Abstract: The present Invention provides an automatic piecing platform for ring spinning machines, used to assist in transporting the piecing module of ring spinning machines. The piecing module is installed on the upper platform through a retaining plate. The upper platform is driven by an actuating module to move back and forth between the working position and the initial position. The actuating module is prioritized to be actuated by pneumatic and electric components, enabling the upper platform to move at high speed. There is also a buffer module provided, which can buffer the upper platform when the upper platform returns to its initial position, thereby absorbing the impact load generated by the upper platform during movement. The present Invention is simple in structure. It can reduce the vibration generated by the piecing module of ring spinning machines due to reciprocating operation, thereby improving the positioning accuracy in piecing broken yarns.

will buffer the upper platform.

characterized in that: There are multiple V-shaped notches arranged at the end of the
positioning module; the V-shaped notches can position a spindle in the ring spinning
machine.

characterized in that: There is a slide rail arranged facing the direction of the ring spin
ning machine; there is a slider arranged on the slide rail; both ends of the upper platf
orm are arranged at the slider, enabling the upper platform to slide along the slide rai

characterized in that: The actuating module is driven by a linear actuator and the line
ar actuator is either electric or pneumatic.

t shaft of the piston is connected with the end of the upper platform.
6. An automatic piecing platform for ring spinning machines according to Claim 5,
characterized in that: When the upper platform returns to its initial position, the piston
is located in the midstroke of the linear actuator.
7. An automatic piecing platform for ring spinning machines according to Claim 5,
characterized in that: The buffer module is a shock absorber, and the shock absorber
is connected to the lower platform through a connecting plate arranged on the lower p
latform.
