An Apparatus And A Method For Separating The Unprocessed Bags Of Fabric From Processed Bags

Abstract: The present invention relates to apparatus and method for separating the unprocessed bags in an automated bag making machine and eject them to the ejection unit (6). The apparatus has a bag ejection unit (1) consisting of an overhead cover (13), a swivel frame (9), an ejection bin (6), a motor (12), and a second conveyor (8) for transporting bags; said swivel frame (9) having a driving 10 arrangement which further consist of driver pulley (24), driven pulley (25), a motor (12), and an actuating mechanism (27), wherein said swivel frame is capable of rotating about an in-plane axis from an angled position (9a) to a position where the plane of the swivel frame parallel to the plane of a main conveyor (7), whereby said unprocessed bag is transferred to swivel frame (9) 15 and thereby separated from the processed bags (5) and then sent on to the eject bin (6).
