Abstract: The embodiments herein relate to an enhanced performance solar photovoltaic panel integrating phase changing materials. The system (200) includes solar PV panel (102) and a base (202). The base (202) includes a phase changing material (204). The phase changing material (204) is in a solid phase when the temperature is low and it is changing to the liquid phase when the temperature of the PV panel is high. During high temperature, the base (104) is filled with liquid phase (302), the liquid observes the heat dissipated at the solar PV panel (102). It makes the cooling process of solar PV panel (102) fast when compare to natural cooling. This invention reduces the heat at the solar PV panel and enhances the efficiency and overall performance of the solar PV panel (102).
DESC:The embodiments herein will be better understood from the following detailed description with reference to the drawings, in which:
FIG. 1 illustrates the solar PV panel according to some embodiments herein;
FIG. 2 illustrates the perspective view of an enhanced performance solar photovoltaic panel integrating phase changing materials according to some embodiments herein;
FIG. 3 illustrate the perspective view of liquid phase of an enhanced performance solar photovoltaic panel integrating phase changing according to some embodiments herein;
,CLAIMS:I/We Claim:
1. An enhanced performance solar photovoltaic panel integrating phase changing materials (100), wherein the system (100) comprises:
a solar PV panel 102; and
a base (202) configures to include a phase changing material 204.
2. The system (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the base (202) comprises a phase changing material (204).
3. The phase changing material (204) as claimed in claim 2, wherein the phase changing material (204) is in a solid phase when the temperature is low and the phase changing material (204) is gradually changing to the liquid phase when the temperature of the PV panel is increases.
4. The base (202) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the base (202) is filled with liquid phase (302) during high temperature, the liquid observes the heat dissipated at the solar PV panel (102).
5. The liquid phase (302) as claimed in claim 4, wherein the liquid phase (302) makes the cooling process of solar PV panel 102 fast when compared to natural cooling.
6. The liquid phase (302) as claimed in claim 4, wherein the liquid phase (302) reduces the degradation of PV cells over time, reducing their lifespan, regulate temperatures and prevent overheating and increases the longevity of solar PV panels.
