THE FOLLOWING SPECIFICATION PARTICULARLY DESCRIBES THE INVENTION AND THE MANNER IN WHICH IT IS TO BE PERFORMED
FIELD OF INVENTION- The present invention relates to a system and a method for tracking and finding the missing or theft HUID tagged gold jewellery as well as its accessories .Further the system comprises a module adapted to access data regarding details of the missing or theft gold jewellery as well as its accessories by using API of Bureau of Indian Standard (BIS).

BACK GROUND OF INVENTION-

US20060145830A1 discloses the object identification system of the present invention comprises: a hand-held mechanism or remote control unit employed by the user to set up the system, and to locate an object or objects once the system is set up; and an identification device which is attachable to the object(s) to be identified, and which has an array of lights built into it for uniquely identifying the object(s) as belonging to the user of the system and device. More specifically, the remote control unit is initially employed by the user to program the identification device to respond to a polling signal from the remote control unit by illuminating, in a certain sequence or with a certain pattern, lights built into the identification device so as to uniquely identify, as belonging to the user, the object(s) to which the identification device is attached. Once the identification device is programmed, the remote control unit can be used to generate a polling signal, in response to which the identification device illuminates its lights in the certain sequence or with the certain pattern to identify the object(s) as belonging to the user.
US 5, 418, 537 discloses the Global Positioning System (hereinafter, referred to as GPS) for detecting the present position of a missing vehicle. GPS receives GPS signals which are transmitted from two or more GPS satellites. The apparatus includes a paging responder which responds to a paging signal transmitted from a vehicle location service center. The paging responder causes a controller/modem to interrogate a GPS receiver/processor to determine the present location of the vehicle. The controller/modem then causes a cellular telephone to notify the vehicle location service center of the present location of the missing vehicle, so that the vehicle can be recovered.
US9716972B2 discloses a system, method and device to interrogate for the presence of objects, to prevent the inadvertent separation of the objects from their owner. An owner is alerted when they are separated from the objects by determining when a trigger event occurs, such as a person leaving and/or entering a particular monitored area or location. These monitored areas can be retrofitted with an electronic interrogation device that monitors local conditions to determine whether a user is entering or leaving the monitored area to trigger an interrogation of the personal items. The interrogation device is constructed and arranged to communicate with the objects to determine whether the objects are with the owner. The interrogation device automatically determines the presence of a particular object at the monitored environment and automatically generates a notification when needed. The system further controls functionality of the objects, according to illustrative embodiments, when the object is present.
US8976028B2 discloses a system and method for tracking items are disclosed. The system and method include a computing device capable of near filed communication (NFC), and at least one tag coupled to each of at least one item, where the at least one tag is communicatively coupled to the NFC of the computing device using radio frequency (RF) signals. The coupling of the at least one tag to the at least one item enables the computing device to identify the at least one item and the distance from the at least one item to the computing device.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Accordingly the present invention depicts a method for tracking and finding the missing or theft HUID tagged gold jewellery as well as its accessories with the help of public and the law and enforcement agency. Further the system comprises a module adapted to access data regarding details of the missing or theft gold jewellery as well as its accessories by using API of Bureau of Indian Standard (BIS).
Further the system comprises a module adapted to access data regarding details of the missing or theft gold jewellery as well as its accessories with the help of application programming interface (APIS) of Bureau of Indian Standard (BIS). The instant invention also provides a system to check the information details as well as the FIR details of the missing or theft gold jewellery as well as its accessories by any registered user with the required inputs. Further the instant invention provides a communication system configured to confirm the identity of the missing gold jewellery as well as its accessories. In addition to that the present invention further provides a system to search/check the details of missing or theft HUID tagged gold jewellery as well as its accessories by using QR code scan in addition to its manual search. Further the present invention provides a module to find lost details as uploaded by law and enforcement agencies.

OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION

The present invention has been developed in response to the present state of the art, and in particular, in response to the problems and needs in the art that have not yet been fully solved by currently available techniques and processes.
Accordingly, the present invention has an object to provide a system to provide a method to find out the missing or theft HUID tagged gold jewellery & its accessories with the help of public and the law and enforcement agency comprises the steps of registration and creation of ID by any persons or commercial firm or by police station or by an seller.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a communication system configured to confirm the identity of the missing or theft HUID tagged gold jewellery & its accessories with the help of application programming interface (APIS) of BIS.
It is yet another object of the present invention to provide a method to find out the missing or theft HUID tagged gold jewellery & its accessories, wherein the information regarding the missing/theft HUID tagged gold jewellery & its accessories are uploaded by any person or the registered user.
In addition to that, another objective the present invention is to provide a system to search/check the details of missing or theft HUID tagged gold jewellery & its accessories by using QR code scan in addition to its manual search.
Further, another objective of the present invention is to provide a module to find lost details as uploaded by law and enforcement agencies.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

For the purpose of promoting an understanding of the principles of the invention, reference will now be made to the embodiment illustrated in the figures and specific language will be used to describe the same. It will nevertheless be understood that no limitation of the scope of the invention is thereby intended, such alterations and further modifications in the illustrated system, and such further applications of the principles of the invention as illustrated therein being contemplated as would normally occur to one skilled in the art to which the invention relates.

The term “web-based portal” is an application that is accessed via HTTP. The term web-based is usually used to describe applications that run in a web browser. It can, though, also be used to describe applications that have a very small component of the solution loaded on the client PC.

The term “Jewellery or jewelry” consists of decorative items worn for personal adornment, such as brooches, rings, necklaces, earrings, pendants, bracelets, and cufflinks. Jewellery may be attached to the body or the clothes.
The term “HUID-hallmark unique identification” is a tag of BIS Hallmark, which is a hallmarking system for gold as well as silver jewellery sold in India certifying the purity of the metal.It certifies that the piece of jewellery conforms to a set of standards laid by the Bureau of Indian Standards, the national standards organization of India. India is the second biggest market for gold and its jewellery.

The instant invention provide a method for tracking and finding the missing or theft HUID tagged gold jewellery as well as its accessories with the help of public and the law and enforcement agency. Further the system comprises a module adapted to access data regarding details of the missing or theft gold jewellery as well as its accessories by using API of Bureau of Indian Standard (BIS).
Further the system comprises a module adapted to access data regarding details of the missing or theft gold jewellery as well as its accessories with the help of application programming interface (APIS) of Bureau of Indian Standard (BIS). The instant invention also provides a system to check the information details as well as the FIR details of the missing or theft gold jewellery as well as its accessories by any registered user with the required inputs. Further the instant invention provides a communication system configured to confirm the identity of the missing gold jewellery as well as its accessories. In addition to that the present invention further provides a system to search/check the details of missing or theft HUID tagged gold jewellery as well as its accessories by using QR code scan in addition to its manual search. Further the present invention provides a module to find lost details as uploaded by law and enforcement agencies.

Further given invention developed an efficient system to provide a method to find out the missing or theft HUID tagged gold jewellery as well as its accessories comprising: a web site for making the user profiles of the interested persons, who are seeking to find the missing or theft HUID tagged gold jewellery as well as its accessories details; a user interface which consist of enrolling means, account creation means, otp generation means, recording means; an uploading means adapted to receive the details from said user interface and further adapted to upload the details to the database; a data storing means which includes the profile data into different verticals; a communication means adapted to receive the 'communication of interest' from the viewers in relation to said enquiry; a transferring means adapted to send the sorted 'communication of interest' to the interested user.

The embodiment of the present invention, Figure 1 discloses a system to find out the missing or theft HUID tagged gold jewellery as well as its accessories. Further, the system/module characterized in that, includes i. Registration Module: wherein the registration and creation of ID by the concern persons or by police station or by commercial firm is done by providing theirs details ii. Log-in module: wherein the entry of the login details of a registered user is initiated, iii.uploading Module: wherein the uploading of the missing/theft HUID tagged gold jewellery as well as its accessories details is done by the registered user, IV. Data storage module: where in the uploading and updating data of the HUID tagged gold jewellery as well as its accessories is stored in the server database V. Verification and communication Module: wherein the checking, cross checking and updating of the missing or theft HUID tagged gold jewellery as well as its accessories details are initiated.
Further in this system the registration is completed after the submission of the otp received on the registered mobile number and creating a password, wherein its own aadhar number becomes the user id.
In addition to above embodiment, in the present invention, Figure 2(a) 2(b) and 2(c), depicts about the flow diagram of making the user Id by Any person, Police thana and commercial firms respectively, wherein fig 2(a) discloses the generation of user Id by any interested person by providing the details like adhaar number and its registered mobile number which is verified through its UIDAI API after providing the otp. Thereafter the sytem will generate the user id of that person along with its adhar details; the login id is successfully created once the user submitting its email id with the received otp.
Similarly the fig 2(b) discloses the process of the generation of user Id by police thana after providing the details state, district, thana name and thana CUG mobile no (SHO no) with otp verification. Thereafter the sytem will generate the user id of that police thana along with its CUG details, the login id is successfully created once the user submitting its email id with the received otp.
Similar process is followed by the commercial firm as described in fig 2(c) in order to generate its login id, here the commercial firm has to provide the GSTIN details of his firm along with the email id and mobile number of the firm with otp verification in order to successful creation of its account.

In another embodiment the present invention, Figure 3 discloses the schematic diagram of making the login by the registered user (any person, police station (thana) & commercial firms) by providing user id (user name/adhar no/CUG no/GSTN no) and registered mobile number, here the registered user have the options of providing an alternative mobile number for its in order to make successfully login.

In another embodiment the present invention, Figure 4(a) discloses the process of uploading the HUID tagged gold jewellry information’s details by the registered user by selecting the jewellery type & entering the HUID tag number, which gets automatically verified through the API of BIS and once match its will shows the details of the gold jewellery like jewellery type, HIUD no, Hall mark registration date, company name, purity, and others details. Thereafter the registered user has to upload his photo for face match, fingerprints and pics of the gold jewellery along with the documents and mobile number for communication. The uploading of the gold jewellery details is completed only after the payment, which is done either through online mode or through QR code; here the registered user is having option to make his entire details gets publically available either by choosing active mode or inactive mode.

In addition to above , in another embodiment Figure 4(b) discloses the process of uploading the goods & its accessories information’s details by the registered user by providing details like goods type, brand no, model no & unique id number. Thereafter the registered user has to upload his photo for face match, fingerprints and pics of the goods & its accessories along with the documents and mobile number for communication. The uploading of the goods & its accessories details is completed only after the payment, which is done either through online mode or through QR code; here the registered user is having option to make his entire details gets publically available either by choosing active mode or inactive mode.

In another embodiment the present invention, Figure 5(a) discloses the process of uploading the HUID tagged gold jewellry information’s details by the commercial firm by selecting the jewellery type & entering the HUID tag number, which gets automatically verified through the API of BIS and once match its will shows the details of the gold jewellery like jewellery type, HIUD no, Hall mark registration date, company name, purity, and others details. In addition to the above step the commercial firm/seller has to upload the purchaser detail information like purchaser name, any id of purchaser (adhar no/voter no/DL no/PAN no) & mobile number with otp verification, Thereafter the registered commercial firm has to upload his photo for face match, fingerprints and pics of the gold jewellery along with the documents and mobile number for communication. The uploading of the gold jewellery details is completed only after the payment, which is done either through online mode or through QR code.
In another embodiment the present invention, Figure 5(b) discloses the process of uploading the goods & its accessories information’s details by the commercial firm by selecting the goods type, brand no, model no & unique id number, which gets automatically stored in the server database. In addition to the above step the commercial firm/seller has to upload the purchaser detail information like purchaser name, any id of purchaser (adhar no/voter no/DL no/PAN no) & mobile number with otp verification, Thereafter the registered commercial firm has to upload his photo for face match, fingerprints and pics of the goods & its accessories along with the documents and mobile number for communication. The uploading of the goods & its accessories details is completed only after the payment, which is done either through online mode or through QR code.
In another embodiment, Figure 6 discloses about the process of uploading the missing/theft gold jewellery details by a registered user/owner by selecting the theft/missing gold jewellery type and HUID number, which get checked in the database and once match its will shows the details like jewellery type, HIUD no, Hall mark registration date, company name, purity, and others details. Thereafter the registered user/owner has to upload the theft/missing complaint documents details like FIR number, date, police station and district where the FIR is lodge along with contact number of maximum 3 people and message for future communication. The uploading of the gold jewellery details & generation of complaint number having a link for share in the social media is completed only after the payment, which is done either through online mode or through QR code; here the registered user/owner is having option to make announcement for any reward in the above process.
In another embodiment of the present invention, Figure 7 discloses the process of uploading the lost and found details of gold jewellery, Goods, others & its accessories by the police thana, here the law and enforcement agency has to provide his login id in order to upload the lost and found details, thereafter the agency has to choose whether he has to upload details of gold jewellery or Goods & its accessories, once the details of the above lost and founds are submitted than it will match/verified with the API of BIS for HUID tagged gold jewellery and once verified it will automatically provide the information’s details of the HUID tagged gold jewellery or Goods & its accessories. If the APIs failed to shows the information details than the agency has to fill the lost & found information’s details of the HUID tagged gold jewellery or Goods & its accessories manually along with the supporting documents, photo and contact number with requisite message for the communication.
In addition to the above embodiment of the present invention, Figure 8(a) discloses the process of checking/searching the theft/missing gold jewellery owner details by any person with login id or without login, when a person without having any log in id is want to search then he/she has to provide his mobile no, which is verified through otp, thereafter the person has to select gold jewellery type & HUID tag no and once submitted it will shows the gold jewellery owners details ,for further to know more about the owners details and its contact number the user has to click the link provided in the given system. If the system is in Inactive mode than the user has to provide the face match as well as finger prints details of the owner for further communication the owners relatives(In case any fraudulent selling of gold jewellery). Similarly when a person is having log in id and wants to search then he/she has to follow the same process except the mobile verification step.
In addition to the above embodiment of the present invention, Figure 8(b) discloses the process of checking/searching the theft/missing goods, accessories and owner details by any person with login id or without login, when a person without having any log in id is want to search then he/she has to provide his mobile no, which is verified through otp, thereafter the person has to select goods type, brand no, model no & unique id number and once submitted it will shows the goods, accessories owner details ,for further to know more about the owners details and its contact number the user has to click the link provided in the given system. If the system is in Inactive mode than the user has to provide the face match as well as finger prints details of the owner for further communication the owners relatives(In case any fraudulent selling of goods, accessories). Similarly when a person is having log in id and wants to search then he/she has to follow the same process except the mobile verification step.
In addition to the above embodiment of the present invention, Figure 9(a) discloses the process of checking/searching the theft/missing gold jewellery owner details through QR code by any person with login id or without login, when a person without having any log in id is want to search then he/she has to provide his mobile no, which is verified through otp, thereafter the person has to select either the QR code scanner mode where the camera will open and scan or manually enter the QR code number and once submitted it will shows the jewellery type, HIUD no, Hall mark registration date, company name, purity, and owners details ,for further to know more about the owners details and its contact number the user has to click the link provided in the given system. If the system is in Inactive mode than the user has to provide the face match as well as finger prints details of the owner for further communication the owners relatives(In case any fraudulent selling of gold jewellery). Similarly when a person is having log in id and wants to search then he/she has to follow the same process except the mobile verification step.
In addition to the above embodiment of the present invention, Figure 9(b) discloses the process of checking/searching the theft/missing good, accessories owner details through QR code by any person with login id or without login, when a person without having any log in id is want to search then he/she has to provide his mobile no, which is verified through otp, thereafter the person has to select either the QR code scanner mode where the camera will open and scan or manually enter the QR code number and once submitted it will shows the goods type, brand no, model no & unique id number & owner details ,for further to know more about the owners details and its contact number the user has to click the link provided in the given system. If the system is in Inactive mode than the user has to provide the face match as well as finger prints details of the owner for further communication the owners relatives(In case any accident or fraudulent selling of goods & accessories). Similarly when a person is having log in id and wants to search then he/she has to follow the same process except the mobile verification step.

In another embodiment of the present invention, the instant invention discloses a system of tracking and finding the missing or theft HUID tagged gold jewellery as well as its accessories characterized in that, includes
i. Registration Module, wherein the registration and creation of ID by the concern persons or by police station or by the commercial firm is done after the submission of the otp received on the registered mobile number and creating a password, wherein its own aadhar number becomes the user id,
ii. Log in module, wherein the entry of the login details of a registered user is initiated,
iii. Uploading Module, wherein the uploading of the missing/theft HUID tagged gold jewellery as well as its accessories details is done by the registered user either through QR code scanner or manually,
iv. Data storage module: where in the uploading and updating data of the HUID tagged gold jewellery as well as its accessories is stored in the server database,
v. Verification and communication Module: wherein the checking, cross checking and updating of the missing or theft gold jewellery as well as its accessories details are initiated after the verification from the APIs of BIS.
In addition to the above embodiment of the present invention discloses the system of tracking and finding the missing or theft HUID tagged gold jewellery as well as its accessories, wherein the uploading of the HUID tagged gold jewellery & its accessories as well as its missing details is done through the QR code scanner or through manually.

Further, another embodiment of the present invention discloses the system of tracking and finding the missing or theft HUID tagged gold jewellery as well as its accessories, where in the law and enforcement agency(police thana) have option to upload the lost and found details of gold jewellery as well as its accessories..

Further in another embodiment, the instant invention discloses the system of tracking and finding the missing or theft HUID tagged gold jewellery as well as its accessories, wherein verification of the missing or theft HUID tagged gold jewellery is done through API of BIS and verification of the missing or theft goods and its accessories detail is done through internal server system database.
In addition to the above embodiment of the present invention disclose the system of tracking and finding the missing or theft HUID tagged gold jewellery as well as its accessories, wherein the system will generate a complaint number (which can be shared in social media) once the registered user submit the complaint details.

1. A system of tracking and finding the missing or theft HUID tagged gold jewellery as well as its accessories characterized in that, includes
i. Registration Module, wherein the registration and creation of ID by the concern persons or by police station or by the commercial firm is done after the submission of the otp received on the registered mobile number and creating a password, wherein its own aadhar number becomes the user id,
ii. Log in module, wherein the entry of the login details of a registered user is initiated ,
iii. Uploading Module, wherein the uploading of the missing/theft HUID tagged gold jewellery as well as its accessories details is done by the registered user either through QR code scanner or manually,
iv. Data storage module: where in the uploading and updating data of the HUID tagged gold jewellery as well as its accessories is stored in the server database,
v. Verification and communication Module, wherein the checking, cross checking and updating of the missing or theft gold jewellery as well as its accessories details are initiated after the verification from the APIs of BIS.
2. The system of tracking and finding the missing or theft HUID tagged gold jewellery as well as its accessories as claimed in claim1, wherein the uploading of the HUID tagged gold jewellery & its accessories as well as its missing details is done through the QR code scanner or through manually.
3. The system of tracking and finding the missing or theft HUID tagged gold jewellery as well as its accessories as claimed in claim1, where in the law and enforcement agency(police thana) have option to upload the lost and found details of gold jewellery as well as its accessories.
4. The system of tracking and finding the missing or theft HUID tagged gold jewellery as well as its accessories as claimed in claim1, where in verification of the missing or theft HUID tagged gold jewellery is done through API of BIS.
5. The system of tracking and finding the missing or theft HUID tagged gold jewellery as well as its accessories as claimed in claim1, where in verification of the missing or theft goods and its accessories detail is done through internal server system database.
6. The system of tracking and finding the missing or theft HUID tagged gold jewellery as well as its accessories as claimed in claim1, wherein the system will generate a complaint number (which can be shared in social media) once the registered user submit the complaint details.

5. The system of tracking and finding the missing or theft HUID tagged gold jewellery as well as its accessories as claimed in claim1, where in verification of the missing or theft goods and its accessories detail is done through internal server system database.
6. The system of tracking and finding the missing or theft HUID tagged gold jewellery as well as its accessories as claimed in claim1, wherein the system will generate a complaint number (which can be shared in social media) once the registered user submit the complaint details.
