DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION WITH REFERENCE TO THE ACCOMPANYING DRAWINGS OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT(S)
[0039] While the embodiments of the disclosure are subject to various modifications and alternative forms, a specific embodiment thereof has been shown by way of example in the figures and will be described below. It should be understood, however, that it is not intended to limit the disclosure to the particular forms disclosed, but on the contrary, the disclosure is to cover all modifications, equivalents, and alternatives falling within the scope of the disclosure.
[0040] The terms “comprises”, “comprising”, or any other variations thereof used in the disclosure, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a device, system, assembly that comprises a list of components does not include only those components but may include other components not expressly listed or inherent to such system, or assembly, or device. In other words, one or more elements in a system or device proceeded by “comprises… a” does not, without more constraints, preclude the existence of other elements or additional elements in the system or device.
[0041] Referring to Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. 4, an apparatus (100) to mount and adjust the display board is illustrated. The apparatus (100) comprises of a plurality of first frames (101). There are atleast two numbers of first frames (101) that are fixed apart at a distance of, for example 1.36 meters. The plurality of first frames (101) are vertical. A second frame (102) is placed over the first frame (101) in the middle. This first frame (101) and second frame (102) are inter connected by a plurality of fasteners (106) on either side at the centre of the second frame (102).
[0042] A plurality of mounting plates (107) are attached on the second frame (102). The mounting plates (107) are fixed to each other by a plurality of fasteners (113). At the centre mounting plates (107), a third frame (103) is fixed and interconnected using fasteners (113). A plurality of first stiffeners (114), four in number are welded to the third frame (103) on one end and the other end is welded to the plurality of mounting plates (107).
[0043] The plurality of first frames (101), the second frame (102) and the third frame (103) are all made up of equal ‘L’ angles to form a hollow square section. ‘L’ angle means it is standard rolled product with equal distance with L shape and two such members are welded in such way to form a square section. A fourth frame (104) is supported at the bottom of the third frame (103) and a fifth frame (105) is supported at the top of the third frame (103). The plurality of first frames (101), the second frame (102) and the third frame (103) are vertical and the second frame (102), the third frame (103), the fourth frame (104) and the fifth frame (105) are horizontal. A plurality of brackets (108) are attached on either side of the fourth frame (104) for slidably mounting the fourth frame (104) in an upward and a downward direction.
[0044] The fourth frame (104) is welded with two numbers of the plurality of brackets (108). The plurality of brackets (108) are for example at a 85 mm distance apart so that the fourth frame (104) slides in upward and downward direction vertically. A plurality of holes (118) are provided on the third frame (103) to mount the plurality of brackets (108) using a fastener (109). By inserting the fastener (109) through the plurality of holes (118), at any place the fourth frame (104) is stopped.
[0045] A fifth frame (105) is welded with a plurality of channels (110) located for example at a 85 mm distance apart to freely slide on the third frame (103) in an upward and downward direction. The one end of the plurality of channels (110) is attached to the fifth frame (105) and the other end is attached to a sixth frame (111) using a plurality of fasteners (112). The sixth frame (111) is fixed to the fifth frame (105).The fasteners (112) are used to tighten the plurality of channels (110) with the sixth frame (111) so that at any place the vertical movement of the top support frame can be arrested depending upon the height of the board.
[0046] The fourth frame (104) and the fifth frame (105) are provided with a plurality of holders (116) with a sliding arrangement to hold any length of display board. The holders (116) for positioning the display board are placed at the desired location using a plurality of fasteners (117). A plurality of second stiffeners (115) are provided on either side of the plurality of brackets (108). The plurality of fasteners (106), (109), (112), (113) are nuts and bolts.
[0047] Referring to Fig. 3, side view of the apparatus (100) focusing on the fourth frame (104) is illustrated. The fourth frame (104) is positioned and engaged on the third frame (103) to hold the display board. A plurality of brackets (108) are attached on either side of the fourth frame (104) for slidably mounting the fourth frame (104) in an upward and a downward direction on the third frame (103). The mounting on the desirable spot on the plurality of holes (118) is done using the plurality of brackets (108).
[0048] The plurality of brackets (108) are for example at a 85 mm distance apart so that the fourth frame (104) slides in upward and downward direction vertically on the third frame (103) and the fourth frame (104) engages in one of the plurality of holes (118) that are provided to mount the plurality of brackets (108) by using a plurality of fasteners (109).
[0049] It will be understood by those within the art that, in general, terms used herein, and especially in the appended claims (e.g., bodies of the appended claims) are generally intended as “open” terms (e.g., the term “including” should be interpreted as “including but not limited to,” the term “having” should be interpreted as “having at least,” the term “includes” should be interpreted as “includes but is not limited to,” etc.). It will be further understood by those within the art that if a specific number of an introduced claim recitation is intended, such an intent will be explicitly recited in the claim, and in the absence of such recitation, no such intent is present. For example, as an aid to understanding, the following appended claims may contain usage of the introductory phrases “at least one” and “one or more” to introduce claim recitations. However, the use of such phrases should not be construed to imply that the introduction of a claim recitation by the indefinite articles “a” or “an” limits any particular claim containing such introduced claim recitation to disclosures containing only one such recitation, even when the same claim includes the introductory phrases “one or more” or “at least one” and indefinite articles such as “a” or “an” (e.g., “a” and/or “an” should typically be interpreted to mean “at least one” or “one or more”); the same holds true for the use of definite articles used to introduce claim recitations. Also, even if a specific number of an introduced claim recitation is explicitly recited, those skilled in the art will recognize that such recitation should typically be interpreted to mean at least the recited number (e.g., the bare recitation of “two recitations,” without other modifiers, typically means at least two recitations or two or more recitations). Furthermore, in those instances where a convention analogous to “at least one of A, B, and C, etc.” is used, in general, such construction is intended in the sense one having skill in the art would understand the convention (e.g., “a system having at least one of A, B, and C” would include but not be limited to systems that have A alone, B alone, C alone, A and B together, A and C together, B and C together, and/or A, B, and C together, etc.). In those instances, where a convention analogous to “at least one of A, B, or C, etc.” is used, in general, such construction is intended in the sense one having skill in the art would understand the convention (e.g., “a system having at least one of A, B, or C” would include but not be limited to systems that have A alone, B alone, C alone, A and B together, A and C together, B and C together, and/or A, B, and C together, etc.). It will be further understood by those within the art that virtually any disjunctive word and/or phrase presenting two or more alternative terms, whether in the description, claims, or drawings, should be understood to contemplate the possibilities of including one of the terms, either of the terms or both terms. For example, the phrase “A or B” will be understood to include the possibilities of “A” or “B” or “A and B.”
[0050] It will be further appreciated that functions or structures of a plurality of components or steps may be combined into a single component or step, or the functions or structures of one-step or component may be split among plural steps or components. The present disclosure contemplates all of these combinations. Unless stated otherwise, dimensions and geometries of the various structures depicted herein are not intended to be restrictive of the disclosure, and other dimensions or geometries are possible. Also, while a feature of the present disclosure may have been described in the context of only one of the illustrated embodiments, such feature may be combined with one or more other features of other embodiments, for any given application. It will also be appreciated from the above that the fabrication of the unique structures herein and the operation thereof also constitute methods in accordance with the present disclosure. The present disclosure also encompasses intermediate and end products resulting from the practice of the methods herein. The use of “comprising” or “including” also contemplates embodiments that “consist essentially of” or “consist of” the recited feature.
[0051] Each of the appended claims defines a separate invention, which for infringement purposes is recognized as including equivalents to the various elements or limitations specified in the claims. Depending on the context, all references below to the "invention" may in some cases refer to certain specific embodiments only. In other cases, it will be recognized that references to the "invention" will refer to subject matter recited in one or more, but not necessarily all, of the claims.
[0052] Groupings of alternative elements or embodiments of the invention disclosed herein are not to be construed as limitations. Each group member can be referred to and claimed individually or in any combination with other members of the group or other elements found herein. One or more members of a group can be included in, or deleted from, a group for reasons of convenience and/or patentability. When any such inclusion or deletion occurs, the specification is herein deemed to contain the group as modified thus fulfilling the written description of all groups used in the appended claims.
[0053] It will be understood by those within the art that, in general, terms used herein, and especially in the appended claims (e.g., bodies of the appended claims) are generally intended as “open” terms (e.g., the term “including” should be interpreted as “including but not limited to,” the term “having” should be interpreted as “having at least,” the term “includes” should be interpreted as “includes but is not limited to,” etc.). It will be further understood by those within the art that if a specific number of an introduced claim recitation is intended, such an intent will be explicitly recited in the claim, and in the absence of such recitation no such intent is present. For example, as an aid to understanding, the following appended claims may contain usage of the introductory phrases “at least one” and “one or more” to introduce claim recitations. However, the use of such phrases should not be construed to imply that the introduction of a claim recitation by the indefinite articles “a” or “an” limits any particulars claim containing such introduced claim recitation to inventions containing only one such recitation, even when the same claim includes the introductory phrases “one or more” or “at least one” and indefinite articles such as “a” or “an” (e.g., “a” and/or “an” should typically be interpreted to mean “at least one” or “one or more”); the same holds true for the use of definite articles used to introduce claim recitations. Furthermore, in those instances where a convention analogues to “at least one of A, B and C, etc.” is used, in general such a construction is intended in the sense one having skill in the art would understand the convention (e.g., “a system having at least one of A, B and C” would include but not be limited to systems that have A alone, B alone, C alone, A and B together, A and C together, B and C together, and/or A, B, and C together, etc.). In those instances where a convention analogous to “at least one of A, B, or C, etc.” is used, in general such a construction is intended in the sense one having skill in the art would understand the convention (e.g., “a system having at least one of A, B, or C” would include but not be limited to systems that have A alone, B alone, C alone, A and B together, A and C together, B and C together, and/or A, B, and C together, etc.). It will be further understood by those within the art that virtually any disjunctive word and/or phrase presenting two or more alternative terms, whether in the description, claims, or drawings, should be understood to contemplate the possibilities of including one of the terms, either of the terms, or both terms.
