Specification

Description:TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present disclosure relates generally to the field of interior designs. More particularly, the proposed disclosure relates to one or more partition elements dividing a closed space into varying floor areas either sides based on the requirements without affecting the security aspects.

BACKGROUND
[0002] Sliding French windows/doors and partition walls are regularly used to divide spaces such as balconies and living spaces or within living spaces. In general, the frames in which the doors and windows slides are fixed to the walls and ceiling and sliding of window/doors divide on either side of the sliding French windows/doors and partitions remain fixed. Nonetheless, as users seek more flexibility and re-configurability of space, it is desirable that the entire sliding French window/door frame of the partition wall should move in the transverse direction allowing variable division of the space as required.
[0003] Further, offices often use collapsible partition walls to configure individual work stations to maximise space. Sliding doors/window is a popular method to utilise full space of a room. But, still user wish to have more and more space vis-à-vis keeping other structures like balconies attached to the rooms. This crated a necessity to think beyond to device ways for utilising every inch of space.
[0004] There are many prior arts disclosing sliding window/doors on a fixed frame saving their opening/closing space. Patent document US7610718B2 discloses a sliding door with lateral sealing movement is secured to one side of a wall of partition panel having door opening, and includes a trolley that is held in a track located above the door opening. The wheels or rollers of the trolley move along the track when the door is moved to a closed position until the roller contacts a wedge or ramp associated with the track. The wedge urges the roller inwardly towards the wall or partition panel, such that when the door is in the fully closed position, the trolley is positioned inwardly on the track to move the upper area of the door into engagement with the wall or portion panel. The lower end of the door includes a channel within which is positioned a follower attached to a swing arm, which simultaneously draws the lower end of the door into engagement with the wall or panel.
[0005] Another Patent document EP4092364A1 discloses a partition wall of a storage comprises a wall element with a framework and a liftable wall element and side elements. The liftable wall element is arranged between the side elements and fastened to the upper element. The partition wall arrangement further comprises a horizontal beam in connection with both side elements. The beams are parallel to each other and transverse to the wall element.
[0006] While the cited references discloses a sliding door with lateral sealing movement over a track, and a partition wall with a framework and a liftable wall element, none of the prior art discloses a partition wall moving transverse to the wall element to have variable space on two side, which can be altered as per user’s requirements. Therefore, to address the drawbacks and limitation, it would be better to provide a solution to the problem by configuring a frame facilitating partition of the room space as per the requirements without affecting the security aspects.
[0007] There is, therefore, a need in the art to provide a simple, cost-efficient, and practical solution where the one or more partition elements can divide an internal space of a room on either side of the partition element as per requirement, without compromising the security aspect.

OBJECTS OF THE DISCLOSURE
[0008] A general object of the present disclosure is to provide partition element to divide a closed space on either side of the partition element into varying areas.
[0009] An object of the present disclosure is to provide a simple, practicable, and cost-efficient solution to divide an internal space by sliding the partition elements using manual or motorised mechanisms.
[0010] Another object of the present disclosure is to provide scope for using the embodiment in different places including office, store area, garage, hall, and a room.
[0011] Another object of the present disclosure is to provide the partition elements in one or more parts.
[0012] Another object of the present disclosure is to provide sliding of the two partition elements singly or jointly in transverse direction to the wall of the closed space.
