Field of Invention;
The field of the invention relates generally to electronic games and more particularly relates to skill based casual cash games offering for cash awards. Further this invention offers the portability option whereby, the player can play the same game online on his computer or Install the gaming application on his desktop or Install the gaming application on his Mobile phone.
Background:
There are numerous sites which offer casual cash award gaming. These casual cash games are usually paid online. Time and again new games keep on getting developed. Such games usually ensure that players find it interesting. Few games succeed and rest loose their way. At times, complete new games are developed but at times existing games are also modified or enhanced with new features and re-launched. At times the game play is also changed to differentiate it from earlier version of the game.
Online gaming systems provide for an interactive platform for online gaming participants where websites utilizing streaming audio and video applications have revolutionized the participant's level of real-time experience and interaction between the host and the participant or amongst many different participants. Online game operators currently offer a number of games such as poker, blackjack, and baccarat. The ability to play games online is attractive to players because it allows them to play games without having to go to real land-based options, and players can play from the comfort and privacy of their own homes. From a game operator point of view, online gaming allows operators to reach players in multiple locations at the same time and to reach players that may not have easy access to a land-based option. Online games, however, are often not as appealing because it lacks the player-player, and player-server interactions found at a land-based options, and other experiences, such as the ability to actually handle the playing tools such as balls etc., which are available at real situations found in land-based options.
There is a need of a system that provides enhanced features that encourage more interaction and bring enhanced features to online game players so more skill based user

interactions can be implemented.
Yet another object is to develop games which offer you with an opportunity to test your physical, motor, planning, strategic skills and speed to master the game

The "Head and Tails" Game is one of the embodiments of the invention. This game not only offers the flexibility to play on individually basis but also to play v/s an opponent or form Groups/Teams and Play Group/ Team V/s Group/ Team. It also offers 3 different versions of game to the players. Players have a choice to select version of his choice. These versions are Prediction (Predict the Computer's Calculated Outcome), Pre-disclosed (Match with your gaming skill) and Multiplayer (Compete versus your peers).
Detailed description of invention:
The players who wish to play our games need to open a gaming account on the website. Once the gaming account is opened, the player is free to play games using their gaming account. There is only one gaming account from which the entire range of games can be played using the gaming console or machine, website / online platform or by using a phone application or a PC Application to interact with the Gaming Server. There are multiple games but the Gaming Account for all games will be the same. For playing the games, the player has to place a Bid and the Bid amount is debited from the players Gaming Account. All the winnings also will get credited to the same Gaming account. At any point of time, the player can check his Gaming Account status by logging into the website. The player also has the choice to view the transaction History from website at any point of time.
These Games are one of its kinds, which we have been playing from our childhood days. The Games, which we have been playing with our Family and Friends.
The games are being brought, website / Online Platform. Games are skill based games. The better the Skills, the more the chances of Winning the Games against the Opponent or cracking the Computer Outcome.

The Games are developed with 3D Engine which ensures that the results that are generated are mix of application of Physics tools and are also based on complex mathematical algorithm.
These games are of various types like Head & Tails, Dice Game 7 UP - Down, Crazy Stopwatch, Jaldi-5 Housie, and many more.
The Games offer the flexibility of playing individually or play v/s an opponent or Form Groups/Teams and Play Group/Team V/s Group/Team.
The games have various embodiments/versions such as Prediction version, Pre disclosed version, Single Player Vs Playerversion and Multiplayerversion.
Prediction embodiment/ Version: Player can play a Demo round and then predict a result and Bid the same against the Server. To predict the result the player has to play the game with the help of mouse. With the help of his skill he has to predict a combination and once he is satisfied with the combination, he has to place the Bid. The Player has to submit his Combo along with a "Bid". On Submission of the player's pitch, he gets a Response from the Game confirming the submission with an UID and informing him his chances of Winning. The predicted Combo by the player will be then matched with the hourly results which will be shown on the server on hourly basis. The Server generates the Winning Combo every hour based on a complex Math algorithm. For the purpose of understanding we are using an example of Coin Flipping Game. The player has to predict the 9 Alphabets combo which will be a permutation of Head and Tail. The result can be combos like H, T, T, H, H, T, T, H, and H. The game being played will display last 5 winning combinations on the screen to enable player to plan his result The player has to then flip the coin. The player shall have the option of maximum of 3 flips per combo. Player can get maximum 3 flips to choose this combo If the player does not lock the combo for a particular combo in 1st and 2nd flip chance, then the third flip result will be assumed as final result for that particular combo and system will auto lock the 3rd flip result. Player will continue to flip and lock each combo. After having arrived at the 9 digit combo, the player has to submit the combo and the bid amount.
The combo will be matched with server outcome once you click on the submit button.
Upon, Submission of the player's COMBO, he gets a response from the Game confirming
the Submission with an UID. The predicted Combo by the player will be then matched
with the Hourly Results which will be shown on the server on Hourly Basis. The Server
generates the Winning Combo every hour based on a complex Math Algorithm.
If the player's predicted combo matches or comes close to the server result, the player
wins and he shall win cash prizes. Further, the player needs to match at least 7 combos'
in a row to win a minimum prize.
A player with all 9 matches will win full prize money and the player who wins 8 combos
will win prize money less than full prize and player who wins 7 combos will win prize less
than winner of 8 combos.
Below 7 combos will not earn any prizes. Brand sponsored prizes can be won by player &
teams in weekly tournaments or challenge rounds if brands sponsor the prize.

Prediction Game Features:
Player can play a Demo round and then predict a result which will be either Heads or Tails and Bid the same against the Server. Then he starts flipping the coin with "Left "click. The more time he holds the "Left "click, the more he will be able to exert pressure to the flip. This can be done up to certain limit. On way down, Player can use his skill and insert his hand to hold the coin to achieve the desired result which can be either "H" or "T". The Player can "lock" the alphabets when he gets then as desired and try for the next one. After 9 Flips, the player gets the 9-Character Combo that he wants to pitch against the Outcome that will come from the Server on the hour. The player has to predict the 9 alphabets combo which will be a Permutation of Head and Tail. The result can be combos like H, T, T, H, H, T, T, H, and H. The Player has to submit his Combo along with a "Bid" On Submission of the player's pitch, he gets a Response from the game confirming the Submission with an UID and informing him his chances of Winning. The predicted Combo by the player will be then matched with the Hourly Results which will be shown on the server on Hourly Basis. The Server generates the Winning Combo every hour based on a complex Math Algorithm. The best feature the player in this game is that he gets an opportunity to flip the coin maximum for 3 times to freeze a combo. If the player does not freeze the combo in 3rd Attempt, the result gets auto-locked for 3rd result generated. The player gets 27 attempts to finally arrive at a combo, which he can submit and even after the combo is free zed the player always has the option to not submit the combo and play again till he is satisfied with the 9 digit combo of his choice.
Pre disclosed embodiment/ Version:
Player can play a demo round or opt for real game play. There is Pre-disclosed 9 character combo which will be displayed on the Game screen. Before starting playing, the Player has to freeze the 9 Digit combo of his choice and then submit his "Bid" amount. The player has to Flip the coin with his skill and try to arrive at the Pre-disclosed result. He will start Flipping the Coin using the "Left "Click. With each Flip of Coin, player will be either encouraged or will be busted vis-a-vis the Pre-disclosed Combo.

Team V/s Team:
If the player selects to go for Team/Group V/s Team/Group, then the player first need to Create Team/Group. Once the same is done, the Team/Group needs to place the bid. The Bid is placed on behalf of the Team/Group. Each Player in the Team/Group can contribute to the Bid. The game will start only after both Team/Group place the bid. The Game play will be similar to Player V/s Player. Here the process of game is that each player of respective team will predict and flip the coin. E.g. Team A player 1 starts the game. After he completes his turn, Team B Player 1 will play. Then Team A player 2 will play followed by Team B Player 2 followed by Team A player 3 will play and finally Team

B player 3 will play. When all 6 players complete their turns, Round 1 is complete. This will continue for 9 Rounds. The Team/Group that wins Maximum Rounds will be declared the Winner.
Before the game starts both teams need to place their bid in advance. The bid amount
has to be matched by both teams. Either all 3 players or any one player can bid on behalf
of the team. Once the bid is placed on the table, the player account/accounts will be
debited.

The system wherein the player input device is a remote personal computer, a mobile phone etc,
There will be number of player who will play the game at the same time. Some players will win and some will lose the game. There can be multiple winners. The winning amount is predetermined. All the winners who win will get the predetermined amount. Bid can be placed for varied amounts and winnings for each bid is predetermined so the player has the choice to place Bid for the amount of his choice keeping in mind the winning amount that he can win.
The game which is presented may be a game having a plurality of predetermined winning outcomes associated with a set of first awards. If the outcome of a first game is a winning outcome the award for that outcome may be increased from a first value to a second value. This second value may remain in effect until one player either achieves the specific winning outcome or a predetermined number of winning outcomes on the trot consistently.
In accordance with the method of the invention, receipt of a winning outcome in one game triggers the opportunity for a larger award if that outcome can be repeated in one or more

subsequent games. In this manner, if a player wins the first game, they are enticed to play more or more additional games in an attempt to win a larger award for achieving the winning outcome in the later game (s).
Upon playing the game, if a winning outcome is received in the play of a first game, a first award is awarded and one or more awards associated with one or more winning outcomes for the game are then enhanced for potential award in subsequent game or games. In one embodiment, a base payable or award structure is modified or enhanced, such as by adjusting awards or associating multipliers or bonus values such as progressive awards, to create an enhanced pay table or award sweepstakes structure. The enhanced pay table of award sweepstakes structure may remain in effect for one subsequent game, a set or random number of games or a time, or until the same or another winning outcome /outcomes is achieved by a player in a subsequent game. The game which is presented may vary, such as being a bidding game of skill-based strategy games played for cash like Dice Game, Coin Flipping, Jaldi 5 etc. In embodiment, the game offers a player an enhanced award if winning outcome received in a first game is repeated in a defined number of subsequent games.
In general, the invention comprises methods of presenting and playing games with strategy and skill at the front-end and computation of Outcomes at the backend by the Gaming Server using analytics n algorithms. One aspect of the invention is a bidding game offering a player an opportunity for winnings for one or more predetermined winning outcomes. In the event of a winning outcome, the game offers an opportunity for an enhanced award for one or more winning outcomes in one or more subsequently played games. In one embodiment, a winning outcome of a game causes one or more base or normal awards to increase. A player may play one or more subsequent games and, if a winning outcome associated with one or more of the increased awards is received, the player is awarded that increased award.
In one embodiment, the one or more games of the invention are implemented by and presented to a player with a gaming machine usually a PC / smart phone / phone app etc. Our website offers different games and different versions of games in each game as explained earlier in this document. Speakers shown or other devices may be provided for generating sound associated with the game.
The game is played as a bid-type game which requires that a player place a BID to play the game. The website may offer one or more devices or means for accepting value, such as a bill validation/acceptor for accepting currency and/ or a coin for accepting coins or a payment gateway. Other means of accepting value for BID, such as credit card reader or a ticket reader or a pre-paid account, etc may be provided. The player may BID some or all of this value, such by providing input regarding a BID by pressing the BID button with the choice of BID amount and click OK, which effectuates placing a BID from the provided value.
Preferably, if the player is a winner of the game, then the player is provided with an award. The award may comprise physical money, such as bills or coins, or may comprise representative value such as credits. An award of winnings in form of coins may be paid to the player. Value may also be provided to the player by a printed receipt, a card or the like or by crediting his award to his Gaming account, as is well Credits, Brand sponsored prizes, Gifts in Kind, etc

There will be a gaming server which will control the various devices of the gaming machine and for providing game information. For example, the gaming server may be arranged to generate video and audio data for presentation by the display and speakers of the gaming machine. The website will have a payment mechanism which will control all deposits and withdrawals of gaming account. The gaming server will detect the placing of BID and then present a game in response thereto. The gaming server may be configured to accept game data generated at a remote location, such as a remote gaming server and effect presentation of a game using that data.
In one or more embodiments, the gaming server may execute one or more instructions, programs, software modules, or the like to control various devices of the gaming machine or to provide game information. The one or more instructions, programs, software modules, or the like may be stored on a storage medium (such might comprise a data storage or memory devices such as ROM, RAM, a hard drive or the like) within or accessible by the gaming server. The instructions may comprise, for example, machine readable code configured to affect the steps/features of the game play/presentation methods detailed herein.
The gaming server may include a 3 D Engine which will generate a physics and motor skills-derived outcome and offer to the gamer to play further and Bid versus the Gaming Server which is computing outcomes based on a Complex Math Algorithm. The player has to use his skills while playing with mouse and various factors like hand movement, direction, force applied will play an important role in outcome getting derived.
The 3D Engine may accept one or more seed values/ parameters from mouse movement, force, direction, scales, etc in one or more embodiments from which one outcome may be generated. The seed value may represent various tangible objects or characteristics. It is noted that the 3 D Engine may include or be connected to one or more sensors or the like to measure these or other values for use of seed values.
It will be appreciated that the gaming machine may have a variety of configurations and the gaming machine may be a PC or mobile or a device for implementing the game of present invention. The gaming machine may be associated with a network and receive game information remotely and may transmit information, such as payout and game play information, to a remote location. Such a network may include one or more wireless or wired communication links.
The Gaming machine may also have other forms than that mentioned above. The gaming machine might comprise as computing device, such as a home computer. The home computer may be configured to receive game information over the Internet or other communication link to a game server. The gaming machine might also comprise of a hand-held device such as a hand-held device such as a mobile telephone or PDA or I Phone.
In a preferred embodiment, a game of the invention is a BID type game. The game preferably includes the step of accepting a BID. The BID may be accepted from a player, in one embodiment, the step of accepting a BID comprises of two components. First, a player provides value. Second, the player places the BID. In case of a gaming machine, that value or source of value may be input to the machine. In case of a gaming machine, the value may be represented as credits. The player may then BID some or all of those credits, such as by providing a "BID" input and clicking on OK button.

The method preferably includes the step of determining if a base or enhanced pay table or award structure is in effect. If not, then a base pay table is preferably utilized. Such a base pay table might be stored in a memory or other data storage device of gaming machine. If so,it is determined if that enhanced pay table or award structure is to remain in effect. If not, then the base pay table or award structure is preferably utilized. Such an enhanced pay table might also be stored in the memory or other data storage of the gaming machine.
Regardless of which pay table or award structure is utilized, a game is presented to one or more players. The game may be of a variety of types. For example, the game may be a Coin Flipping Game or Dice Throw Game or Stopwatch Game or other games now known or later developed. The presentation of the game may include the presentation of game information, such as display of coin flipping or coin falling on table or rotating of reels to display slot indica, etc. The presentation of the game may alternatively or in addition comprise the acceptance of various inputs from the player (s). For example, the player may press the Power button to get the coin flip in air, etc.
Preferably the game presented to the player has at least two outcomes. One or more, but preferably not all, of those outcomes are designated winning outcomes. Each winning outcome / combo / string of outcomes has an associated award. The awards may be the same or different. In one embodiment, the awards comprise credits which are representative of monetary value.
Finally the outcome of the game is determined. This preferably comprises determining whether the outcome of the game is one of the predetermined outcomes (or is otherwise a " non-winning" or" losing" outcome). If the outcome of the game is not a winning outcome, then the game preferably ends. In one embodiment, the player loses or forfeits their BID.
If the outcome of the game is winning outcome, then the player is preferably awarded winnings for that outcome. The winnings may be defined by a pay table of winning outcomes and associated awards. The particular pay table or award structure which is in effect may vary. Also as indicated above, such an award may comprise an award of credits, monies or other prizes or the like.
In one embodiment, it is determined if the winning outcome is a "game changing" outcome. If not, then the game ends. As will be appreciated, such an outcome may be one which "deactivates" an enhanced pay table or award structure, or one which causes and enhance pay table or award structure to be implemented.
It will be appreciated that the above-referenced description represents one embodiment of the game. The game may have other features and may be implemented in other fashions. For example, the game may be implemented using a "flow" or logic which differs from that detailed above in description of games.
A player may play the game and receive an outcome. As detailed above, the player is preferably required to place a BID in order to play the game. The outcome of the game will depend upon the particular game which is being presented. Generally, the game has a plurality of strategies.and some but not all, of those strategies may lead to winning outcomes from time to time. In other embodiments, all outcomes could be defined as winning outcomes but the awards associated therewith may vary greatly.

If the outcome of the game is a losing outcome (i.e. is not one of the identified winning outcomes), the game may end. Preferably, this causes the player to lose their BID and not be awarded any winnings.
In one embodiment, in the event the base pay table or award structure is active and a specified winning outcome is received, then a different pay table or award structure is activated.
As will be appreciated the enhanced award structure may comprise a modified or enhanced pay table, or it might comprise other types of enhanced awards. An enhanced pay table may comprise a pay table of outcomes having associated awards, those awards varying from those in a base pay table. In other embodiments, enhanced awards may comprise bonus awards. Other enhanced awards may comprise multipliers or the like ( such multipliers may be applied to a base pay table, whereby a new pay table is not used but an enhanced award is received by the application of the multiplier to the base award defined by the pay table).
If one embodiment, if a player receives a triggering outcome, the player may be required to obtain the same outcome in order to receive an enhanced award (i.e. the only outcome having an enhanced award is triggering outcome, all wining outcomes continue to have their base award). In other embodiments, enhanced awards may be provided for various outcomes and once the player receives a triggering outcome, the player could select a second outcome that they wish to play.
Another aspect of the invention is a gaming machine; device or system which is configures to present the game of the invention. In one embodiment, the gaming machine is configured to present the game, preferably in response to a player placing a BID. A server of the machine may either generate or accept game data and display game information via a display to the player. In the event the outcome of the game is the winning outcome, the player may be awarded an award. Preferably, the server is then configured to present one or more additional or later games using an enhanced pay table or award structure, in the manner described above. Multiple machines may be linked and associated with common progressive pools.
As also indicated above, the method of invention may be implemented by a gaming table. Various aspects of the invention may be applied to other games. The method of play may follow that detailed above. The principles of the invention might be applied to other games on the website. A player might be entitled to an enhanced award for receiving a particular combination in repeat fashion while playing such a game.
A number of aspects of the invention will now be appreciated. The game of the invention offers heightened player excitement. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, if a player receives a winning outcome in the play of a first game, the player is awarded base or normal winnings, such as in accordance with a base pay table. However, subject to the required BID and the winning outcome comprising a triggering outcome, the player is not only awarded this award, but the player is afforded the opportunity to win a larger award in the future. In preferred embodiment, if the player repeats the winning outcome received in the first game within a defined one or more subsequent games, the player is awarded an enhanced award which is greater than the base award, for that same outcome. In this manner, a player who receives a winning outcome in the player of a game is enticed to place BIDS to play additional games in an attempt to repeat the outcome in order to receive the enhanced award for that outcome.

It will be understood that the above described arrangements of apparatus and the method there from are merely illustrative of applications of the principles of invention and many more embodiments and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the claims.
Other systems, methods, features and advantages of the invention will be or will become apparent to one with skill of art upon examination of the figures and detailed description mentioned above. It is intended that all such additional systems, methods, features and advantages be included within this description, be within the scope of the invention and be protected by the accompanying claims.
