Abstract: The present invention relates to an arrangement for incorporation of true position indication in ELMCB (RCBO) device. The arrangement comprising ELCB ON/OFF operating knob(3) ; a housing (1) comprises a slot means; a window (1) means placed on said housing (1) adapted to indicate true position indication showing ON and OFF condition; a connecting link (7); a U-pin (6); a cylindrical pin(6); and an indication flag means (4,5). The indication flag means comprises a moving means (4) having indication flag of green color and a fixed means (5) having indication flag of red color, such that said fixed means(5) is inserted permanently in said slot provided to housing .

FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an arrangement for incorporation of true position indication in ELMCB (RCBO). More particularly, the present invention relates to true indication of On/Off position that helps the unknown, non technical and unskilled user for handling the device thoroughly and electrical safety point of view.
Correct and true position status of device (ON or OFF) indicating electrically live or safe to touch.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION AND PRIOR ART
ELMCB+MCB (RCBO) Product/device:
ELCB - Earth Leakage Circuit Breaker. ELMCB-Earth Leakage Miniature Circuit Breaker.
ELCB+MCB are commonly called as RCBO. RCBO means residual current circuit breaker with over load protection. The RCBO products/device are being used in residential complex, houses, control panels, industry and all other electricity application, and. It gives us the human safety as well as property protection. RCBO operates and gives us the following protection against electric fault.
1) Earth leakage fault.
2) Earth fault.
3) Over load protection.
4) Short circuit protection.
The present invention provides RCBO with true indication feature to show On/Off indication by visual.
And the prior art fails to provide with feature of true indication feature to show On/Off indication by visual.
The present invention has ELMCB, which is the integral combination of ELCB+MCB , but in case of other contemporary or prior art devices, it is found that the adjoining of separate unit of ELCB and MCB which become 8 module device. Where in case of the present invention its of 6 modules.
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION
One object of the present invention is to overcome the disadvantages / drawbacks of the prior art.
A basic object of the present invention is to provide an arrangement for incorporation of true position indication in ELMCB (RCBO) device
Another object of the present invention is to provide an arrangement for incorporation of true position indication in ELMCB (RCBO) device with true indication of On/Off position that helps the unknown, non technical and unskilled user for handling the device thoroughly and electrical safety point of view.
These and other advantages of the present invention will become readily apparent from the following detailed description taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The following presents a simplified summary of the invention in order to provide a basic understanding of some aspects of the invention. According to one of the aspect of the present invention the system is provided an arrangement for incorporation of true position indication in ELMCB (RCBO) device, said arrangement comprising:
ELCB ON/OFF operating knob;
a housing comprises a slot means;
a window means placed on said housing adapted to indicate true position
indication showing ON and OFF condition ;
a connecting link;
a U-pin;
a cylindrical pin; and
an indication flag means;
wherein said indication flag means comprises a moving means having indication flag of green color and a fixed means having indication flag of red color , such that said fixed means is inserted permanently in said slot provided to housing ; and
wherein said moving means will be displayed in said window means and said fixed means is covered during OFF condition .

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to in introducing and linking with ELMCB mechanism, and during ON / OFF operation through operating knob it will be operated, hence it is stated as true indication means linked with opening and closing with live contacts of current carrying paths of the mechanism, especially ELCB part for earth leakage fault and for MCB short circuit protection during abnormal operating.
This feature gives the On / Off indication to uneducated / unskilled person and give the visual indication with red and green color, so that no one can try to operate the unit once it gives red indication and accident possibility can be avoided as a human safety point of view. Without usage of special devices to check the ON/OFF status of the equipment.
It is an improvement to an existing product, means process and composition of matter. This feature involved: ELCB housing, ELCB cover, Indication flag Green and Indication flag Red.
It is just insertion of new flag components before closing the FI i.e. ELCB assembly with cover. Modified SOP will be circulated if in required.
Advantages and disadvantage of the Invention:
• Make - ELMCB ( RCBO)-with Green and Red
indication to Earth Leakage mechanism, where in it
is our integral combincation of ELCB+MCB, hence
MCB mechanism automatically (by default) get off.
• Red - indicates - ON and Green indicates - OFF.
• Introduction of this feature will give the On / Off
indication to uneducated person and give the visual
indication with red and green color.
- In case of prior art RCBO product there is no such feature of true (fault) indication.
Details of feature added:
1) Make -- ELMCB ( RCBO)-with Green and Red
indication to Earth Leakage mechanism, where in it
is our integral combincation, hence MCB
mechanism automatically get off.
2) Red- indicates - ON and Green indicates - OFF.
3) In case of competitor's RCBO product there is no such feature of true (fault) indication.
4) Advantages and comparison, we can say this type of features are available with our Tripper family viz MCB, ISOLATOR etc
The advantage is Safety as well as visual indication.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE ACCOMPANYING DRAWINGS
Fig 1 discloses True position indication feature provided with OFF condition showing green indication.

Figure 5 shows ELCB ON/OFF operating knob showing "OFF" position by it's down word direction i.e. rest position, (during this condition entire mechanism of MCB part also at OFF position.

U-PIN = connected between On/off knob to connecting link
Connecting LINK = linked between U pin to cylindrical pin.
Showing green flag (engaged on cylindrical PIN) to it's right side where in Green indication will visualized. This green flag had overlapped the Red flag portion hence green.
Figure 6 discloses ELCB ON/OFF operating knob showing "ON" position by it's up word direction i.e. operating position (during this condition entire mechanism of MCB part also at ON position .

Green flag displacement take place and not covering the red flag portion where in visualized the RED - ON indication thru window.
Showing green flag (engaged on cylindrical PIN) to its left side where in RED indication will visualized. This green flag had not overlapped the Red flag portion hence red.
In figures 5 and 6 the Indication flag green (4) is the movementory part in the mechanism and red indication flag (5) will be a stationery part inserted permanently in slot provided to housing, means in OFF knob (3) position green flag (4) flat surface area will be displayed and cover the red flag portion (5) (of fig 6) in which will get green visual indication thru window (1) provided to ELCB housing(l) (fig 6).Further Linkages of part for mechanism are linked through various components viz, ON/OFF knob (3) connected to U pin(6) to connecting link (7) to cylindrical pin(8). On this cylindrical pin(8) green flag (4) is engaged for its reciprocating motion.
Also this cylindrical pin (8) had given certain travel left to right and vice versa (space of 4.0mm-figure 5).
When we try to operate the ON/OFF operating knob (3) manually or by any means from OFF (standstill) position to its ON position where in this the entire chain of linkages (mechanism) will get operated and also along with this green flag (4) will also operate simultaneously and rest to its ON position. In this case this green flag will get displacement and get underneath red flag. Covered portion will reflect as red (ON) indication though window provided for housing (1). Again if we operate operating ON/OFF knob, displacement of green flag (4) will take place and through window (1) will get green indication (OFF position)
visualization and vice versa. So in this way this entire indication flag and mechanism works.
In this case again green indication flag (4) will be a travelling agent. When indication flag green to it's OFF position (standstill) the underneath provided red flag (stationary) will be covered by this green flag then green indication i.e. OFF position will be treated and during operating of ON/OFF knob simultaneously the travelling of green flag by either side then this RED flag portion will visualized i.e. RED INDICATION - ON position of Knob. In this fashion only green flag will be giving us the both color indication with the help of it's' displacement along with ELCB part operating mechanism.
As explained in above both paragraphs the detailed operating mechanism and how it relates to ON/OFF knob and green as well red flag provided for feature true fault indication. Entire mechanism and its operation and also the required nomenclature of the parts are already showed in the above images.
WE CLAIM:
1. An arrangement for incorporation of true position indication in ELMCB
(RCBO) device, said arrangement comprising :
ELCB ON/OFF operating knob;
a housing comprises a slot means;
a window means placed on said housing adapted to indicate true position
indication showing ON and OFF condition ;
a connecting link;
a substantially U shaped pin;
a cylindrical pin; and
an indication flag means;
wherein said indication flag means comprises a moving means having indication flag of green color and a fixed means having indication flag of red color , such that said fixed means is inserted permanently in said slot provided to housing ; and
wherein said moving means will be displayed in said window means and said fixed means is covered during OFF condition.
2. Arrangement as claimed in claim 1 wherein said ON/OFF knob connected to substantially U shaped pin.
3. Arrangement as claimed in claim 1 wherein said substantially U shaped pin connected to connecting link and said connecting link connected to said cylindrical pin.
4. Arrangement as claimed in claim 1 wherein said cylindrical pin is given certain travel left to right and vice versa having space of 4.0mm.
5. Arrangement as claimed in claim 1 wherein said green flag gets displaced and red flag will reflect as red (ON) indication through window provided for housing.
6. Arrangement as claimed in claim 1 wherein said green flag gets displaced and through window it gets green indication (OFF position) .
