Abstract: The present invention provides an apparatus for disintegrating liquid into fine droplets, wherein said apparatus comprising of an air cavity 101, a liquid channel 102 and an acoustic source. The liquid channel 102 includes a nozzle at top portion. The liquid channel 102 inserted into the air cavity 101. The acoustic source connected to the air cavity 101 configured for generating acoustic perturbations towards the liquid channel 102 and thereby disintegrating the liquid into fine droplets by resonance condition within the air cavity under the acoustic perturbations. Fig. 1.
1. An apparatus for disintegrating liquid into fine droplets, wherein said apparatus comprising of: an air cavity 101, a liquid channel 102 and an acoustic source; wherein said liquid channel 102 includes a nozzle at top portion; wherein said liquid channel 102 inserted into the air cavity 101; wherein said acoustic source connected to the air cavity 101 configured for generating acoustic perturbations towards the liquid channel 102 and thereby disintegrating the liquid into fine droplets by resonance condition within the air cavity under the acoustic perturbations.
2. The apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein said air cavity 101 is in a form of T-joint.
3. The apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein said T-joint of air cavity 101 directly connected to the acoustic source.
4. The apparatus as claimed in claim 3, wherein said liquid channel 102 is concentric with the air cavity 101.
5. The apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein said resonance condition within the air cavity results in less breakup length.
We claim:
1. An apparatus for disintegrating liquid into fine droplets, wherein
said apparatus comprising of:
an air cavity 101, a liquid channel 102 and an acoustic source; wherein said liquid channel 102 includes a nozzle at top portion; wherein said liquid channel 102 inserted into the air cavity 101; wherein said acoustic source connected to the air cavity 101 configured for generating acoustic perturbations towards the liquid channel 102 and thereby disintegrating the liquid into fine droplets by resonance condition within the air cavity under the acoustic perturbations.
