DESC:FIELD OF THE INVENTION
[001] The present invention relates to field of textile industry. Particularly the present invention relates to spinning mills. More particularly the invention provides a wide area network based communication between the user and spinning machines through virtual assistance. Also, the present invention is directed to provide an apparatus for virtual communication between user and machines and in between the machine and machine to transfer the communication, to collect the data and to control the machine operation.

BACKGROUND OF THEART
[002] Textile industry has evolved with the technological progress. Once the manually operated textile machinery has evolved to electronic managed and operated textile machinery, the operating and managing of the textile machinery is using parameters of sensors and devices. Said industry comprises a large area with various kinds of the machinery. The computerized systems are used to communicate the operation with the machines by sending and receiving the information through the server. This communication widely depends on the area network.

[003] A proper area network among the machinery and systems are needed as this plays a vital role in operative rate and management of multiple textile machines present in a textile industry. Even though the machinery and system have technology advanced but providing a better network has not been looked upon. As there is wide area in the industry consisting tons of machinery it is difficult to maintain the area network. The present invention provides a method and a device to enhance the wide area network in the textile industry.

[004] There are some inventions proposed in the existing invention which may resolve the above said issue. The existing invention provides a method for networking in textile industry. The existing inventions proposed to resolve the above said issue are disclosed in the prior art sections. A German patent application DE102006025747 describes the automatic system for controlling textile machines comprising a means for controlling the textile machines, human machine interface units, and a communication network with wire connection and wireless networking between the machine and the units. The human machine interface units are formed as thin-clients, where its functional equipment is bounded to the indication and input of data. Means for retrieving and loading process data and software over the communications network on the human machine interface unit of a server is intended. The human machine interface units are formed as thin-clients where its functional equipment is bounded to the indication and input of data. Means for retrieving and loading process data and/or software over the communications network on the human machine interface unit of a server is intended. The operation of the human machine interface unit is based on a virtual network computing software, in which indicator content runs on a virtual network computing server or a web server and means of virtual network computing viewers or web browsers is representable on the human machine interface units. The software is installed on the human machine interface units for the representation of indicator contents as virtual network computing viewer or web browser. The retrieve computer is a control computer of a textile machine and the virtual network computing viewer or web browser runs on the control computer. The control computer comprises a memory-programmed control. The human machine interface units of the automatic unit are connected and networked by a local area network and an internet with the textile machines. The local area network is equipped with a transmission control protocol/internet protocol communication structure. The network-based control is based on a lean web automation concept with web programmable control. The textile machine contains a process data server for the web-based supply of the process data and process data service-server for the processing of process data in the sense of the processing of control algorithms. The process data service-server is used for the storage of program code for the processing of process data in the sense of visualization and representation in a web client. Though the invention the automatic system for controlling textile machines with an interface device but the communication between the device and machine is through local area network which may not be efficient for data transfer in larger area like textile industry.
[005] A US patent application US2019003089 describes a method and system to detect and remotely manage sensors and devices for feeding metallic yarns on textile machines. Each textile machine includes an electronic control unit electrically connected to the sensors and feeding devices for receiving identifiers associated with a sensor and feeding device. The first communication system is associated with the electronic control unit. Wireless communication between the electronic control unit and a portable electronic device is by a second wireless communication system with a display interface. The electronic control unit transmits the identifiers to the portable electronic device. The portable electronic device processes the identifiers to generate menus with selectable entries associated with the textile machines. Though the invention provides a way to detect and remotely manage sensor and device of metallic yarns but doesn’t provide a way to communicate same data to similar machines.

[006] A US patent application US2002095235 describes a control system for a group of fibre processing machines includes a superordinated control console and separate machine-specific control consoles connected to each respective fibre processing machine. The superordinated control console and the machine-specific control consoles are connected to one another by control and regulating devices via a network. The superordinated control console is utilized for all and only for those inputs and displays which require no personal control. The display acknowledgment at the machines and the machine-specific control consoles are utilized for the operation of the machines requiring a personal control and display acknowledgement. Though the invention provides a superordinate control console to control machine, but doesn’t provide any system for connecting the fibre processing machines

[007] There are no existing inventions in the existing art which provides a network communication between machines in textile industry. Furthermore, no fibre processing machines provided which is capable of interconnectivity. Moreover, the present invention overcomes the shortcomings of the existing arts.
