Background of the Invention
Many animal species are still going extinct as a result of hunting, and governments are powerless to stop it other than enacting legislation and conducting periodic assessments. But, without the aid of technology, running a survey is a difficult undertaking.
US9894885B2 discloses a method for remote animal surveillance and distress monitoring includes detecting biometric and behavioral parameters of the animal, identifying novel events based on comparison of detected parameters to predefined parameter values and qualifications; determining whether a composite parameter value exceeds a predefined composite threshold value
indicative of possible distress in the animal; and notifying remote caretakers of possible distress in the animal based on the composite value exceeding the predefined composite threshold value.
CN109547939A discloses a land animal track monitoring terminal based on NB-IOT and a working method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of positioning and tracking of motion tracks of land animals based on the Internet of Things. The monitoring terminal comprises a control processing module, a GPS/Beidou module, an INS inertial navigation module, a barometric leveling module, a smoke sensor, a temperature and humidity sensor module, an NB-IOT communication module, an antenna and a background upper computer; the GPS/Beidou module, the INS inertial navigation module, the barometric leveling module, the smoke sensor, the temperature and humidity sensor module, the NB-IOT communication module and the antenna are all connected with the control processing module; and the animals are monitored via the monitoring terminal. According to the monitoring terminal and the working method thereof provided by the invention, the NB-IOT wireless technology is used for communication, the transmission of position information and environment information with low power consumption and long distance is achieved, the technical advantages that are difficult to be compared by the other positioning and tracking technologies are achieved, and the important
significance is provided for implementing the intelligent wildlife tracking technology.
None of the prior art indicate above either alone or in combination with one another disclose what the present invention has disclosed. The proposed architecture will help to capture the information of animals automatically. With this architecture, some illegal activities such as hunting can be stopped. The type of animals can easily be recognized with the help of computer vision and deep learning.

In the present invention, the computer vision-based automatic animal survey using deep learning is proposed. In this architecture number of visions, nodes
will be placed in the forest to monitor the animal's activity and capture the frames. All these vision nodes are integrated with the local gateway used RF communication protocol.
Alert system is also deployed in the proposed architecture in case of hunting of animals will happen in forest vision node will caption the frames and pass to the computing unit for alert generation.
The captured frames are further transferred to the cloud using communication protocols. The forest department will access the data directly from the cloud using mobile applications or web applications. Several alert devices need to be installed in the forest for the safety of the animals.
In Figure 2 the camera (51) is a vision node that is installed in the forest for capturing the real-time frames of the different animals. These frames are further transferred to the co-processor (55) which is attached with the computing unit (52) for increasing the computational power. Furthermore, these frames are preprocessed and fed to the CNN model (56).
CNN model will classify the animals and recognize the type of animal and pass them to the cloud for the survey. This will help automatic survey of the animals in the forest. The vision node will capture the frames with the help of a Motion sensor (50).
This sensor with senses the animal and passes the information to the vision node and the vision node will capture the frame of the animals and pass it to the co-processor for further processing. Furthermore, the classified data is transferred to the cloud using the LoRa modem.
In Figure 3 different communication protocols are attached with the computing unit. These communication protocols are used to transfer the captured information to the cloud. For power supply, a battery is also attached to supply the power to each component.
In Figure 4, a hooter (70) will be activated in case of hunters get the animals with permission. This hooter is connected with the Relay board (71) which be automatically activated according to the situation in the forest. This Relay board is further attached with the computing unit (72) and also batter is used to supply the current for these components.

In another embodiment, Local gateway comprises a computing unit (61), LoRa Modem (62), WiFi Modem (63), and battery (64)
In another embodiment, Alert device (13) comprises Hooter (70), Relay board (71), Computing Unit (72), LoRa Modem (73); and battery (74).
In another embodiment, the camera (51) is a vision node that is installed in the forest for capturing the real-time frames of the different animals; and the frames are further transferred to the co-processor (55) which is attached with the computing unit (52) for increasing the computational power.
In another embodiment, these frames are preprocessed and fed to the CNN model (56); and CNN model classifies the animals and recognize the type of animal and pass them to the cloud for the survey.

computing unit (52), LoRa modem (53), battery (54), Co-processor (55),
CNN model (56);
Wherein all these vision nodes are integrated with the local gateway used RF communication protocol.
2. The device as claimed in claim 1, wherein alert system is also deployed in the proposed architecture in case of hunting of animals happen in forest vision node captions the frames and pass to the computing unit for alert generation.
3. The device as claimed in claim 1, wherein Local gateway comprises a computing unit (61), LoRa Modem (62), WiFi Modem (63), and battery (64)
4. The device as claimed in claim 1, wherein Alert device (13) comprises Hooter (70), Relay board (71), Computing Unit (72), LoRa Modem (73); and battery (74).
5. The device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the camera (51) is a vision
node that is installed in the forest for capturing the real-time frames of
the different animals; and the frames are further transferred to the co¬
processor (55) which is attached with the computing unit (52) for
increasing the computational power.
6. The device as claimed in claim 1, wherein these frames are
preprocessed and fed to the CNN model (56); and CNN model classifies
the animals and recognize the type of animal and pass them to the cloud
for the survey.

The device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the vision node will capture the frames with the help of a Motion sensor (50); and the sensor with senses the animal and pass the information to the vision node and the vision node will capture the frame of the animals and pass it to the co-processor for further processing; and the classified data is transferred to the cloud using the LoRa modem.
