about 1 log.

As per Figure 1, the present invention discloses the system of the water cleaning device. In which frame or housing 5 containing of the filtration process, wherein water filtration process take place. As per Figure 2, the process comprising filter housing body 5 comprising; Layer 1: - cow’s pasteurized duck (1); Layer 2: - basil coating sieve (2); Layer 3: - Pepper Mint Coating (3); Layer 4: - mesoporous wood (4); wherein waste water enters from inlet portion (6) and transfer to next sieve 1; also sieve (1) containing of the cow’s pasteurize duck; wherein debris and other clustered materials removed from by same process and moved to sieve (2); then after basil coating sieve (2) Tulsi removes bio fertilizes nano particles and improve purity of the water and added some more nutrition in this filtration process and transfer to water into sieve 3; then after pepper Mint Coating (3) chemical and other undigested material absorb by mint and improve purity of the water; and Finally mesoporous wood (4) removed smell from water and transfer clean water to storage device (7).

Another embodiment of the present invention comprising of the basil coating sieve bowl 2, wherein second treatment water filter in this bowl, means second water treatment by first treatment done in sieve 1 layer of cow pasteurized duck. In which second layer treatment containing Tulsi removes bio fertilizes nano particles and improve purity of the water and added some more nutrition in this filtration process.

Other embodiment of the present invention comprising Pepper mint coating bowl cartridge 3, in which chemical and other undigested material absorb by mint and improve purity of the water. Also, in this process mint character added, so human being takes natural quality of the water.

One of the embodiment of the present invention comprising the last sieve 4 having mesoporous wood, which is removes debris and dust from the water. Also in this process gas and other nano particles removes from water or waste water. And finally released by pure water from after this process and collected in another bowl 7.
Another embodiment of the present invention an embodiment is directed to a water treatment cartridge for treating drinking water. The water treatment cartridge may comprise a housing, an inlet for introducing water into the water treatment cartridge, an outlet port for egress of water from the water treatment cartridge, and a first treatment material. The first treatment material has a core region. The water treatment cartridge also has a second treatment material. The second treatment material contained within the core region of the first treatment material, such that the first treatment material and the second treatment material are in direct contact and direct communication. The second treatment material be a calcium source. The water treatment cartridge also has a liquid-pervious retainer. The retainer bowls the outlet port extend into the second treatment material. Water enters for the water treatment cartridge via the inlet, the water then radially enter the first treatment material, then radially flow through the first treatment material, then, at least a portion of the water radially enter the second, third and fourth treatment material, then axially flow through the consequent treatment material, then egress the water treatment cartridge via the outlet port.

b) sieve (1) containing of the cow’s pasteurize duck; wherein debris and other clustered materials removed from by same process and moved to sieve (2);
c) basil coating sieve (2) Tulsi removes bio fertilizes nano particles and improve purity of the water and added some more nutrition in this filtration process and transfer to water into sieve 3
d) pepper Mint Coating (3) chemical and other undigested material absorb by mint and improve purity of the water;
e) mesoporous wood (4) removed smell from water and transfer clean water to storage device (7).
