BACKGROUND
[2] Background description includes information that may be useful in understanding the present invention. It is not an admission that any of the information provided herein is prior art or relevant to the presently claimed invention, or that any publication specifically or implicitly referenced is prior art.
[3] During the online teaching/learning, students feel isolated because there is no face to face interaction with the teacher. The students are not able to witness the instructor and the gestures of the instructor, and they are in passive learning mode. Further, the teacher also feels as if he is taking a non-interactive session. Moreover, the teacher is unable to teach step by step and also cannot take the personal query of the students. Specifically, in mathematics and Physics, stepwise solving makes the class more interactive and effective.
[4] There is, therefore, a requirement in the art for a means to facilitate face-to-face interaction with a teacher during remote teaching.

[39] FIG. 1A illustrates an exemplary representation of an apparatus for aiding remote teaching, in accordance with an embodiment of the present disclosure.
[40] FIG. 1B illustrates an exemplary 3D model representation of an apparatus for aiding remote teaching, in accordance with an embodiment of the present disclosure.
[41] Referring to FIGs. 1A and 1B, the apparatus 100 includes a frame 102 that can be placed on any horizontal surface. The surface may be at any height from the ground. In an exemplary embodiment, the frame 102 may be of any polygonal shape such as any quadrilateral. The frame 102 may be made of any lightweight and durable material such as wood, plastic, metal, alloys etc.
[42] In another embodiment, the apparatus 100 can include a writing surface 104 that is at least partially transparent such that any content written on the writing surface 104 can be visible through thickness of the writing surface 104. The writing surface 104 (herein, also referred to as “board”) can be made of material such as plastic, glass, composites etc.
[43] In another embodiment, the board 104 is adapted to be removably fitted to the frame 102 such that the board 104 is in a vertical direction when the frame 102 is horizontally placed.
[44] In an exemplary embodiment, the board 104 is fitted to the frame 102 along a first edge of the frame 102. The first edge can be configured with a groove or slot, where the board 104 may be fitted onto the frame 102.
[45] In another embodiment, the apparatus 100 can include a reflecting surface 106 that is adapted to at least partially reflect an image incident on the reflecting surface 106. The reflecting surface 106 (herein, also referred to as “mirror”) is adapted to be removably fitted onto the frame 102 such that the mirror 106 is in a vertical direction when the frame 102 is horizontally placed.
[46] In another embodiment, the mirror 106 is fitted on the frame 102 such that the mirror 106 reflects the board 104. The mirror 106 is fitted to the frame 102 at a first corner of the frame 102. The first corner can be configured with a groove or slot, where the mirror 106 may be fitted onto the frame 102.
[47] In an exemplary embodiment, the mirror 106 is placed at an angle to the board 104 such that an image of the reflected board is displaced by the angle. In an exemplary embodiment, the angle is about 45 degrees with respect to the board 104.
[48] In an exemplary embodiment, the mirror 106 may be any reflecting surface made of glass, metal, alloys etc.
[49] In another embodiment, the apparatus 100 may include an image capture device 108 such as a camera, which is adapted to capture a stream of images, or video. The image capture device 108 is placed such that it receives images from the mirror 106. In an exemplary embodiment, the image capture device 108 is placed opposite the face of the mirror 108.
[50] The apparatus 100 is adapted for broadcasting the images constructed on the board 104. The images from the image capture device 108 may be transmitted to any remote location such as a server or a cloud via any wired or wireless transmitting means known in the art.
[51] A user of the apparatus 100 can write, draw, or add any content at a front face of the board 104, which are transmitted through the thickness of the board 104 to be visible at a back surface of the board 104. The image at the back surface is inverted with respect to the image at the front surface. The inverted image is then reflected by the mirror 106, where the inverted image is restored to its original orientation. The image received from the mirror 106 is captured by the image capture device and is broadcast to the remote server. Additionally, an image of the user may also be transmitted through the board 104 and to the mirror 106, from where it is captured by the image capture device 108 and transmitted.
[52] In an exemplary embodiment, the frame 102 is a portable, closable box.
