A process of manufacturing "An Energy Saving Device Through ThermalInsulation" comprises of following steps:-(a) coating the high temperature resistant, closely woven glass fabric, with the formulated silicone based elastomer, using conventional coating devices/equipment;(b) followed by drying/curing operation in conventional oven;(c) the said coated fabric is cut to desired shapes and sizes by conventional methods;(d) fiber mat/ceramic wool (Mat) of suitable density and dimensions is then cut to desired shape and size by using conventional methods;(e) the Mat is then wrapped using an open weave high temperature resistant woven glass fabric to cover all dimensions of Mat;(f) the Mat is stitched to form quilt using a high temperature resistance glass thread;(g) the quilt so formed is placed on another closely woven high temperature resistant glass fabric of suitable shape/s and sizes;(h) place the said coated fabric on the quilt retaining the coated side away from the quilt so as to sandwich it and then stitching the edges by using the glass thread;(i) the above said energy saving device through thermal insulation obtained by steps (a) to (h) is fixed with the gadgets like belt, buckle, Velcro.
