Abstract: This invention relates to the machine for manufacturing of the flower pot type of firecrackers. A firecracker automatic production machine for preparing a flower pot type of firecrackers comprises base frame; rotating turret with pockets to hold the cones on a cone holder; bearing housing; pneumatic cylinder; a rotating shaft; automatic filling machine cone filling; washer placing on cone; ramming force on washer; sealing the cone; discharges in the cone.
CLIAMS:We Claim,
1. A machine for preparing a flower pot type of firecrackers comprising filling of suitable charge of explosive powder in a paper cone, and then closing the lower ends with washers and finally sealed with mud and suitable chemical.

A machine for preparing a flower pot type of firecrackers according to claim 1 comprises base frame; rotating turret with pockets to hold the cones on a cone holder; bearing housing; pneumatic cylinder; a rotating shaft; automatic filling machine cone filling; washer placing on cone; ramming force on washer; sealing the cone; discharges in the cone.
3. A machine for preparing a flower pot type of firecrackers according to claim 1 wherein, suitable chemicals are gunpowder, explosives.
4. A machine for preparing a flower pot type of firecrackers according to claim 1 wherein, washers are made of Paper, Carboard.
5. A machine for preparing a flower pot type of firecrackers closing cone (4) lower ends with washers comprising:
a. washer placing station consists of rotating pin sprocket (14) washer picking plate (15) fitted on rotating shaft (16) which rotates and pick the washer; a vacuum unit (17) which picks the washer and places it on cone (4); the pins (18) of sprocket are mounted on pneumatic cylinder;
b. ramming station consists of a ramming bar (19) designed and dimensioned to meet the washer diameter and cone overall dimension is fitted on pneumatic cylinder (20) and pushed forward to exert ramming force on washer
6. A machine for preparing a flower pot type of firecrackers comprising multi-position rotating turret (2) with pockets (3) to hold the cones (4) on a cone holder (5) automatic filling machine, which has a bearing housing (8), pneumatic cylinder (10), a rotating shaft (6) fitted on the plate (7) of base frame; the lower end of the shaft is fitted on bearing which are fixed in bearing housing (8) and upper end of the shaft is fitted with covers on top, which are fastened with the turret (2); at bottom of shaft, uni direction unit (9) is fitted which is fixed with a pneumatic cylinder (10); every forward stroke of cylinder makes the shaft to rotate according the stroke length and rotates the turret; the top and sides of the disc has a solid chassis with the vertical axis, connected with a feed hopper, the bottom side of the hopper has a filling valve with pneumatic actuation; there is an empty cardboard cone on rotating turret (2) within pockets (3); turret rotates brings the cone from one station to another individual working stations for filling, washer placing, ramming.
7. A machine for preparing a flower pot type of firecrackers comprises assembly for cone filling wherein hopper is attached with filling valve and pneumatic actuation; hopper is filled with the powder on receiving signal, pneumatic actuation opens valve and the powder discharges in the cone.
8. A machine for preparing a flower pot type of firecrackers comprising automated assembly for seal the cone by closing the lower ends by washers and with mud and suitable chemical.
9. A machine for preparing a flower pot type of firecrackers according to claim 6 wherein, pneumatic cylinders are controller by pneumatic control panel (24).
10. A machine for preparing a flower pot type of firecrackers according to claim 9 wherein, pneumatic cylinders are controller automated panel PLC (25) programmed to have interlocks, time and feedback system.

This invention relates to the machine for manufacturing of the flower pot type of firecrackers. The flower pot firecracker with automated assembly production line by inserting a suitable charge of explosive of powder within a paper cone, and then covered by washers and seal the cone with mud with suitable chemical and other liquid is applied on cone.
This invention also relates firecracker automatic production machine for preparing a flower pot type of firecrackers according comprises base frame; rotating turret with pockets to hold the cones on a cone holder; bearing housing; pneumatic cylinder; a rotating shaft; automatic filling machine cone filling; washer placing on cone; ramming force on washer; sealing the cone; discharges in the cone.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Firecrackers are ancient in origin and have long been used in a variety of celebrations. As is well known, firecrackers include a small amount of gunpowder constituting a charge centrally contained within a paper wrapping and having a fuse which leads to the charge.
In the manufacture of the flower pot type of firecrackers, it has been the practice to insert a suitable charge of explosive of powder within a paper cone manually, and then to manually sealed by washers. This method utilise lot of material movement and labour in making the flower pot type of firecrackers and still do not get consistency in quality has been slow and unsatisfactory. Also, a lot amount of safety is at stack due to hazardous nature.
The fireworks industry has been the charge mechanism and equipment, such as China Patent No. 200820117063.5, 200820159182.7, 201020146912.7, 201020543141.5, 201020543155.7, 200720129222.9, 200820112197.8, 200720129223.3 patents relates to firecrackers or nitrate loading fireworks, no self-loading patents with bright beads and information devices. Bright beads of the fireworks industry are currently installed manually, not only inefficient, difficult to ensure quality, and dangerous, often explosion.
It is therefore among the objects of this invention to provide a machine for preparing a flower pot type of firecrackers. A particular object is to provide such a machine for suitable charge of explosive of powder within a paper cone, and then closing the lower ends by washers and seal the cone with mud with suitable chemical and other liquid is applied on cone.
There has thus developed a need for an improved firecracker packaging which is economical, as firecrackers are intended as inexpensive amusement items, but also solves these problems.
In order to overcome the deficiencies of the prior art, the present utility model provides a simple, high production efficiency, safety and reliability of the multi-position rotary bright beads automatic filling machine.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
In one aspect of the present invention is to provide a machine for preparing a flower pot type of firecrackers with automated assembly production.
In yet another aspect present invention is to provide a machine for preparing a flower pot type of firecrackers without use of electric motor / engine.
In yet another aspect of present invention wherein machine for preparing a flower pot type of firecrackers is operated by power sources from pneumatic cylinder.
In yet another aspect of the present invention is to provide such a machine for preparing a flower pot type of firecrackers comprising filling of suitable charge of explosive powder in a paper cone, and then closing the lower ends with washers and seal the cone with mud and suitable chemical.
In yet another aspect of the present invention is to provide such a machine for preparing a flower pot type of firecrackers comprising automated assembly for cone filling wherein filling valve with pneumatic actuation below hopper, in which the powder is filled on receiving signal, the valve opens and the powder discharges in the cone.
In yet another aspect of the present invention is to provide such a machine for preparing a flower pot type of firecrackers comprising automated assembly for seal the cone by closing the lower ends by washers and with mud and suitable chemical.
In yet another aspect of the present invention is to provide such a machine for preparing a flower pot type of firecrackers multi-position rotating turret (2) with pockets (3) to hold the filling cones (4) on a cone holder (5) automatic filling machine, which has a bearing housing (8), pneumatic cylinder (10), a rotating shaft (6) fitted on the plate (7) of base frame; the lower end of the shaft is fitted on bearing which are fixed in bearing housing (8) and upper end of the shaft is fitted with covers on top, which are fastened with the turret (2); at bottom of shaft, uni direction unit (9) is fitted which is fixed with a pneumatic cylinder (10); every forward stroke of cylinder makes the shaft to rotate according the stroke length and rotates the turret; the top and sides of the disc has a solid chassis with the vertical axis, connected with a feed hopper, the bottom side of the hopper has a filling valve with pneumatic actuation; there is an empty cardboard cone on rotating turret (2) within pockets (3); turret rotates brings the cone from one station to another individual working stations for filling, washer placing, ramming.
In yet another aspect of the present invention is to provide such a machine for preparing a flower pot type of firecrackers with safe and reliable, small size, easy to install, simple structure, easy operation, low labor intensity, high efficiency, high production quality, working conditions greatly improved, people not directly involved on the scene, the operator safety operates form distances and monitoring operation. The machine operation and all the kinetic energy components made especially for pneumatic components assembled under harsh conditions such as dusty explosive used, the use of compressed air-driven operation.
Compared with the prior art, the utility model has the advantage of greatly improving the safety of filling operation, to avoid the explosion occurred, greatly improving the quality and quantity of products, reduce the labor intensity of the operator, improve the working environment.

Referring to Figure 1 & 2, an embodiment of the present invention a machine for preparing a flower pot type of firecrackers multi-position rotating turret (2) with pockets (3) to hold the filling cones (4) on a cone holder (5) automatic filling machine, which has a bearing housing (8), pneumatic cylinder (10), a rotating shaft (6) fitted on the plate (7) of base frame; the lower end of the shaft is fitted on bearing which are fixed in bearing housing (8) and upper end of the shaft is fitted with covers on top, which are fastened with the turret (2); at bottom of shaft, uni direction unit (9) is fitted which is fixed with a pneumatic cylinder (10); every forward stroke of cylinder makes the shaft to rotate according the stroke length and rotates the turret; the top and sides of the disc has a solid chassis with the vertical axis, connected with a feed hopper, the bottom side of the hopper has a filling valve with pneumatic actuation; there is an empty cardboard cone on rotating turret (2) within pockets (3); turret rotates brings the cone from one station to another individual working stations for filling, washer placing, ramming.
A Machine for preparing a flower pot type of firecrackers consists of a base frame (1) made of aluminium pipes and sheets. There is a rotating turret (2) with pockets (3) on it, to hold the filling cones (4). Further, in order to make machine suitable for different size of cones, a cone holder (5) is fitted in turret holes which can be changed to suit new cone diameter. Individual working stations are made for filling, washer placing, ramming and above all operations, which are described below:
In an embodiment of the present invention turret (2) positioning comprises movement of the turret at intermittent speed from one station to another station; it stop at all station for fixed time; a rotating shaft (6) assembly has been fitted on the plate (7) of base frame to rotate turret (2) positioning. The shaft is further fitted on bearing which are fixed in bearing housing (8). The shaft is further fitted with covers on top, which are fastened with the turret (2). So, rotation of shaft makes the turret also to rotate. At bottom of shaft, uni direction unit (9) is fitted which is fixed with a pneumatic cylinder (10). Every forward stroke of cylinder makes the shaft to rotate according the stroke length and in turn rotates the turret. This brings the cone from one station to another. The return stroke of cylinder is empty.
By adopting the technical program automatically fireworks safety, the ingredients placed in the cones (4), fireworks will need premixed ingredients of gunpowder into the cones (4), starting rotation the shaft fitted on bearing which are fixed in bearing housing (8). The shafts are fastened with the turret (2). So, rotation of shaft makes the turret also to rotate. At bottom of shaft, uni direction unit (9) is fitted which is fixed with a pneumatic cylinder (10) with telescopic cylinders driven to rotate, the power source driving the rotating shaft driven turret (2).
A pneumatic firecrackers machine for preparing a flower pot, which includes frame and cylinder, characterized by further comprising: frame (1) made of aluminium pipes and sheets; a rotating turret (2) with pockets (3) on it, to hold the filling cones (4). Further, in order to make machine suitable for different size of cones, a cone holder (5) is fitted in turret holes, pneumatic cylinder (10) with telescopic cylinders pushing the block and the cylinder head and piston rod connected to a fixed connection to rotating shaft (6) respectively, with the driving gear is coupled to the bearing means for rotating turret (2).
The pneumatic cylinder controller with separate pneumatic control panel (24) is made which is placed outside the machine. The panel comprises of pressure controlling units, valves and other control parts. An automated panel is used to for operation synchronization and work in sequence. A PLC (25) is programmed to have information about interlocks, time and feedback system.
Empty cones (4) are placed manually by the operator in the rotating turret (2) with pockets (3) on it, to hold the filling cones (4) prescribed pocket on cone holder (5). Optionally cones (4) are placed or can be placed using pneumatic pick and place arrangement or similar other means.
Empty cones (4) are filled with firecracker material powder through filling valve (11) with pneumatic actuation has been used, which has all contact exposed parts are rubber covered to suit fireworks requirement. This eliminates rubbing using non approved material. There is a hopper (12), in which the powder is filled and valve is fitted below it. After getting signal, the valve opens and the powder falls in the cone. The amount of powder is decided by the opening time of valve and valve opening diameter.
First Washer Placement: In order to prevent any external moisture going inside the filled powder, the cone has to be covered by washer (13) on it. The washer placing station comprises of rotating pin sprocket (14) uniquely designed to suit the washer picking requirement. The washer picking plate (15) is fitted on rotating shaft (16) which rotates and goes up to pick the washer stacked on top. A vacuum unit (17) is mounted on plate which picks the washer and places it down. The pins (18) of sprocket are mounted on pneumatic cylinder.
First washer ramming station consists of a ramming bar (19) designed and dimensioned to meet the washer diameter and cone overall dimension is fitted on pneumatic cylinder (20) and pushed forward to exert ramming force on washer.
Second washer placement: In order to have ensured sealing of filled powder, second washer is placed just above to first washer. The second washer placing station comprises of rotating pin sprocket (14) uniquely designed to suit the washer picking requirement. The washer picking plate (15) is fitted on rotating shaft (16) which rotates and goes up to pick the washer stacked on top. A vacuum unit (17) is mounted on plate which picks the washer and places it down. The pins (18) of sprocket are mounted on pneumatic cylinder.
Second washer ramming station consists of a ramming bar (19) designed and dimensioned to meet the washer diameter and cone overall dimension is fitted on pneumatic cylinder (20) and pushed forward to exert ramming force on washer.
In order to seal the cone and add required weight, mud with suitable chemical and other liquid is applied on cone. Similar to powder filling, mud filling valve has been fitted and based on time, it is applied in the cone. Mud spreading bar (21) is formed and it spread the mud on periphery.
Cone discharging from machine: The filled cone is lifted by discharge rod (22) and it lifts the cone from the turret. The lifted cone is thrown out by a whisper of air (23). The thrown cone is further collected in bin.
