An Apparatus And A Method For Manufacturing Of Slot Wedges In Turbogenerators
Abstract: The present subject matter disclosed herein relates to an apparatus (600) and a method for manufacturing of slot wedges in a turbo generator. The apparatus (600) has a base plate (100) having grooves (200, 300) for holding a slot wedge parts T and P (701, 702) in a longitudinal direction, wherein the the slot wedge part T (701) and the slot wedge part P (702) upwardly protruding out in relation to the base plate (100). A plurality of threaded holes (230) and a plurality of rectangular arrayed holes (240) disposed on corners of the base plate (100). A plurality of clamps (400, 500) located on a peripheral through hole (410, 510) and a corresponding threaded hole (450, 550) on the base plate (100) in the groove (200, 300) and an end support (210, 310) and a plurality of cutter paths (220, 320) provided on the base plate (100).
