FIELD OF INVENTION- The present invention relates to an automation system to contact and communicate the family members and other related respondent of a victim in accident and other emergency cases .Further the system comprises a module adapted to access data regarding details of the victim , police station, primary health center and other related respondent.

BACK GROUND OF INVENTION-

DE4318441A1 discloses the Emergency call system (ESYS) with a transmission network (TN, PN) that provides at least one message channel; with at least one emergency call transmission device (EW, ER1), which reads emergency call data (EDAT) from a memory card (CC) by means of a card reader (CI) and sends this in an emergency telegram (EMES) on the message channel and with at least one emergency call receiving device (R), which receives the emergency telegram (EMES), evaluates it in order to trigger at least one alarm function (A, L, V), and / or forwards the emergency call data (EDAT) to an alarm center (EC), which is connected to the transmission network (TN, PN, RN).
US20160012190A1 discloses system and method for providing the management services of a remote expert situated at an expert station, with a plurality of such stations communicating via a ring configuration. Each expert station comprises (1) a communication device for receiving and transmitting signals; (2) at least one input device for inputting each of (a) information indicating the availability of the respective expert to provide services, and (b) information which provides such expert management; and (3) a processor coupled to each of the respective communication and input devices. The system and method may be used to provide remote medical management.
CN102551685B discloses an object monitor. The object monitor in one embodiment of the invention comprises a device provided with a shell and a first sensor, wherein the shell can be worn by an object, and the first sensor is used for detecting the position of the object. The device in the embodiment comprises a second sensor for detecting the body states of the object, wherein the first body state can be vital sign such as heart rate, blood pressure, body temperature or respiration rate. The device can also comprise a wireless module which can be used for transmitting body state data and position data to a remote device. The device can comprise a gyroscope or an accelerator which can be used for detecting the rotary change of the position of the object around a shaft, the linear acceleration of the object along the shaft, the position change of the object or the position change rate of the object.
US9351640B2 provides, method of automatically requesting assistance for a patient by verbally communicating with a user through a base unit; wearing a mobile device with a plurality of different sensors on the patient to detect patient motion, wherein the mobile device transmits data to the base unit; and determining if a fall has occurred and requesting help through the base unit without a user pressing a button to call for help.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Accordingly the present invention depicts an automation system to contact and communicate the family members and other related respondent of a victim in accident and other emergency cases .Further the system comprises a module adapted to access data regarding details of the victim, police station, primary health center and other related respondent. The instant invention also provides a system to check the information details of the old aged persons, mentally retard persons, children and missing persons. Further the instant invention provides a communication system configured to confirm the identity of the old aged persons, mentally retard persons, children and missing persons through a biometric system.

OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION

The present invention has been developed in response to the present state of the art, and in particular, in response to the problems and needs in the art that have not yet been fully solved by currently available techniques and processes.
Accordingly, the present invention has an object to provide an automation system to contact and communicate the family members and other related respondent of a victim in accident and other emergency cases comprises the steps of registration and creation of ID by any persons or by police station.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a communication system configured to confirm the identity of the old aged persons, mentally retard persons, children and missing persons through a biometric system.
It is yet another object of the present invention to provide a method to collect and store the biometric information in order to make identification at an accident and in emergency situation.

There are several uses of biometric systems. There are systems that require enrollment upstream of users. Other identification systems do not require this phase.

The given invention developed an automation system to contact and communicate the family members and other related respondent of a victim in accident and other emergency cases .Further the system comprises a module adapted to access data regarding details of the victim, police station, primary health center and other related respondent. The instant invention also provides a system to check the information details of the old aged persons, mentally retard persons, children and missing persons. Further the instant invention provides a communication system configured to confirm the identity of the old aged persons, mentally retard persons, children and missing persons through a biometric system.

Further given invention developed a module to provide a method to contact and communicate the family members and other related respondent of a victim in accident and other emergency cases comprising: a web site for making the user profiles of the interested persons, who are seeking to provide biometric data of their family members and relatives; a user interface which consist of enrolling means, account creation means, otp generation means, recording means; an uploading means adapted to receive the details from said user interface and further adapted to upload the details to the database; a data storing means which includes the profile data of the biometric system ; a communication means adapted to receive the 'communication of interest' from the viewers in relation to said enquiry; a transferring means adapted to send the sorted 'communication of interest' to the interested user.

The embodiment of the present invention, Figure 1 discloses the generation of user Id by an intrested persons as a user by providing the details like name of the interested person, aadhaar verification details, others id details (voter id/pan card), mobile number with his/her own registered sim, email id, date of birth, gender, along with their address details like district, state, country, pin code. Further in this system the user has to upload his/her photo and photo of aadhar card (both front and back side) along with the mobile number of the family members and related persons for the future communication during the emergency. Further the registration is completed after the submission of the otp received on the registered mobile number, making payment and creating a password, wherein its own aadhar number becomes the user id.
In the another embodiment of the instant invention, wherein the user once registered, he/she can upload the biometric details(finger prints, eyeris) of his family members and others relatives.
In other embodiment the instant invention describes biometric communication system having a memory chip for storing individual biometric data; a digital camera adapted to capture individual biometric data, a touchscreen display for receiving input data of a selection of individual biometric data for storage, for displaying capture of the one of the iris, cornea and face image, and a bar code image for storage in the memory of the device; a connection for receiving a data analysis output of a portable laboratory for storage in memory of the device, the portable laboratory for analyzing one of human tissue, breath and a body fluid sample of an individual, a DNA specimen, a mixture of DNA specimens, and a mass spectrometry analysis of a specimen, the data analysis output comprising individual biometric data for identifying an individual; a communications interface for communicating with a remote database server.

In another embodiment the present invention, Figure 2 discloses the schematic diagram of making the user id by the police station (thana) by providing details like police station pincode, police station name, registered mobile number of the S.O, police station email id along with the address details like country, state, district and the city, in addition to the above process there is option to add extra mobile number up to maximum 20 numbers during the registration of the thana id. Further in this process the registration is completed only after the submission of the otp received on the registered mobile number of the S.O and thereby creating a password, wherein the police station S.O mobile number becomes the user id.

In another embodiment the present invention, Figure 3 discloses the process of uploading the victims health status (regarding dead or alive) details by the police station through his thana ID by providing the victim details like name of the victim, father name of the victim, victims id cards like aadhar number, driving license number, voter id number, pancard number, mobile number, date of birth of victim, height and colour with the birth mark of the victim along with the address details like country, state, district and the city. Further the police station has to upload the victim’s photo and its information along with the contact number of maximum 5 police personal for future communication and finally uploading of the victim’s details is completed only after the payment and submission of the otp received on the registered mobile number.

In addition to the above embodiment of the present invention, Figure 4 discloses the process of checking the victim’s family contact details by the registered user, by providing victims mobile number or victims id cards like aadhar number/driving license number/voter id number/pancard number or biometric identity of the victim(finger prints and eye iris), once any one of the entry is submitted then the system will match with the database and subsequently display victims details with complete information along with the uploaded mobile numbers of the victims family members and his/her relatives, where the registered user can make a call or message or send photo or video to that number.

In another embodiment of the present invention, Figure 5 discloses the process of checking the victim’s family contact details by the any user without registration, by providing victims mobile number or victims id cards like aadhar number/driving license number/voter id number/pancard number or biometric identity of the victim(finger prints and eye iris), once any one of the entry is submitted then the system will match with the database and subsequently display victims details with complete information along with the mobile number of the nearby police station, where the user (without registration id) have an option to make a call to the nearby police station only.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the instant invention discloses an automation system to contact and communicate the family members and related respondent of a victim in accident and emergency cases by using automated biometric system, wherein the system collect and store the biometric information in order to make identification at an accident and in emergency situation, wherein the biometric communication system having a memory chip for storing individual biometric data; a digital camera adapted to capture individual biometric data, a touchscreen display for receiving input data of a selection of individual biometric data for storage, for displaying capture of the one of the iris, cornea and face image, and a bar code image for storage in the memory of the device; a connection for receiving a data analysis output of a portable laboratory for storage in memory of the device, the portable laboratory for analyzing one of human tissue, breath and a body fluid sample of an individual, a DNA specimen, a mixture of DNA specimens, and a mass spectrometry analysis of a specimen, the data analysis output comprising individual biometric data for identifying an individual; a communications interface for communicating with a remote database server.
In addition to the above embodiment of the present invention discloses an automation module to contact and communicate the family members and related respondent of a victim in accident and emergency characterized in that, includes
i. Registration Module, wherein the registration and creation of ID by the interested persons or by police station is done by providing theirs details like name, gender, aadhaar number, date of birth, registered mobile number, email id along with the address details like country, state, district and the city pincode,
ii. Log in module, wherein the entry of the login details of a registered user is initiated ,
iii. Uploading Module, wherein the uploading of the victims information’s details is done by the registered user,
iv. Communication Module, wherein the checking, cross checking and communication of the victims information are initiated.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the instant invention discloses an automation module to contact and communicate the family members and related respondent of a victim in accident and emergency, where in the uploading of the victims health status regarding dead or alive details is done through the registered police station id by providing the victim details like name of the victim, father name of the victim, victims id cards like aadhar number, driving license number, voter id number, pancard number, mobile number, date of birth of victim, height and colour with the birth mark of the victim along with the address details like country, state, district and the city and verification of the victim details are initiated through checking, cross checking by both registered and non-registered user, whereas communication of the victims details with their family members is done through a call or a message or send photo or video by the registered user and any user(without registration id) has the option to call nearby police station only.

An automation system to contact and communicate the family members and related respondent of a victim in accident and emergency cases by using automated biometric system, wherein the system collect and store the biometric information in order to make identification at an accident and in emergency situation.

An automation system to contact and communicate the family members and related respondent of a victim in accident and emergency cases as claimed in claim 1, wherein the biometric communication system having a memory chip for storing individual biometric data; a digital camera adapted to capture individual biometric data, a touchscreen display for receiving input data of a selection of individual biometric data for storage, for displaying capture of the one of the iris, cornea and face image, and a bar code image for storage in the memory of the device; a connection for receiving a data analysis output of a portable laboratory for storage in memory of the device, the portable laboratory for analyzing one of human tissue, breath and a body fluid sample of an individual, a DNA specimen, a mixture of DNA specimens, and a mass spectrometry analysis of a specimen, the data analysis output comprising individual biometric data for identifying an individual; a communications interface for communicating with a remote database server.

3. An automation module to contact and communicate the family members and related respondent of a victim in accident and emergency characterized in that, includes
i. 5. An automation module to contact and communicate the family members and related respondent of a victim in accident and emergency as claimed in claim 3, where in verification of the victim details are initiated through checking, cross checking by both registered and non-registered user.

An automation module to contact and communicate the family members and related respondent of a victim in accident and emergency as claimed in claim 3, where in communication of the victims details with their family members is done through a call or a message or send photo or video by the registered user.
7. An automation module to contact and communicate the family members and related respondent of a victim in accident and emergency as claimed in claim 3, where in any user(without registration id) has the option to call nearby police station only.
