The present invention relates to an apparatus for preparing a beverage
and, more particularly, for preparing a hot beverage.
BACKGROUND OF INVENTION
[0002] Currently, in a market place there are number of beverage apparatuses
for preparing a cup of coffee or tea. These apparatuses automate the process of making the beverage by taking an input for preparation. These apparatuses contain at least one milk container and at least one water container. According to the preparation parameters,.the beverage is prepared and served to a user.
[0003] -' The conventionally available beverage apparatus does not provides experience similar to traditionally prepared beverages. For example, tea as a beverage, from the automated machine does not have a similar taste, as prepared from the traditional ways of cooking/heating from the spices.
[0004] Another short coming of the currently available beverage apparatus is
that it does not has any mechanism to.protect its ingredients from fouling, especially in case where one of an ingredient is a milk. Traditionally, the milk is protected from fouling via heating it at regularly intervals. This also preserves it longer period of time and taste of the beverage.is much better from this type of the'milk.
[0005] In traditional hot beverage dispensers, milk is usually used in the
powdered format, whereas the new design will use only liquid milk so as to give real taste to the consumer. ,
[0006] . The device is designed to further evolve with the addition of such
technologies as Bluetooth, loT, Artificial Intelligence, data analytics, robotics, etc.
[0007] The current invention address the need of preserving the milk for a long
