"An Auto Disinfectant Device For Pollution Control"

Abstract: It is observed that the Pollution and Population are both proportionately increasing. As a result we are infected with different diseases and we think, we are the only responsible for that. But we have to rectify our selves and also overcome the such destruction. After a long observation and research we have been able to solve the problem. We have invented "An Auto-Disinfectant Device For Pollution Control." It is a device consists a container, a motor, a compressor, a timer circuit, a power supply circuit etc and these are integrated in a frame and fitted in a box, a leaf-switch is hidden in a frame cover of vat and it is a self-operated by A.C. supply. When leaf-switch is contacted by opening the cover"s frame door, the current will flow in the timer IC circuit via main circuit board and at once motor and compressor will start functioning, an disinfectant liquid automatically spray over the vat area and germs will be destroyed and thus pollution cannot spread in the locality by air or any medium. Thus pollution can be averted and we will be saved and we will also get a hygienic social life and atmosphere. The accompanying drawing attached with this complete specifications in Sheet No.l &2.

Title : An Auto Disinfectant Device for Pollution Control Back Ground :
All the conventional Preventive methods regarding pollution control could not fit to restrain pollution completely. It is observed at present that air pollution is alarmingly increasing in our society and as such we are attacked with different virulent diseases by such pollution. But our newly invented device can protect it completely and save our lives from this catastrophe.
Our Objection :
It is a matter of great anxiety for human beings that the environmental pollution is going to such a proportion that it is becoming very difficult to immune ourselves. However vigorous efforts are being made to control sight pollution and sound pollution which is proceeding in right earnest. But no such efforts have been directed towards environmental pollution. So that the ozone spheres is being effected due to this air pollution. As a result it will take no more time to arrest the dangerous disease like cancer in our every day life if serious steps are not taken in this sphere. So immediate action should be taken from different aspects.
Our object:
Though the consciousness over this environmental pollution in our society is steadily raising but more should be immediately worked out at any cost. As we are very anxious regarding this matter, we have achieved to a definite solution over this menace. We have started from the root of this problem. We have observed that waste materials viz, garbage, infected items, dead animals etc. are collected from the corner of the houses, hotels, restaurants, eating places, markets, hospitals, nursing homes, health centers, surgical doctor's chambers and even from the canteens of schools, colleges, clubs, offices, factories etc. All these refuses and septic foods and materials like blood soaked cotton, clothes and infected goods etc. are accumulated in the vats of the corporation or municipality by the sweeper. So we thought that if an automatic, special device is installed near to those points or places or dustbins or vats wherein all types of waste or septic or infected refuses are thrown and the device can well be operated automatically within no time and begin to spray an aromatic disinfectant liquid over the vat area then pollution can not spread and does not effect the locality by air or any other medium all within a couple of seconds.
After so many experiments and inferences we have invented "An Auto Disinfectant Device for Pollution Control" by which we can overcome this predicament resulting to social and environmental problem.

2
Description of the device :
The new device consists in two parts, one part is a leaf switch (Ls) which is attached with a specially designed frame (F ), where two doors (D1, D2) are fitted and which acts as a vat cover. Other part is the main device which is enclosed within a frame structure (FS). The whole arrangement is accommodated within a hard metal box (B) with a rigid hanging system that can be fixed on any wall or post or pillar near to any vat.
The device is self operated and works in AC power supply directly. A container (C ) is taken with two inlets (IP| and IP2) and one outlet (OP1) arrangement, a mini compressor is taken (CO) by which air is injected in the container (C ) through a flexible synthetic or rubber hose pipe (P1) which connects the compressor and inlet pipe (IP1). The other inlet (IP2) of the container is to pour an aromatic disinfectant liquid (ADL) into the container. The liquid ventilates through the outlet pipe (OP1), one end of which almost touches the bottom of the container. A valve (V)) is attached at the end. The other end of the pipe (OP1) terminates in U-type bend outside the container. A small flexible synthetic or rubber hose pipe (P2) is connects the U-end of the outlet pipe (Op1) and one end of final outlet pipe (OP2). A lattice/ Nozzle (N) is attached at the other end of (OP2). The nozzle end is extended a little to spray over the vat area. The flexible pipe (P2) is connected to serve easy and free movement of (OP2) at any direction. In spite of that a hinge arrangement (H) on outlet pipe (OP2) is also made near to the joint (J) of the pipe (OP2) for oscillating purpose, a motor (M) with an arrangement of two step down gear wheels (G1 G2) and two belts (B], B2)attached with a lever (L1) which are used for slow oscillating of the outlet pipe (OP2), a timer circuit board (TB) with two relay (R1,& R2. ) of which one for to operate the motor (M) and other for compressor (CO), a power supply board (PB) with one step down transformer (ST) and associate components for low voltage due to operation of the timer circuit Board (TB), a main Power Cord (PC), an indicator (I), a power switch (SW), a fuse kit cut (FU) etc for safety reason.
The leaf-Switch (LS) is installed behind the door (D1 or D2) which is fixed in the frame (F) and the frame is placed over any vat as a cover of the vat. If a little quantity of refuses are thrown on the door at once, the door will open and the refuses material will Pass into the vat and then the door will take its previous Position due to spring arrangement between door and frame. When the door will open, the leaf-switch (LS) will make a contact and current begins to flow to the circuit because two insulated Copper wires are connected between the device and the leaf-switch. There are two manual rotary controls (VR1, VR2) connected with the timer IC circuit to control the off time of the compressor and motor respectively.
The timer circuit board (TB) and the power supply board (PB) including all their associated components and articles which have been discussed previously are connected in a complete form.

3
Working Procedure :
When leaf-Switch (LS) will make a contact by door opening, the current will reach the timer IC circuit board (TB) and the IC circuit will start working at the same time output voltage of the ICs will reach to the relay coils, then relays will be energized and switches of the relay will change its contact position and at once the motor and Compressor will start functioning and the air pressure will increase on the top surface of the liquid (ADL) due to compressor (CO ), which will flow out and begin to spray along the vat area at the same time the nozzle (N) will start oscillating due to motor (M) arrangement. Timer setting will be done by (VR1 & VR2), as a manner that the compressor will stop functioning first and the motor will also stop functioning after a few seconds more than the off time of the compressor. To get full and proper advantage, the stop time will be adjusted on demand or need. The number of starting and stopping time of the device will depend upon the number of on and off switching by the leaf-switch.
The drawing description of the device are described in the figures on sheet No.. 1 and 2 attached with this complete specification.
