Abstract: ABSTRACT TITLE: An Apparatus for finding nearby friends through Cellular And Internet Protocol The invention deals with finding the parties, friends, relations, colleagues and others who is near by. The places are like highway, roadside, airport etc. The connection is established through the service providers like cellular Internet and global positioning (GPS) providers. The addresses (mobile number etc.) or address book in the handheld or user equipment is accessed before the finding. This privilege acts a privilege service to customer by service providers. The geographical measurements are obtained by GPS or pre-calculated data available in storage devices of base station.
INTRODUCTION:
We are experiencing an exponential growth rates in mobile and Internet communication. The use of handheld device or user equipment is increasing significantly In the fast growing corporate, semiconductor and various business environments demand the necessity of handheld devices and their services are found to be remarkable. In the busy corporate environment and traveling professionals want to know who is around them.
BACKGROUND OF INVENTION:
Incase of any threat or frequently meeting or any other situation people want to know whether any of their friends whose mobile numbers are stored in the hand held device are near by and whether it is possible reach through the service providers like mobile, cellular, internet and GPs providers. It is also necessary to know the distance or how near by the required persons.
Sometimes people will be very happy to know if the service providers help them the details of friends who are near by.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
Though some technologies like lost child locator etc are in vogue but they differ by the technology adopted. The invention presented here deals with finding the parties, friends, relations, colleagues and others who is near by. The places are like highway, roadside, airport etc. The connection is established through the service providers like cellular, Internet and global positioning systems (GPS) providers. The address book in the handheld or user equipment is accessed before the finding. This privilege acts a privilege service to customer by service providers. The possible distances between the people are measured using the GPS devices and satellite, and other communication technologies. This also helps how to trace out the anti social elements in and around the people.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION WITH REFERENCE TO ACCOMPANYING DRAWINGS
The preferred embodiments are described are as follows.
Fig 1 illustrates the embodiment of geographical locations and angles of the friend or the people around the user.
The distances of the user and friends or people around the user measured using the service provider data. The data is obtained by the technologies like GPS or pre-calculated data stored in the base station. The contact details are stored In the user equipment or handheld device. The geographical information with measurements of the friends {or people) is displayed on the handheld devices.
Fig 2 illustrates the runway or highway and the friend or the people around the user
Fig 3 illustrates the how the service provider and user find the friend or people around the call set up.
Any user, who is having any handheld or user equipment 10, is connected to the base station after the validation details by the base station. The mobile or handheld device's unique Id gets registered in the database. Then the call is set up between the user equipment and handheld device. If the user requests 20, the base station to inform him the friends or people known to him, the mobile numbers or address book which contains the contact numbers in the handheld device is transmitted to the base station depending on the privileges the user purchased from the service provider. After the transmission of the contact numbers or address book to the base station, it will be matched with the registered database 15 of the people or friends who are nearby. If any match found then the friend or people is informed to the person who as requested and if wants he can make call to his friend 25 or people.
Fig 4 illustrates how the user establishes the contact with parties through service provider
The user register request with service provider 41 for the privilege operation and also the user provides the details about the parties 42. The sen/ice provider 43 checks with the parties for approval for providing the details to the user. If parties
agree 44 the service provider carries the tracking the user and further service in 45. Incase parties do not agree for the request then failure notices is sent to the user.
